As shown in figure 1, the spring (2) is arranged between the pressing key (7) and the mounting seat (10), one end of the spring is in contact with the pressing key (7), the other end of the spring is in contact with the mounting seat (10), and the spring is sleeved on 2 guide posts (9). The spring (2) plays a role in supporting the pressing key (7) and buffering the pressing force and rebounding the needle core (8).
The structure and function of the housing (4). The shape and structure of the housing (4) are shown in fig. 1 and 7, and the main function of the housing is to connect, fix, protect internal mechanisms and the like. The top end surface of the shell (4) is provided with a through hole, and the upper end of the pressing key (7) can move in the through hole. The inner wall of the shell (4) is provided with a lug boss (16) which has the function of preventing the key (7) from being pressed down to exceed the limit and controlling the movement distance of the needle core (8) in the needle tube (11). As shown in fig. 1 and 7, a through hole is provided on the edge of the lower end of the housing (4), and the housing (4) and the mounting base (10) are connected and fixed by a bolt (14) and a nut (15) through the through hole.
Through comprehensive design, particularly through the length of parts such as a spring (2), a needle core (8), a needle tube (11) and the like, the distance between a boss (16) and the top end of a shell (4) and the like and size matching design, when a pressing key (7) is not pressed in an installation state, the head of each needle core (8) is positioned at the upper part of a groove of each needle tube (11), when the pressing key (7) is pressed, the pressing key (7) compresses the spring (2) and simultaneously drives a plurality of needle cores (8) to move in the corresponding needle tubes (11), the needle cores (8) push hair follicles placed at the pointed groove parts of the corresponding needle tubes (11) to move towards the pointed parts of the needle tubes (11), and when the pressing key touches the boss (16) in the shell (4), the needle cores (8) basically move to the pointed parts of the needle tubes (11), so that a plurality of hairs in a receiving area can be implanted. In the pressing process, the spring (2) plays a role in adjusting pressure, the boss (16) prevents the key from being pressed to exceed the pressing amount, the effect of limiting the ejection length of the needle core (8) is achieved, and the guide post (9) plays a role in guiding the pressing direction in the guide hole (12) to protect the needle core.
The shape and function of the protective cap (6). The shape of the protective cap (6) is shown in figures 1 and 8, the side wall of the protective cap (6) is wedge-shaped and flaring-shaped, and an arc-shaped boss is arranged on the inner side wall of the opening of the protective cap (6). The protective cap (6) is tightly matched with the outer side of the mounting seat (10) and is connected in a clamping mode of a boss and a groove. When the transplanter is not used at ordinary times, the protective cap (6) can be covered on the lower end of the transplanter to protect the tips of the needle tubes (11) and prevent the tips of the needle tubes (11) from being collided and damaged or being accidentally injured.
In fig. 1, the installation axes of a plurality of needle cores (8) at the bottom end of a pressing key (7), the installation axes of a plurality of needle tubes (11) on each installation seat (10), and the axes of through holes at the upper ends of the plurality of needle tubes (11) on the installation seat (10) are all in one-to-one correspondence, and certain coaxiality needs to be ensured.
The present invention may have various lengths and diameters. The quantity of the needle cores (8) and the needle tubes (11) can be increased according to the requirement, and the quantity of the plurality of needle cores (8) and the plurality of needle tubes (11) can be 2-n. The diameter of the needle tube is 0.6 mm-1.2 mm. According to the different numbers and diameters of the plurality of needle cores (8) and the plurality of needle tubes (11), the pressing key (7), the mounting seat (10), the shell (4) and other parts are adjusted adaptively, so that various models are formed. Fig. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing an example of a needle tube assembly (3) comprising 20 needle tubes (11) in which 20 needle tubes are densely arranged in a linear array, and a hair transplantation device comprising the needle tube assembly can simultaneously transplant 20 eyelashes/hairline hairs/beard to different recipient areas by pressing once at the time of operation.
The materials of the pressing key (7), the mounting seat (10), the shell (4) and the protective cap (6) can be medical plastics, steel, silica gel, titanium alloy and the like. The needle core (8) and the needle tube (11) can be made of medical steel, titanium alloy and the like. The spring (2) is made of common metal materials.
The operation will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 5. In the process of transplanting eyelashes, beards, hairline hairs and the like, an operation matching table nurse holds the lower part of a hair transplanter shell by a left hand, so that a sharp needle point surface groove of a needle tube (11) faces the sight of the operation matching table nurse, a right hand-held hair transplantation micro forceps clamps and holds the hair shaft at a position which is about 2-5 mm away from a hair follicle, the hair shaft is clamped into a sharp groove of the needle tube (11), the hair shaft is pressed downwards by proper force to support the hair shaft to the upper part of the center of the groove of the needle tube (11), so that the hair follicle is completely and smoothly slid into the groove of the needle tube (11), namely the action of inserting the hair follicle into the groove of the needle tube (11) is completed, the actions are repeated, the hair follicle is arranged in grooves on the tips of all the needle tubes (11) extending out of the lower end of the shell (4), the hair follicle is ready for standby by an operator after being arranged, in the process of the operation, the, press key (7) once through the right hand thumb, promote many pieces of nooks (8), spring (2) pressurized moderate degree compression, nook (8) move in needle tubing (11), promote needle tubing (11) many plant hair follicles of point portion and accurately transplant in the accepting region, pull out needle tubing (11), do quiet accurate accomplish once press fast, implant many plant hairs of different accepting regions simultaneously, and can make eyelashes as required, beard, hairline hair, rapid prototyping such as body hair, easy operation is accurate safe and reliable swift, make things convenient for high-speed high-quality work of doctor nurse.
Claims (10)
1. A special multi-plant hair transplanter for eyelashes, beards, hairline hairs and the like is characterized in that: the needle tube component is formed by embedding and fixing a plurality of needle tubes in a mounting seat, the pressing key component is formed by embedding and fixing a plurality of needle cores and guide columns in the bottom end of the pressing key, the mounting seat contained in the needle tube component is connected with the shell through the bolt component, the side wall of the mounting seat is tightly matched with the opening inner side wall of the protective cap, the protective cap can be tightly covered on the side wall of the mounting seat, the pressing key component is supported on the mounting seat through the spring sleeved on the guide columns, and the upper end of the pressing key extends out of a hole in the top of the shell.

The grafting device of claim 1, wherein: on the needle tube component, the semi-open groove opening at the tip of each needle tube faces outwards along the side direction; the needle tubes are arranged in a linear or arc linear array and are embedded and fixed in the mounting seat, the other ends of the needle tubes penetrate out of the lower end face of the mounting seat for a certain length, the semi-open grooves at the tip parts of the needle tubes are completely positioned outside the lower end of the mounting seat, and the tip parts of the needle tubes are positioned in the same plane; the upper end of the position of the needle tube embedded in the mounting seat is provided with a through hole, the diameter of the through hole is larger than that of the needle core and smaller than that of the needle tube, and the through hole is connected with the inner cavity of the needle tube and forms a movement channel of the needle core; the bottom surface of the lower end of the mounting seat is provided with a plurality of needle tubes which penetrate through, and the rest parts are closed; a hole for installing a bolt is formed in the installation seat, and the installation seat and the shell are fixedly connected through the hole by adopting a bolt and a nut; the side wall of the mounting seat is wedge-shaped, is in a necking shape, is provided with an arc groove and is tightly matched with an arc boss arranged on the inner side wall of the opening of the protective cap.

The grafting device of claim 1, wherein: the plurality of needle cores at the bottom end of the pressing key are densely arranged in a linear array of straight lines or arcs which are the same as the plurality of needle tubes and correspond to the positions of the plurality of needle tubes one by one; in the installation state, one ends of the plurality of needle cores and the 2 guide columns are fixed on the pressing key, and the other ends of the plurality of needle cores penetrate through the through holes on the installation seat according to the one-to-one corresponding relation, penetrate into the plurality of needle tube cavities densely arranged according to the same linear array and can move in the needle tube cavities; the other ends of the 2 guide posts are positioned in the guide holes on the mounting seat and can move in the guide holes; the distance between the guide post and the adjacent needle core is larger than the diameter of the spring wire; the upper end of the pressing key extends out of the shell, and the lower end of the pressing key is arranged in the shell.
4. The grafting device of claim 1, wherein: the spring sets up between pressing key and mount pad, and the cover is on the guide post, and spring one end contacts with pressing key, and the other end contacts with the mount pad.

The grafting device of claim 1, wherein: the center of the top end surface of the shell is provided with a through hole, and the upper end of the pressing key can move in the through hole; a boss is arranged on the inner wall of the shell; the edge of the lower end of the shell is provided with a through hole, and the shell and the mounting seat are connected and fixed through the through hole by bolts and nuts.

The grafting device of claim 1, wherein: the shape of the side wall of the protective cap is wedge-shaped and flaring-shaped, and the inner side wall of the protective cap is tightly matched with the outer side of the mounting seat; an arc-shaped boss is arranged on the inner side wall of the protective cap, the protective cap is connected with the mounting seat in a clamping mode of boss and groove, and the protective cap can be tightly covered on the side wall of the mounting seat when the device is not used at ordinary times.
