Detailed Description
For a more clear understanding of the technical features, objects and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, in a first embodiment of an RFID tag manufacturing method of the present invention, the method includes:
s1, arranging a blank RFID chip on the back of the blank label paper;
s2, generating a bar code according to a preset rule, and printing the bar code on the front side of blank label paper to generate a bar code label;
s3, scanning the bar code label to obtain bar code information, generating RFID label information according to the bar code information, and writing the RFID label information into a blank RFID chip corresponding to the bar code label to obtain a final RFID label.
Specifically, a blank RFID chip is arranged on the back surface of the blank label paper to form a two-in-one label paper, and in the using process, a corresponding barcode is generated according to a preset rule, for example, according to a barcode generation rule of an article to be labeled, and the barcode is printed on the front surface of the blank label paper, so that a barcode label is formed on the front surface of the blank label paper. The barcode label can be printed in a conventional printing manner, such as a laser printer or an ink jet printer. The bar code form can also adopt a common mode, such as a one-dimensional bar code and a two-dimensional bar code. Then scanning the bar code on the bar code label through scanning equipment to obtain the bar code information of the bar code label, generating corresponding RFID label information according to the bar code information, wherein the RFID label signal can adopt a passing RFID label information generation mode, the bar code information of the bar code label is contained, finally, the RFID label information is written into a blank RFID chip corresponding to the bar code label through an RFID writing device, namely, the blank RFID chip is written into an RFID chip on the back of the bar code label, and thus the final RFID label is obtained, namely, the front of the RFID label contains the bar code information, the back of the RFID label contains the RFID label information, and the bar code information and the RFID label information are in a one-to-one correspondence relationship. It is understood that the front and back are relative concepts, i.e., one side is selected to be the front and the other side is selected to be the back.
In one embodiment, in step S1, generating the barcode according to the preset rule includes: and acquiring information of the article to be identified to generate a unique number, and generating a corresponding bar code according to the unique number. Specifically, in the process of generating the barcode label, a unique number or code can be generated according to the article information of the article to be identified, that is, the number or code can correspond to the article to be identified one by one. The number or code may be numeric or alphabetic, or a combination of various forms including arrays or letters. Then generating a bar code according to the number or the code, and printing the bar code on the front surface of the label paper to form a bar code label. When the final RFID label is arranged on the article to be identified, the article can be identified through the bar code label.
As shown in fig. 3, in an embodiment, a method for manufacturing an RFID tag of the present invention further includes: and S4, setting the RFID tags on the corresponding articles to be identified, and uploading the information of the RFID tags to a management platform. Specifically, after the RFID tag is printed and acquired according to the article to be identified, the RFID tag may be disposed on the corresponding article to be identified, so as to identify the article to be identified. After the RFID label information is generated, the RFID label information is uploaded to a management platform simultaneously before or after being written into a blank RFID chip. The management platform can be a user terminal or a server, so that the object to be identified can be tracked. Meanwhile, the data can be shared or shared so that other related personnel can inquire or check the identified article to form the tracking of the article to be identified. After the tag data are uploaded to the management background, after the staff complete the identification of the articles, when the user needs to check the articles, the user takes out the portable terminal, identifies all the articles by using the rfid module, and connects to the management background data and software through the network for processing, so that the article checking, counting and the like can be completed. Which can accomplish efficient and automated handling of goods.
In one embodiment, the step S1 of providing the blank RFID chip on the back of the blank label paper includes: and adhering the blank RFID chip to the back of the blank label paper. Specifically, the blank RFID chip on the back of the blank label paper may be fixed on the back of the blank label paper in a pasting manner, and the RFID chip may be exposed on the back of the blank label paper, or may be further provided with a protective layer, for example, after the RFID chip is pasted, a piece of paper is pasted to cover the RFID chip.
As shown in fig. 3, an RFID tag fabricating apparatus of the present invention includes:
the bearing unit 110 is used for bearing blank label paper with a blank RFID chip on the back;
a barcode generating unit 120, configured to generate a barcode according to a preset rule;
the printing unit 130 corresponds to the first position 111 of the bearing unit 110 and is used for printing a bar code on the front side of the blank label paper to generate a bar code label;
the scanning unit 140 corresponds to the second position 112 of the bearing unit 110 and corresponds to the front surface of the barcode label, and is configured to scan the barcode label to obtain barcode information;
an RFID tag information generating unit 150 for generating RFID tag information according to the barcode information;
the RFID writing unit 160 corresponds to the third position 113 of the bearing unit 110, and is configured to write the RFID tag information into the blank RFID chip on the back of the barcode tag to obtain a final RFID tag.
Specifically, the bearing unit 110 of the RFID tag manufacturing apparatus is used to bear blank tag paper with a blank RFID chip on the back; in the RFID tag manufacturing process, the carrier unit 110 is used to turn on the blank tag paper, and the blank tag paper is correspondingly operated at the corresponding position of the carrier unit 110. The blank label paper is arranged in a roll, and the rolled blank label paper is fixed on a roller arranged on the bearing unit 110, and the roller can be exposed or arranged in a specific cavity. In operation, the roller rotates, and a blank label sheet to be operated moves along with the roller of the carrying unit 110, and reaches a specific position of the carrying unit 110, i.e., the first position 111. Here, it can be understood that the barcode generating unit 120 generates the barcode according to a preset rule before the blank tab sheet to be operated reaches the first position 111 or after the blank tab sheet reaches the first position 111. After the blank label sheet to be operated reaches the first position 111, the generated barcode is printed to the front surface of the blank label sheet by the printing unit 130 to form a barcode label. The printing unit 130 may be a laser printer or an inkjet printer. The barcode generating unit 120 may be an external smart terminal or a computer. After the barcode label is generated, the barcode label is scanned by the scanning unit 140 to obtain barcode information corresponding to the barcode label. The scanning unit 140 may be disposed to correspond to a specific position of the carrying unit 110, i.e. the second position 112, i.e. the scanning unit 140 may work when the barcode label is at the second position 112, and it can be understood that the scanning unit 140 corresponds to the front side of the barcode label, which is disposed to be staggered with respect to the printing unit 130. After the barcode information is acquired, the RFID tag information generating unit 150 generates RFID tag information according to the barcode information; after acquiring the RFID tag information, the RFID writing unit 160 writes the RFID tag information into the blank RFID chip on the back of the barcode tag to acquire a final RFID tag. The RFID writing unit 160 is disposed at a position corresponding to the third position 113, which is a specific position of the carrier unit 110. When the label paper is at the third position 113, the RFID writing unit 160 will perform the RFID label information writing operation, so as to ensure that the written RFID label information and the existing barcode information on the label paper are in a one-to-one correspondence relationship.
As shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment, the second position 112 of the carrying unit 110 is the same as the third position 113, and the RFID writing unit 160 corresponds to the back of the barcode label. Specifically, in order to ensure the accuracy of writing the RFID tag information, after the barcode information is obtained by scanning the barcode and the RFID tag information is generated according to the barcode information, before the RFID tag information is written into the blank RFID chip, the bearing unit 110 is stationary, that is, the position of the tag paper does not change, and the barcode scanning and the writing of the RFID tag information are completed at the same position. I.e. the second position 112 is the same position as the third position 113. At this time, the scanning unit 140 is set to correspond to the front side of the barcode label, and the RFID writing unit 160 may be set to correspond to the back side of the barcode label, so as to implement sequential operations at the same position.
As shown in fig. 5, in an embodiment, the RFID tag manufacturing apparatus of the present invention further includes:
an obtaining unit 170, configured to obtain information of an article to be identified;
the barcode generating unit 120 generates a unique number according to the information of the article to be identified, and generates a corresponding barcode according to the unique number.
Specifically, in the manufacturing process of the RFID tag, the barcode information may be generated according to information of an article to be identified, where the information of the article to be identified may be acquired through the acquiring unit 170, for example, through manual input in advance, or through transfer information of a transfer device, and the barcode generating unit 120 may generate a unique number or code according to the article information of the article to be identified, that is, the number or code may correspond to the article to be identified one to one.
5, in an embodiment, the RFID tag manufacturing apparatus of the present invention further includes: and the sending unit 180 is configured to upload the RFID tag information to the management platform according to a preset rule. Specifically, in the RFID tag manufacturing process, after the RFID tag is printed and acquired according to the article to be identified, the RFID tag may be disposed on the corresponding article to be identified, so as to identify the article to be identified. After the RFID tag information is generated, the RFID tag information is simultaneously uploaded to the management platform through the transmitting unit 180 before or after the RFID tag information is written into the blank RFID chip. Or the RFID label information can be uploaded to the management platform after the RFID label is arranged on the corresponding article to be identified. The management platform can be a user terminal or a server, so that the object to be identified can be tracked. Meanwhile, the data can be shared or shared so that other related personnel can inquire or check the identified article to form the tracking of the article to be identified. Which can accomplish efficient and automated handling of goods, etc.
