Background
Filling machines can be classified into normal pressure filling machines, liquid filling machines, oil filling machines, paste filling machines, sauce filling machines, granule slurry filling machines, powder filling machines, vat water filling machines, and vacuum filling machines according to the filling principle. The oil liquid filling machine can fill various oils, and the filling machine is a filling machine specially developed and developed for oil material filling, can realize flexible configuration of manual operation and unmanned operation, and the filling machine needs to seal the storage tank when filling is completed, generally seals through a manual mode in the prior art, and has poor sealing effect and lower efficiency.

The invention mainly relates to a driving device of the sealing device of the industrial filling machine, which can control a clamping jaw of the filling machine to realize the connection or the separation of an end cover of the storage tank and the clamping jaw.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
the sealing device driving device of the industrial filling machine is characterized by comprising a mounting seat and a jaw connector connected below the mounting seat, wherein a driving machine for driving the jaw connector to move is arranged above the mounting seat, and the driving machine is connected with the jaw connector through a locking piece;
the locking piece comprises a locking piece body, a threaded hole is formed in the middle of the locking piece body, a torsion bar installed at the end part of a driver penetrates into the threaded hole, and the torsion bar is in threaded connection with the locking piece body; and a clamping block for fixing a torsion bar in the locking piece body is arranged on the locking piece body.
Furthermore, the clamping block is rotatably connected with the locking piece body, one end, far away from the rotating end, of the clamping block is provided with a bent head section, and the end of the bent head section penetrates through a wall plate of the locking piece body to be attached to a torsion bar in the locking piece.
Furthermore, the end face of the elbow section of the fixture block, which is attached to the torsion bar, corresponds to the thread on the torsion bar and is provided with a clamping groove for preventing the torsion bar from rotating.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a driving device for a sealing device of an industrial filling machine, which has the following advantages:
1. the torsion bar and the locking piece which are provided with the driving machine are detachably connected, so that different jaw assemblies can be conveniently replaced for sealing the storage tank end covers with different sizes.
2. Through the fixture block structure that the installation can fix the interior torsion bar section of locking piece on the locking piece, can effectively prevent that torsion bar and locking piece lock from dying or during operation not hard up.

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention relates to a sealing device driving device for an industrial filling machine, which comprises a mounting seat and a jaw connector connected below the mounting seat, wherein a driving machine for driving the jaw connector to move is arranged above the mounting seat, the driving machine and the jaw connector are connected through a locking piece, and the locking piece further locks a torsion bar inside the locking piece, so that after the torsion bar is in threaded connection with the locking piece, the torsion bar rotates relative to the locking piece when rotating, and further the operation of the jaw is affected.
As shown in fig. 2, the locking piece comprises a locking piece body, a threaded hole is formed in the middle of the locking piece body, a torsion bar mounted at the end part of a driver penetrates into the threaded hole, and the torsion bar is in threaded connection with the locking piece body; the locking piece body is provided with a clamping block for fixing a torsion bar in the locking piece body, the clamping block and the locking piece body are rotatably connected, one end, far away from the rotating end, of the clamping block is provided with an elbow section, the end part of the elbow section penetrates through a wall plate of the locking piece body to be attached to the torsion bar in the locking piece, a clamping groove for preventing the torsion bar from rotating is formed in the end face, corresponding to the end face of the torsion bar, of the clamping block, protruding particles for increasing the friction force of the joint of the clamping groove and the thread section of the torsion bar are uniformly distributed on the inner wall of the clamping groove in the elbow section of the clamping block, when the clamping block of the locking piece is attached to the thread section of the torsion bar, the thread.
