the air inlet end on the right side of the buffer box (4) is connected with the air outlet end of an air heater (23) through an air return pipe (2), the air inlet end of the air heater (23) is connected with the air outlet end of a cyclone separator (22), the air inlet end of the cyclone separator (22) is communicated with the air outlet end on the lower right side of the reaction box (1), and the air outlet end of the cyclone separator (22) is provided with a dehumidifying block for drying air;
the outer end of the connecting pipe (21) is communicated with a scraping vertical rod (11), a gap is formed between the scraping vertical rod (11) and the inner wall of the reaction box (1), and a plurality of air injection holes (12) are uniformly distributed on the surface of the scraping vertical rod (11) close to the inner wall of the reaction box (1), so that the scraping vertical rod (11) can generate cleaning air flow on the inner wall of the reaction box (1), and materials are prevented from being adhered to the surface of the reaction box (1);
a screening plate (16) is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the reaction box (1) below the rotating shaft (6), piston rings in sliding fit with the inner wall of the reaction box (1) are arranged on the outer side of the screening plate (16), screening holes are uniformly distributed in the surface of the screening plate (16), and the lower end of the screening plate (16) is fixedly connected with the inner bottom of the reaction box (1) through a return spring (14);
and a polarization component for driving the screening plate (16) to vibrate up and down is arranged between the rotating shaft (6) and the screening plate (16).
2. The heat recycling device for nano material preparation according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom of the reaction box (1) where the discharging pipe (18) is located is provided with an aggregate cone bottom (15) for facilitating material collection.
3. The heat recycling device applied to the nano material preparation as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the sealing sleeve (3) is internally provided with a fixed bearing and a sealing ring which are matched with the rotating shaft (6).
4. The heat recycling device for nanomaterial fabrication according to claim 3, wherein the rotating shaft (6) is provided with a plurality of stirring rods (13) at both sides of the lower end thereof.

The heat recycling device for nano-material preparation according to claim 4, wherein the polarization component comprises a fixed shaft disposed outside the lower end of the rotating shaft (6), the outer end of the fixed shaft is provided with an eccentric wheel (17), the surface of the screening plate (16) is provided with a polarization protrusion (19) corresponding to the eccentric wheel (17), and the polarization protrusion (19) is a semicircular protrusion.

The heat recycling device for nano material preparation as claimed in claim 5, wherein the lower end of the vertical scraping rod (11) is provided with a horizontal scraping rod (20) for scraping the surface of the screening plate (16), and the horizontal scraping rod (20) is made of elastic material.
7. The heat recycling device applied to the nano-material preparation according to claim 6, characterized in that the outside of the reaction box (1) is provided with a heat insulation layer.
