Background
In actual use, places such as stores and the like often arrange data of visiting clients by people so as to allocate resources in the current place based on the arranged data. However, the existing resource allocation method is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and it is difficult to reasonably allocate limited resources based on the data arrangement result. Therefore, a resource allocation method is needed to solve the above technical problems.

And under the condition that the target number of people visited includes a first number of people visited and a second number of people visited within a preset time range, the ratio of the first number of people visited to the target number of people visited can reflect the proportion of the second type of people to the sum of the first number of people visited and the second number of people visited. If the number of first-time visitors is A1 and the number of non-first-time visitors is B1 within the preset time range, the ratio of the second type of people to the sum of the number of first visitors and the number of second visitors is B1/A1+ B1. For another example, if the number of visitors accumulated within the preset time range is a2, the number of visitors is B2, and the total number of visitors is equal to or greater than the first time threshold, the ratio of the second type of people to the total number of the first and second visitors is B2/a2+ B2. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the basic data is data for characterizing the character, for example, the basic data may include at least one of the following data: age, gender, occupation, school calendar, income level, etc.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, at least part of the visiting person comprises: people with visiting time exceeding a preset threshold value, or at least part of people of the second type. The preset threshold may be preset according to the time, labor cost, and/or the like, and/or the requirement, and the setting manner and the like are not limited herein. For example, at least some of the visiting persons may include persons that produce valid data, such as a customer with a visiting duration that exceeds a certain time threshold, an old customer, a signed-up customer, and so forth. For example, the resource allocation mode can be adjusted by combining the proportion of the new and old clients and the basic data of the visiting persons in the age range of 25 to 35. For another example, the resource allocation method can be adjusted by combining the proportion of old and new clients and the basic data of the male visiting persons. For another example, the resource allocation mode can be adjusted by combining the basic data of the proportion of new customers to the total customers and the income level of more than 30 ten thousand of people who visit.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the visiting data of a first type of person and the visiting data of a second type of person within a preset time range are obtained; determining a proportion parameter according to the visiting data of the first type of people and the visiting data of the second type of people, wherein the proportion parameter is used for reflecting the visiting conditions of different types of people within a preset time range; and adjusting the resource allocation mode according to the proportion parameters and the basic data of at least part of the visiting persons in the preset time range, so as to allocate the resources according to the adjusted resource allocation mode. Therefore, the time consumed by data arrangement can be saved, and the problems of time consumption and labor consumption caused by manual data arrangement are solved. And moreover, the proportion parameter is determined according to the visiting data of the first type of people and the visiting data of the second type of people in the preset time range, and the basic data of at least part of the visiting people in the preset time range are used for adjusting the resource allocation mode, so that the limited resources can be reasonably allocated, the resources are allocated according to the adjusted resource allocation mode, and the customer experience and the sales conversion rate can be further improved.
In order to better master the visit data, the visit data comprises the number of visitors, and in some embodiments, the visit data of the first type of people and the visit data of the second type of people in a preset time range are acquired, including:
carrying out image recognition processing on an image acquired within a preset time range to obtain a person image, wherein the person image comprises tag information of persons, and the tag information is used for distinguishing different types of persons;
and determining a first visiting number belonging to the first type of people and a second visiting number belonging to the second type of people in a preset time range based on the label information.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the image may be acquired in various ways, for example, the image sent by the image collector may be received, or the image transmitted by other devices may be received by using the communicator.
In some embodiments, the image recognition processing is performed on the acquired image through a face recognition technology to obtain a face feature recognition result of the image, and/or the image recognition processing is performed on the acquired image through a human body recognition technology to obtain a human body feature recognition result of the image. The application does not specifically limit the face recognition technology and the human body recognition technology.
In some embodiments, performing image recognition processing on the acquired image to obtain tag information including a person in the image includes: processing the acquired image to determine whether the bottom library contains an image template matched with the image including the person; in response to the existence of the image template matched with the person in the bottom library, determining label information of the person based on the label information corresponding to the matched image template, wherein the label information is used for indicating non-first visit and the number of visits. Wherein, the image template includes but is not limited to a human body template or a human face template; the base library includes, but is not limited to, a human body template library or a face template library.
It should be noted that the bottom library stores visiting record information of historical visiting persons, and the visiting record information at least includes an image template, person Identification (ID) information and visiting time information. For each visiting person, allocating a person identifier to the visiting person; for the same person, only one identity is assigned. In this manner, whether the currently visited person is visited for the first time or not can be determined by determining whether there is person identification information matching the image recognition result.
In the foregoing scheme, optionally, the method further includes: and in response to the fact that no image template matched with the person exists in the bottom library, creating an image template corresponding to the person in the bottom library, and allocating label information to the person, wherein the label information is used for indicating first visit. Therefore, the matched image template does not exist, the image template corresponding to the image information of the person in the image is added into the image template database, data supplement can be carried out on the image template database, and when the client visits again, follow-up query is facilitated.
In view of the effect of the historical data being more effectively reflected in the resource allocation manner, in order to improve the customer experience and the sales conversion rate, in some embodiments, the resource allocation manner is adjusted according to the ratio parameter and the basic data of at least part of the visiting persons within the preset time range, including: determining a target resource allocation mode matched with the basic data from the historical data; and adjusting the resource allocation mode of at least part of the visiting persons according to the proportion parameters and the target resource allocation mode.
Therefore, the target resource allocation mode is allocated based on the historical allocation condition of the same type of basic data, so that the resource allocation mode of at least part of the visiting persons is adjusted, the resource allocation mode of at least part of the visiting persons can be adjusted by referring to the historical data more pertinently, the resource allocation is carried out on at least part of the visiting persons according to the adjusted resource allocation mode, and the customer experience and the sales conversion rate of at least part of the visiting persons are improved.
In order to better and reasonably allocate the limited resources, in some embodiments, the adjusting the resource allocation manner of at least part of the visiting persons according to the proportion parameter and the target resource allocation manner includes:
determining the resource allocation mode of the second type of people in the target resource allocation mode as the resource allocation mode of at least part of the second type of people in the visiting people under the condition that the proportion parameter indicates that the number of the second type of people meets a first preset condition; and/or determining the resource allocation mode of the first type of people in the target resource allocation mode as the resource allocation mode of at least part of the first type of people in the visiting people under the condition that the proportion parameter indicates that the number of the first type of people meets a second preset condition.
In the disclosed embodiment, the first preset condition is used for representing the change of the number of the second type characters. For example, the first preset condition is used for representing the quantity increase or the ascending trend; or for characterizing a decrease or trend in quantity; or, the relative change is characterized to be smooth, or no change, i.e. no change trend. The second preset condition is used for representing the change of the number of the first type of people. For example, the second preset condition is used for representing that the quantity is increased or is in an ascending trend; or the method is used for representing that the quantity is reduced or has a descending trend and the relative change is stable; or to characterize the absence of change, i.e., no trend of change.
It should be noted that, when the first type of character and the second type of character refer to different characters, the first preset condition and the second preset condition are also different.
Exemplarily, in the case that the first type of person refers to a new customer and the second type of person refers to an old customer, the first preset condition is used for characterizing the change of the number of the old customers; the second preset condition is used to characterize the change in the number of new customers.
Illustratively, in the case that the first type of person refers to a client having a cumulative visiting time length less than a first time threshold value, and the second type of person refers to a client having a cumulative visiting time length greater than or equal to a second time threshold value, the first preset condition is used for representing the change of the number of clients having the cumulative visiting time length greater than or equal to the second time threshold value; the second preset condition is used for representing the change of the number of the clients with the visit accumulated time length smaller than the first time threshold value.
Illustratively, in the case that the first type of person refers to a client who visits for the first time and the cumulative duration of visits is less than the third time threshold, and the second type of person refers to a client who visits for a cumulative duration of visits other than the person who visits for the first time is greater than or equal to the fourth time threshold, the first preset condition is used for representing the change of the number of clients whose cumulative durations of visits other than the person who visits for the first time are greater than or equal to the fourth time threshold; the second preset condition is used for representing the change of the number of the first visit and the cumulative duration of the visits is smaller than the third time threshold.
In some embodiments, the resource allocation patterns include an online resource allocation pattern and/or an offline resource allocation pattern, the online resource including a website-based service resource; the offline resources include brick and mortar based service resources;
the adjusting of the resource allocation manner in step 103 includes: the online resource allocation data and/or the offline resource allocation data are adjusted.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the content of the online resource configuration data at least includes one of selling price, after-sales service, and resource configuration data push mode; the resource configuration data pushing mode at least comprises one of pushing time of the resource configuration data, pushing interval of two adjacent resource configuration data and a way of pushing the resource configuration data. For example, if the number of visitors of the new client decreases or trends downward within the preset time range, the online resource allocation data and/or the offline resource allocation data are adjusted, for example, the adjusting of the online resource allocation includes: the selling price of the product is reduced, the guarantee period is prolonged, auxiliary gifts are added, the cashback force is increased, and the message pushing frequency is increased; for example, adjusting the offline resource configuration includes: increase the cash back limit of the old user for recommending the new client, reduce the selling price of the product, prolong the guarantee period, increase the gift strength and increase the message pushing frequency.
For example, if the number of visitors to old clients decreases or trends downward within a preset time range, the online resource allocation data and the offline resource allocation data are adjusted, for example, the adjusting of the online resource allocation includes: the selling price of the product is reduced, the guarantee period is prolonged, auxiliary gifts are added, the cashback force is increased, and the message pushing frequency is increased; for example, adjusting the content of the offline resource configuration data includes: according to the change of personnel, the selling price of the product is reduced, the guarantee period is prolonged, auxiliary gifts are added, the cashback force is increased, and the message pushing frequency is increased.
In order to facilitate the uniform management of resources, the same type of resources can be distributed by the same type of consumption group, for example, the same selling process is distributed, marketing strategies are formulated according to the type of the consumption group, and the like. In some embodiments, step 103 comprises: determining a consumer group to which each visiting person belongs within a preset time range based on the basic data; and allocating the same resource for the visiting persons of the same consumer group. Wherein, the same resource is distributed to the visiting persons of the same consumer group, and the method comprises the following steps: determining a type of a consumer group based on the base data; and formulating a resource configuration data scheme according to the types of the consumer groups. In the disclosed embodiments, the consumption group is a group capable of characterizing a character category. For example, the groups are gender, age group, occupation, geographic location, etc.
In some embodiments, formulating a resource configuration data schema comprises: and matching, flowing and recombining the resource configuration data in a quantity, time and space range. Therefore, a reasonable resource configuration data adjusting scheme can be provided according to the group attribute of the visiting client, and targeted work and service can be performed according to the resource configuration data adjusting scheme, namely, under the condition that core factors influencing the volume of trades are locked based on the group attribute arrangement result, the resource allocation condition based on the target product is reasonably planned, so that the customer experience and the sales conversion rate are further improved.
In view of the fact that the trend of change can more effectively reflect the reasonableness or effectiveness of the resource allocation data, in one implementation, the evaluation result of the current resource allocation data can be determined based on the trend of change. Specifically, in some embodiments, step 103 comprises: evaluating the resource configuration data based on the proportional parameters to obtain an evaluation result of the resource configuration data; and adjusting the resource allocation mode based on the evaluation result.
In the disclosed embodiment, the resource configuration data may be resource configuration data related to the target product sale activity, for example, data reflecting the correspondence of each resource in the resource allocation scheme adopted for the target product. For example, the resource configuration data includes, but is not limited to, one or a combination of a number configuration, a time configuration, a space configuration, a personnel configuration, an information network configuration, and the like.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the evaluation result may be used to reflect data of a size of an influence on the number of visits after the current resource configuration is implemented for a period of time. The evaluation result comprises at least two grades, the types of the resource configuration data to be adjusted corresponding to different grades are different, and/or the adjustment modes of the resource configuration data corresponding to different grades are different. Therefore, the evaluation result of the resource configuration data can be provided, and the adjustment scheme of the resource configuration data can be provided according to the evaluation result, so that the staff can perform targeted work and service according to the adjustment scheme, and the passenger flow is improved.
In some embodiments, adjusting the resource allocation based on the evaluation result includes: and under the condition that the evaluation result is the first evaluation result, the first rating result represents that the first type of people is in a descending trend, the content of the resource configuration data is adjusted to increase the number of people of the first type of people, and the resource configuration data comprises online resource configuration data and/or offline resource configuration data. Therefore, the method is beneficial to the staff to carry out targeted work and service according to the adjusted resource configuration data scheme, so that the number of visitors of the first type of people is increased. Similarly, in the case that the evaluation result is a second evaluation result, the second rating result indicates that the second type of people is in a descending trend, and the content of the resource allocation data is adjusted to increase the number of people of the second type of people, wherein the resource allocation data comprises online resource allocation data and/or offline resource allocation data. Therefore, the method is beneficial to the staff to carry out targeted work and service according to the adjusted resource configuration data scheme, so that the number of visitors of the second type of people is increased.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the proportion parameter can effectively reflect whether the resource allocation condition of the target product is reasonable or not, so that the evaluation result is more targeted, namely, the resource allocation condition is analyzed only for the target product. Therefore, the evaluation result of the resource configuration data of the target product can be obtained based on the obtained data, so that the resource configuration data, namely the resource configuration condition, aiming at the target product can be reasonably adjusted based on the evaluation result, and the resource allocation condition based on the target product is reasonably planned under the condition that the core factors influencing the visit volume are locked based on the data sorting result, so that the customer experience and the sales conversion rate are further improved.
To facilitate efficient management of personnel responsible for customer follow-up within the store, in some embodiments, the method further comprises: when the tag information represents that the person is not visited for the first time, determining the identification information of the reception person associated with the person; and sending the tag information of the person and the identification information of the reception staff to the terminal equipment so that the terminal equipment displays the tag information of the person and the identification information of the reception staff.
Therefore, accurate judgment can be rapidly made for the new and old customers, the accuracy of identifying the visitors as the new and old customers is improved, and the shops can be assisted to explore the high-value customers; in addition, for the reason that the reception staff who is allocated to the old customer before visiting is easy to make mistakes when the store front desk allocates the old customer according to the memory, the method and the system for determining the reception staff allocated to the old customer before visiting by performing feature analysis on the acquired image are beneficial to standardizing the sales reception process.
To facilitate efficient management of personnel responsible for customer follow-up within the store, in some embodiments, the method further comprises: when the tag information represents that the person is visited for the first time, acquiring identification information of reception personnel allocated to the person; and establishing an incidence relation between the identification information of the person and the identification information of the reception staff.
Therefore, by establishing the incidence relation between the identification information of the person and the identification information of the receptionist, the receptionist who receives the person last time can be quickly determined when the person visits next time, so that the person can be helped to follow up and serve the person by the same receptionist every time the person visits.
As an embodiment, obtaining identification information of a receptionist assigned to a person may include: and receiving the identification information of the reception staff distributed to the object, which is sent by the terminal. Therefore, the staff can be allocated to the reception staff for the first visit according to the assignment information input by the manager at the terminal side.
As an embodiment, obtaining identification information of a receptionist assigned to a person may include: and distributing identification information of the reception staff for the object based on the number of the on-line terminals and/or the working state reported by the on-line terminals. Therefore, allocation can be rapidly made according to the number of the on-line terminals and/or the working state reported by the on-line terminals, and reception personnel can be reasonably allocated for the visiting persons.
In some embodiments, the method may be performed by a server, wherein the server may be a cloud server and/or a front-end server, for example, the method is implemented by a front-end server (e.g., a video kiosk) and a cloud server, wherein the front-end server performs face and body tracking on the collected images to obtain face and body tracking results, determines which image information to perform pedestrian recognition based on the quality of the face and/or body images, and then sends the determined image information to the cloud server, and after receiving the image information sent by the front-end server, the cloud server queries a corresponding database based on the received image information to obtain pedestrian recognition results, and sends corresponding various processing results, such as tag information of a person, identification information of a person waiting staff, and evaluation results of resource configuration data, to the terminal, the resource configuration data is adjusted, but the embodiment of the present disclosure does not limit this.
In the embodiment of the present application, on the basis of implementing any one of the methods described above, as shown in fig. 2, the method may further include the following steps:
step 201, receiving label information of a person who visits and identification information of a person to be waited associated with the person when the label information represents that the person is not visited for the first time;
step 202, displaying the tag information of the person and the identification information of the reception staff.

Exemplarily, under the condition that the tag information represents that the person is visited for the first time, the terminal receives identification information of the reception staff allocated to the person and displays the identification information of the reception staff; therefore, the quick allocation of the reception tasks can be realized, the specific work and service of the workers can be favorably carried out according to the allocation information, and the working efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and displaying the tag information of the person and the identification information of the reception staff in the visiting notification interface of the person. Therefore, the terminal user can conveniently obtain the information of the person and the reception staff in time through the visiting notification interface.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: receiving a query condition, wherein the query condition at least comprises a preset time range; and sending the query condition to the electronic equipment. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a notification interface for a visitor output by a terminal side according to an embodiment of the disclosure, and as shown in fig. 3, tag information of each person is displayed on the notification interface for the visitor, where, for example, the first visit and the nth visit are performed, where N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 2; and the identification of the reception person in charge of the reception person is also displayed on the notification interface of the reception person, such as the name or the work number of the reception person. Of course, whether the visitor has the decision right and other information can be displayed on the visitor notification interface.

It should be understood that the display interface shown in fig. 4 is an alternative specific implementation, and those skilled in the art may make various obvious changes and/or substitutions based on the example of fig. 4, and the obtained technical solution still belongs to the disclosure scope of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Corresponding to the foregoing resource allocation method, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a resource allocation apparatus, which is applied to an electronic device, and as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus includes:

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that, in some alternative embodiments, the functions implemented by the processing modules in the resource allocation apparatus shown in fig. 5 can be understood by referring to the related description of the resource allocation method, and can be implemented by a program running on a processor, and can also be implemented by a specific logic circuit.
In practical applications, the specific structures of the acquiring module 10, the determining module 20 and the allocating module 30 may all correspond to a processor. The specific structure of the processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Micro Controller Unit (MCU), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), or other electronic components or a collection of electronic components having Processing functions. The processor includes executable codes, the executable codes are stored in a storage medium, the processor can be connected with the storage medium through a communication interface such as a bus, and when the corresponding functions of specific units are executed, the executable codes are read from the storage medium and executed. The portion of the storage medium used to store the executable code is preferably a non-transitory storage medium.
The resource allocation device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can save time consumed by data arrangement, that is, the problem of time and labor consumption caused by manual data arrangement is solved; and the resource allocation mode is adjusted according to the visiting data of the first type of people and the visiting data of the second type of people within a preset time range, and the basic data of at least part of the visiting people within the preset time range, so that the limited resources can be reasonably allocated.
The disclosed embodiment also describes a resource allocation apparatus, which includes: the system comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program to realize the resource allocation method provided by any one of the above technical schemes.
As an embodiment, the processor, when executing the program, implements: acquiring the visiting data of a first type of person and the visiting data of a second type of person within a preset time range; determining a proportional parameter according to the visiting data of the first type of people and the visiting data of the second type of people, wherein the proportional parameter is used for reflecting the visiting conditions of different types of people within the preset time range; and adjusting a resource allocation mode according to the proportion parameter and the basic data of at least part of the visiting persons in the preset time range, so as to allocate resources according to the adjusted resource allocation mode.
As an embodiment, the processor, when executing the program, implements: the first type of person includes a person visited for the first time, and the second type of person includes a person other than the person visited for the first time; or the first type of people comprises people with the accumulated visiting time length less than a first time threshold, the second type of people comprises people with the accumulated visiting time length more than or equal to a second time threshold, and the first time threshold is less than or equal to the second time threshold; or the first type of people comprise people who visit for the first time and have the accumulated duration of visit less than a third time threshold, and the second type of people comprise people who have the accumulated duration of visit more than or equal to a fourth time threshold except the people who visit for the first time.
As an embodiment, the processor, when executing the program, implements: the visit data comprises the number of visitors; performing image recognition processing on the image acquired within the preset time range to obtain a person image, wherein the person image comprises tag information of persons, and the tag information is used for distinguishing different types of persons; and determining a first visiting number belonging to the first type of people and a second visiting number belonging to the second type of people respectively within the preset time range based on the label information.
As an embodiment, the processor, when executing the program, implements: determining a target resource allocation mode matched with the basic data from historical data; and adjusting the resource allocation mode of at least part of the visiting persons according to the proportion parameters and the target resource allocation mode.
As an embodiment, the processor, when executing the program, implements: determining the resource allocation mode of the second type of people in the target resource allocation mode as the resource allocation mode of the second type of people in the at least part of visiting people under the condition that the proportion parameter indicates that the number of the second type of people meets a first preset condition; and/or determining the resource allocation mode of the first type of person in the target resource allocation mode as the resource allocation mode of the first type of person in the at least part of visiting persons under the condition that the proportion parameter indicates that the number of the first type of persons meets a second preset condition.
In the foregoing scheme, optionally, the ratio parameter includes at least one of: a ratio of the first number of visitors to the second number of visitors; a ratio of the second visit number to the first visit number; the ratio of the first number of visiting persons to the target number of visiting persons; the ratio of the second number of visitors to the target number of visitors; the target visiting number comprises the first visiting number and the second visiting number, or the target visiting number comprises the total number of visiting persons within the preset time range.
As an embodiment, the processor, when executing the program, implements: adjusting the on-line resource allocation data and/or the off-line resource allocation data; the online resource comprises a website-based service resource; the offline resources include brick and mortar based service resources.
As an embodiment, the processor, when executing the program, implements: the content of the online resource configuration data at least comprises one of selling price, after-sale service and a resource configuration data pushing mode; the content of the off-line resource configuration data at least comprises one of service personnel or follow-up personnel, selling price, after-sale service and a resource configuration data pushing mode; the resource configuration data pushing mode at least comprises one of pushing time of the resource configuration data, pushing interval of two adjacent resource configuration data and a way of pushing the resource configuration data.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further comprises: the communication module 40 (not shown in fig. 5) is configured to send the tag information of the visiting person and the identification information of the person to the terminal device, so that the tag information of the person and the identification information of the person are displayed by the terminal device.
The resource allocation device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can save time consumed by data arrangement, that is, the problem of time and labor consumption caused by manual data arrangement is solved; and the resource allocation mode is adjusted according to the visiting data of the first type of people and the visiting data of the second type of people within a preset time range, and the basic data of at least part of the visiting people within the preset time range, so that the limited resources can be reasonably allocated.
On the basis of the apparatus shown in fig. 5, as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus may further include: the receiving module 50 is configured to receive tag information of a visiting person and identification information of a person to be waited associated with the person when the tag information indicates that the person is not a first visit; and the display processing module 60 is configured to display the tag information of the visited person and the identification information of the receptionist.
In the foregoing scheme, optionally, the apparatus further includes: an obtaining module 70 (not shown in fig. 6) configured to obtain and display identification information of a person to be attended assigned to the person who visited the first time when the tag information indicates that the person is the first person to visit; a sending processing module 80 (not shown in fig. 6) configured to send the identification information of the receptionist assigned to the visiting person.
As an embodiment, the display processing module 60 is configured to: and displaying the label information of the visiting person and the identification information of the reception staff in the visiting notification interface of the visiting person.
Those skilled in the art will understand that the functions implemented by the processing modules in the resource allocation apparatus shown in fig. 6 can be understood by referring to the related description of the foregoing resource allocation method. Those skilled in the art will understand that the functions of each processing unit in the resource allocation apparatus shown in fig. 6 can be implemented by a program running on a processor, and can also be implemented by a specific logic circuit.
In practical applications, the specific structures of the receiving module 50, the display processing module 60, the obtaining module 70 and the sending processing module 80 may all correspond to a processor. The specific structure of the processor can be an electronic component or a collection of electronic components with processing functions, such as a CPU, an MCU, a DSP or a PLC. The processor includes executable codes, the executable codes are stored in a storage medium, the processor can be connected with the storage medium through a communication interface such as a bus, and when the corresponding functions of specific units are executed, the executable codes are read from the storage medium and executed. The portion of the storage medium used to store the executable code is preferably a non-transitory storage medium.
The resource allocation device of the embodiment of the disclosure is convenient for a terminal user to timely know the personnel label of the current visiting person, and is convenient for allocating the reception personnel according to the personnel label so as to further improve the experience of customers and the sales conversion rate.
The disclosed embodiment also describes a resource allocation apparatus, which includes: the system comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program to realize the resource allocation method provided by any one of the above technical schemes.
As an embodiment, the processor, when executing the program, implements: receiving label information of a person who visits and identification information of a person to be waited associated with the person under the condition that the person is represented by the label information and is not visited for the first time; and displaying the tag information of the person and the identification information of the reception staff.
As an embodiment, the processor, when executing the program, implements: under the condition that the tag information represents that the figure is visited for the first time, acquiring and displaying identification information of reception staff allocated to the figure; and sending the identification information of the reception staff allocated to the person.
As an embodiment, the processor, when executing the program, implements: and displaying the tag information of the person and the identification information of the reception staff in the visiting notification interface of the person.
The resource allocation device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure is convenient for a terminal user to timely know the personnel label of the current visiting personnel, and is convenient for allocating the reception personnel according to the personnel label so as to further improve the experience of the customer and the sales conversion rate.
The embodiment of the present disclosure also describes a computer storage medium, in which computer-executable instructions are stored, and the computer-executable instructions are used to execute the resource allocation method applied to the terminal in the foregoing embodiments. That is, after being executed by the processor, the computer-executable instructions can implement the resource allocation method applied to the terminal according to any one of the foregoing technical solutions.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the functions of the programs in the computer storage medium of the present embodiment can be understood by referring to the related description of the resource allocation method applied to the electronic device described in the foregoing embodiments.
It should also be understood that the various alternative embodiments described herein are merely exemplary for helping those skilled in the art better understand the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure, and should not be construed as limiting the embodiments of the present disclosure, and that those skilled in the art can make various changes and substitutions on the various alternative embodiments described herein, which should also be understood as a part of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
In addition, the description of the technical solutions herein focuses on emphasizing the differences among the various embodiments, and the same or similar parts may be referred to one another, and are not repeated for brevity.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. The above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, for example, the division of the unit is only a logical functional division, and there may be other division ways in actual implementation, such as: multiple units or components may be combined, or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. In addition, the coupling, direct coupling or communication connection between the components shown or discussed may be through some interfaces, and the indirect coupling or communication connection between the devices or units may be electrical, mechanical or other forms.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units; can be located in one place or distributed on a plurality of network units; some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, all functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may be separately regarded as one unit, or two or more units may be integrated into one unit; the integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for realizing the method embodiments can be completed by hardware related to program instructions, the program can be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and the program executes the steps comprising the method embodiments when executed; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: a mobile storage device, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
Alternatively, the integrated units described above in the present application may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium if they are implemented in the form of software functional modules and sold or used as independent products. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the methods described in the embodiments of the present disclosure. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a removable storage device, a ROM, a RAM, a magnetic or optical disk, or various other media that can store program code.

Claims (18)

1. A method for resource allocation, the method comprising:
acquiring the visiting data of a first type of person and the visiting data of a second type of person within a preset time range;
determining a proportional parameter according to the visiting data of the first type of people and the visiting data of the second type of people, wherein the proportional parameter is used for reflecting the visiting conditions of different types of people within the preset time range;
and adjusting a resource allocation mode according to the proportion parameter and the basic data of at least part of the visiting persons in the preset time range, so as to allocate resources according to the adjusted resource allocation mode.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first type of character comprises a first-visited character, and the second type of character comprises a character other than the first-visited character;
or the first type of people comprises people with the accumulated visiting time length less than a first time threshold, the second type of people comprises people with the accumulated visiting time length more than or equal to a second time threshold, and the first time threshold is less than or equal to the second time threshold;
or the first type of people comprise people who visit for the first time and have the accumulated duration of visit less than a third time threshold, and the second type of people comprise people who have the accumulated duration of visit more than or equal to a fourth time threshold except the people who visit for the first time.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the visit data comprises a number of visitors;
the acquiring the visiting data of the first type of people and the visiting data of the second type of people within the preset time range comprises the following steps:
performing image recognition processing on the image acquired within the preset time range to obtain a person image, wherein the person image comprises tag information of persons, and the tag information is used for distinguishing different types of persons;
and determining a first visiting number belonging to the first type of people and a second visiting number belonging to the second type of people respectively within the preset time range based on the label information.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the adjusting the resource allocation according to the ratio parameter and the basic data of at least some of the visiting persons within the preset time range comprises:
determining a target resource allocation mode matched with the basic data from historical data;
and adjusting the resource allocation mode of at least part of the visiting persons according to the proportion parameters and the target resource allocation mode.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the adjusting the resource allocation of the at least some of the visitors according to the ratio parameter and the target resource allocation comprises:
determining the resource allocation mode of the second type of people in the target resource allocation mode as the resource allocation mode of the second type of people in the at least part of visiting people under the condition that the proportion parameter indicates that the number of the second type of people meets a first preset condition;
and/or determining the resource allocation mode of the first type of person in the target resource allocation mode as the resource allocation mode of the first type of person in the at least part of visiting persons under the condition that the proportion parameter indicates that the number of the first type of persons meets a second preset condition.
6. The method of claim 3, wherein the scaling parameter comprises at least one of:
a ratio of the first number of visitors to the second number of visitors;
a ratio of the second visit number to the first visit number;
the ratio of the first number of visiting persons to the target number of visiting persons;
the ratio of the second number of visitors to the target number of visitors;
the target visiting number comprises the first visiting number and the second visiting number, or the target visiting number comprises the total number of visiting persons within the preset time range.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the resource allocation pattern comprises an online resource allocation pattern and/or an offline resource allocation pattern, and the online resource comprises a website-based service resource; the offline resources comprise brick and mortar based service resources;
the adjusting the resource allocation mode comprises the following steps:
the online resource allocation data and/or the offline resource allocation data are adjusted.
8. The method of claim 7,
the content of the online resource configuration data at least comprises one of selling price, after-sale service and a resource configuration data pushing mode;
the content of the off-line resource configuration data at least comprises one of service personnel or follow-up personnel, selling price, after-sale service and a resource configuration data pushing mode;
the resource configuration data pushing mode at least comprises one of pushing time of the resource configuration data, pushing interval of two adjacent resource configuration data and a way of pushing the resource configuration data.
9. An apparatus for resource allocation, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the visiting data of the first type of people and the visiting data of the second type of people within a preset time range;
the determining module is used for determining a proportional parameter according to the visiting data of the first type of people and the visiting data of the second type of people, and the proportional parameter is used for reflecting the visiting conditions of different types of people within the preset time range;
and the allocation module is used for adjusting a resource allocation mode according to the proportion parameter and the basic data of at least part of the visiting persons in the preset time range so as to allocate resources according to the adjusted resource allocation mode.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the first type of persona comprises a first visited persona and the second type of persona comprises a persona other than the first visited persona;
or the first type of people comprises people with the accumulated visiting time length less than a first time threshold, the second type of people comprises people with the accumulated visiting time length more than or equal to a second time threshold, and the first time threshold is less than or equal to the second time threshold;
or the first type of people comprise people who visit for the first time and have the accumulated duration of visit less than a third time threshold, and the second type of people comprise people who have the accumulated duration of visit more than or equal to a fourth time threshold except the people who visit for the first time.
11. The apparatus of claim 9 or 10, wherein the visit data comprises a number of visitors;
the obtaining module is configured to:
performing image recognition processing on the image acquired within the preset time range to obtain a person image, wherein the person image comprises tag information of persons, and the tag information is used for distinguishing different types of persons;
and determining a first visiting number belonging to the first type of people and a second visiting number belonging to the second type of people respectively within the preset time range based on the label information.
12. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the assignment module is configured to:
determining a target resource allocation mode matched with the basic data from historical data;
and adjusting the resource allocation mode of at least part of the visiting persons according to the proportion parameters and the target resource allocation mode.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the assignment module is configured to:
determining the resource allocation mode of the second type of people in the target resource allocation mode as the resource allocation mode of the second type of people in the at least part of visiting people under the condition that the proportion parameter indicates that the number of the second type of people meets a first preset condition;
and/or determining the resource allocation mode of the first type of person in the target resource allocation mode as the resource allocation mode of the first type of person in the at least part of visiting persons under the condition that the proportion parameter indicates that the number of the first type of persons meets a second preset condition.
14. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the scaling parameter comprises at least one of:
a ratio of the first number of visitors to the second number of visitors;
a ratio of the second visit number to the first visit number;
the ratio of the first number of visiting persons to the target number of visiting persons;
the ratio of the second number of visitors to the target number of visitors;
the target visiting number comprises the first visiting number and the second visiting number, or the target visiting number comprises the total number of visiting persons within the preset time range.
15. The apparatus according to any one of claims 9 to 14, wherein the resource allocation pattern comprises an online resource allocation pattern and/or an offline resource allocation pattern, and the online resource comprises a website-based service resource; the offline resources comprise brick and mortar based service resources;
the allocation module is configured to:
the online resource allocation data and/or the offline resource allocation data are adjusted.
16. The apparatus of claim 15,
the content of the online resource configuration data at least comprises one of selling price, after-sale service and a resource configuration data pushing mode;
the content of the off-line resource configuration data at least comprises one of service personnel or follow-up personnel, selling price, after-sale service and a resource configuration data pushing mode;
the resource configuration data pushing mode at least comprises one of pushing time of the resource configuration data, pushing interval of two adjacent resource configuration data and a way of pushing the resource configuration data.
17. An apparatus for resource allocation, the apparatus comprising: memory, processor and computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the resource allocation method according to any of claims 1 to 8 when executing the program.
18. A storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to carry out the resource allocation method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
