(1) The beehive is placed into the anesthesia box through a notch at the top of the anesthesia box.
(2) Starting a control cabinet, and introducing quantitative CO 2 gas into the anesthesia box, wherein the amount of the CO 2 gas is determined according to the number of bees on the honeycombs.
(3) After a certain time (about 8-10 minutes according to the number of bees), the control cabinet automatically starts the flat conveyor and the conveying device, and the flat conveyor shakes bees away and conveys the bees forwards, so that the bees fall into the collecting device. Then the material is stirred by a height limiting two-glue wheel to ensure single-row forward conveying.
(4) The control cabinet controls the collecting device to move, so that the bee box to be filled is aligned to the bee falling position of the conveying device. Simultaneously, the control cabinet automatically opens the electromagnet to suck the bee box cover.
(5) The counting device at the tail end of the conveying device feeds signals back to the control cabinet, and when the collection set value of the single bee box is reached, the electromagnet is powered off, so that the bee box cover falls back to the original position.
