Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the smoke early warning protection device for an integrated circuit provided by the invention comprises a smoke sensor, a control center, a power input port, a power output port, an alarm signal input port, an alarm unit and a control signal output port; the power input port and the alarm signal input port are connected to the input end of the control center, the output end of the control center is connected with the control signal output port, the alarm device and the power output port, the power output port is connected with the smoke sensor, the smoke sensor is simultaneously connected with the alarm signal input port, and the control signal output port is connected with a control circuit corresponding to the integrated circuit device.
Specifically, the smoke sensor mainly adopts a photoelectric sensor which can meet the use environment of the integrated circuit device, and is preferably arranged at the air outlet of the integrated circuit device, and the smoke sensor at the position can quickly sense whether smoke is generated in the integrated circuit device. The number of the smoke inductors can be set to be M, M is an integer larger than 0, and the smoke inductors can cover all air outlets of multiple integrated circuit devices or positions needing to be monitored.
The power input port mainly has the function of providing working power supply for each port and the control center of the protection device, and each port, the control center and each relay in the protection device can normally work only when the working power supply is input; meanwhile, the power input port also needs to provide power for the smoke sensor through the power output port, the power input port supplies power to the power output port firstly, the power output port supplies power to the smoke sensor, and the number of the power output ports can be set to be M; m power output ports are arranged in parallel and are connected with M smoke sensors in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and when one smoke sensor or one power output port is damaged, the rest smoke sensors can work normally in a parallel mode.
One end of an alarm signal input port is connected with a smoke sensor, and the other end of the alarm signal input port is connected with a control center, wherein the number of the alarm signal input ports is correspondingly set to be M, the M alarm signal input ports are correspondingly connected with the M smoke sensors one by one, when the smoke sensors corresponding to the alarm signal input ports do not sense smoke, namely, when the smoke sensors do not normally work, the alarm signal input ports do not have any voltage, and when the smoke sensors corresponding to the alarm signal input ports sense smoke, namely, when the smoke sensors do not normally work, the alarm signal input ports output alarm signals to the control center. In order to meet the requirement that the smoke sensors are arranged at multiple points of different integrated circuit devices, the alarm signal input port is connected with the smoke sensors in parallel, and the port can be expanded according to the specific requirements of the different integrated circuit devices.
When the control center receives one or more alarm signals, the control signal output port connected with the control center outputs a disconnection state, and the disconnection state output by the control signal output port can be used for cutting off the main control circuit by only connecting the control signal output port to the main control circuit of the integrated circuit equipment, so that the integrated circuit equipment is protected in a power-off mode at the first time. When the control center does not receive the alarm signal, the control signal output port connected with the control center outputs a closed state. The specific closed state and the openable state can be represented by current, voltage or any other form, and the invention only needs to utilize the open state switching to protect the main control circuit of the integrated circuit device.
As shown in the attached figure 1, the alarm unit of the invention can specifically comprise an alarm signal position indicator lamp, an alarm signal indicator lamp and an alarm buzzer; and the alarm unit is connected to the control center. The main function of the alarm signal position indicating lamp is that when one of the smoke sensors senses smoke, the smoke generating point can be positioned at the first time, and equipment technicians can conveniently perform troubleshooting and positioning. The main principle is that when the smoke sensor is installed, the smoke sensor is firstly coded, and an alarm signal line of the smoke sensor corresponding to the coding is connected to a corresponding alarm signal input port; once one of the smoke sensors is triggered to act by smoke, the alarm signal input port corresponding to the smoke sensor outputs an alarm signal to the control center, the control center processes the alarm signal through an internal circuit to give an alarm indication of a corresponding position, and the alarm signal position indicator lamp indicates the smoke position. The alarm signal indicator lamp mainly reflects the working state of the control center, and can be specifically an alarm signal double-color indicator lamp: when all the smoke sensors work normally, the smoke sensors display green; when any one of the smoke sensors is triggered, an alarm signal is input into the control center, and the alarm signal indicator lamp displays red; the alarm signal indicator lamp can also be an alarm signal multicolor indicator lamp, which displays one color when all the smoke sensors work normally, displays another color when one of the smoke sensors is triggered, displays another color when two of the smoke sensors are triggered, and the like. The alarm buzzer mainly informs nearby personnel of sending an alarm in sound and mainly performs inspection; the main principle of the device is the same as that of an alarm signal indicator light, when the inductor works normally, no sound is emitted, and when the inductor is triggered, the sound is emitted.
When the smoke sensor senses smoke, the alarm signal input port outputs alarm voltage to the control center, the control center controls the alarm unit to alarm, and meanwhile, the control signal output port outputs a disconnection state, so that the control circuit is disconnected, and the corresponding integrated circuit equipment is protected.
The invention can perform early warning and cut off the circuit at the first time when the integrated circuit generates smoke, thereby avoiding greater accidents, and improving the safety of equipment and the safety of related environments. The invention can effectively carry out intervention control on the equipment in the smoking stage and provide effective safety protection; the integrated circuit device can reduce the risk of serious disasters caused by the integrated circuit device, and can also enable technicians to quickly and conveniently locate the smoke area of the integrated circuit device, thereby facilitating troubleshooting and maintenance.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the embodiment is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, so that all equivalent structural changes made by using the contents of the specification and the drawings of the present invention should be included in the scope of the appended claims.
