and (3) installing a water dripping sheet 4: after the overlapped upright overlocking roof panel 2 is overlocked, cutting the redundant part of the upright overlocking roof panel 2 above the gutter 9 by adopting a portable circular saw, cutting and guiding by adopting a fretsaw guide to ensure that the cutting is tidy, and sequentially installing a foam sealing strip 5 and a water dripping sheet 4 at the cornice of the upright overlocking roof panel 2 after cutting off the redundant part of the upright overlocking roof panel 2;
bottom flashing installation: after the overlapped standing-seam crimping roof panel 2 is crimped, cleaning water and dust at the bottom flashing installation position of the standing-seam crimping roof panel 2, firstly sticking adhesive tapes on two sides of an area needing to use sealant, fixing the flashing panel 6 at the bottom flashing installation position of the standing-seam crimping roof panel 2 by adopting the sealant, and using the sealant for gluing by adopting a glue gun;
and (3) surface flashing installation: after the overlapped standing-seam crimping roof panel 2 is crimped, cleaning water and dust at the surface flashing installation position of the standing-seam crimping roof panel 2, firstly sticking adhesive tapes on two sides of an area needing to use sealant, and sequentially fixing a foam sealing strip 5 and a flashing plate 6 at the surface flashing installation position of the standing-seam crimping roof panel 2 by adopting the sealant;
and (3) folding edges: and (3) performing edge folding treatment on the edge of the installed upright overlocking roof panel 2, wherein the folded edge is downward when water flows into the gutter 9 during edge folding, and is upward otherwise.

the installation seams of the dripping sheet 4 and the flashing plate 6 are filled by adopting a foam sealing strip 5 and a sealant, so that the structural stability of the metal roof is ensured, and the service life of the metal roof is prolonged; the positioning point is determined firstly, and then the other upright overlocking roof panels 2 are lapped, so that the upright overlocking roof panels 2 can move in the direction of the gutter 9 when expanding with heat and contracting with cold, the metal roof is prevented from being deformed irreversibly, the structural stability of the metal roof is further ensured, and the service life of the metal roof is prolonged; the overlapped vertical overlocking roof panels 2 are overhauled by adopting an overlocking machine, so that the overlapped vertical overlocking roof panels 2 are more stable in structure, the overlocking is more efficient by adopting the overlocking machine, the structure after the overlocking is more stable, and the service life of the metal roof is further prolonged; the redundant part on the upright overlocking roof panel 2 above the gutter 9 is trimmed by a portable circular saw, so that accumulated water on the upright overlocking roof panel 2 can be accurately introduced into the gutter 9, the foam sealing strip 5 and the water dripping sheet 4 are sequentially arranged at the eaves of the upright overlocking roof panel 2, rainwater can be prevented from entering the inside of the roof through a gap between the upright overlocking roof panel 2 and the roof, the stability of the metal roof is ensured, and the service life of the metal roof is further prolonged; the installation of bottom flashing can further prevent rainwater from entering the roof from a gap between the upright serging roof panel 2 at the gutter 9 and the roof, and the water and dust at the bottom flashing installation position of the upright serging roof panel 2 are treated completely, so that the stability of flashing installation can be ensured, the stability of the metal roof can be further ensured, and the service life of the metal roof can be further prolonged; flashing on the mounting surface can further prevent rainwater from entering the roof from a gap between the upright serging roof panel 2 and the roof at a gable or a ridge, and the water and dust at the bottom flashing mounting position of the upright serging roof panel 2 are treated completely, so that the stability of flashing mounting can be ensured, the stability of the metal roof can be further ensured, and the service life of the metal roof can be further prolonged; the hem can ensure that the water at the edge of the standing-seam crimping roof panel 2 can completely flow into the gutter 9 along the hem, and the rainwater enters the roof from the gap between the standing-seam crimping roof panel 2 and the roof when the whole metal roof is used, so that the service life of the metal roof is further prolonged.

Claims (10)
1. The mounting process of the standing-seam roof panel is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
preparing: firstly, measuring the size of a roof, checking a roof layout, and preparing materials and tools, wherein the materials comprise: the tool comprises a mounting seat, an upright serging roof panel, fixing nails, a water dripping sheet, foam sealing strips, a flashing plate and sealing glue, wherein the tool comprises a serging machine and a portable circular saw;
installing the vertical serging roof panel: firstly fixing an installation seat on a roof, then installing an upright overlocking roof panel on the installation seat at a ridge, sequentially penetrating the upright overlocking roof panel and the installation seat through fixing nails for fixing to be used as positioning points, determining the positioning points, then sequentially overlapping the uninstalled upright overlocking roof panel and the installed upright overlocking roof panel, and in the overlapping process, ensuring that the edge of the upright overlocking roof panel at the eave of the roof is linear along the eave direction, and leaving the redundant part of the upright overlocking roof panel at a gutter;
and (3) locking: after the vertical overlocking roof panels on the roof are lapped, overlocking the lapped vertical overlocking roof panels by adopting an overlocking machine;
and (3) installing a water dropping sheet: after the overlapped upright overlocking roof panel is overlocked, cutting the redundant part of the upright overlocking roof panel above the gutter by using a portable circular saw, and sequentially installing a foam sealing strip and a water dripping sheet at the eaves of the upright overlocking roof panel after cutting the redundant part of the upright overlocking roof panel;
bottom flashing installation: after the overlapped upright overlocking roof panel is overhauled, cleaning water and dust at the bottom flashing installation position of the upright overlocking roof panel, and fixing the flashing plate at the bottom flashing installation position of the upright overlocking roof panel through sealing glue;
and (3) surface flashing installation: after the overlapped upright overlocking roof panel is overhauled, cleaning water and dust at the surface flashing installation position of the upright overlocking roof panel, and sequentially fixing the foam sealing strip and the flashing plate at the surface flashing installation position of the upright overlocking roof panel through sealing glue;
and (3) folding edges: and performing edge folding treatment on the edge of the installed vertical overlocking roof panel, wherein the folded edge is downward when water flows into the gutter during edge folding, and is upward otherwise.
2. An installation process of an upright-lockrand roof panel according to claim 1, characterised in that: the upright overlocking roof panel comprises large ribs and small ribs, the large ribs and the small ribs are respectively arranged at the left edge and the right edge of the upright overlocking roof panel, the small ribs of the upright overlocking roof panel are arranged on the mounting seat at the ridge and sequentially penetrate through the small ribs and the mounting seat of the upright overlocking roof panel to be fixed as positioning points through fixing nails, the small ribs of the upright overlocking roof panel at the positioning points are in lap joint with the large ribs of the adjacent upright overlocking roof panel, and the small ribs of the upright overlocking roof panel are covered by the large ribs of the adjacent upright overlocking roof panel.
3. A process of installing an upright-lockrand roof panel according to claim 1 or 2, wherein: the fixing nails are waterproof rivets.
4. An installation process of an upright-lockrand roof panel according to claim 1, characterised in that: before the overlapped vertical serging roof panel is serged, the serging machine is checked to ensure that the rollers of the serging machine are clean and have no burrs.
5. An installation process of an upright-lockrand roof panel according to claim 1, characterised in that: when the overlocking machine overlocks the overlapped vertical overlocking roof panel, the overlapped part of the roof panel lock is firstly overhauled by a foot.
6. An installation process of an upright-lockrand roof panel according to claim 1, characterised in that: the tool further comprises a pedal for preventing skidding, and the pedal is used for a worker to step when the worker walks on a ridge or an eave.
7. An installation process of an upright-lockrand roof panel according to claim 1, characterised in that: the saw blade of the portable circular saw is a hard metal saw blade, and the tooth depth of the metal saw blade is 9-20 mm.

An installation process of an upright-lockrand roof panel according to claim 1, characterised in that: the tool further comprises a wire saw guide, and when the portable circular saw is used for cutting the redundant part of the portable standing-seam roof panel, the wire saw guide is used for cutting and guiding.
9. An installation process of an upright-lockrand roof panel according to claim 1, characterised in that: the tool further comprises a glue gun, and the glue gun is used for sealing glue during bottom flashing installation and surface flashing installation.
10. A process of installing an upright-lockrand roof panel according to claim 9, wherein: the tool further comprises an adhesive tape, wherein the adhesive tape is firstly stuck on two sides of an area needing to use the sealant when the bottom flashing is installed and the surface flashing is installed, and the adhesive tape is torn off after the sealant is beaten.
