Abstract
The invention discloses a light guide plate structure of a warning signal lamp box, which comprises a lamp box shell; the lamp box panel is provided with an alarm signal board containing hole and a reset key containing hole, the alarm signal board is contained in the alarm signal board containing hole, and the reset key is contained in the reset key containing hole; a reset key signal lamp printed board disposed below the lamp box panel; and the alarm signal lamp printed board is arranged below the reset key signal lamp printed board, an alarm signal lamp which is aligned to the alarm signal board is formed on the alarm signal lamp printed board, and a reset key switch which is aligned to the reset key is further formed on the alarm signal lamp printed board. The invention has the beneficial effects that: the reset key and the reset key signal lamp printed board are integrated in the alarm signal lamp box, and the integration level is high.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an airborne warning signal lamp box, in particular to a light guide plate structure of a warning signal lamp box.
Background
At present, in the existing warning signal lamp box, the light guide plate has only a single warning signal display function. Whereas signal lights with reset keys are often independent of the alarm light box. The disadvantages are as follows: 1. the integration level is low; 2. interpersonal efficacy is low; 3. the installation procedure is various; 4. the installation position requirement is high. In the aircraft of the new generation at present, under the circumstances that the integrated level is higher and the installation size is limited, the function needs to satisfy the functional requirement, consequently needs a device that possesses warning display and the high integration of signal lamp of taking the button that resets urgently to need, can satisfy the device installation size requirement, needs to satisfy the operation requirement again.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the problem that a signal lamp with a reset key is not integrated in an alarm signal lamp box in the prior art, and provides a novel light guide plate structure of the alarm signal lamp box.

a lamp cartridge housing having an upward opening;
the lamp box panel is used for covering the upward opening, the lamp box panel and the lamp box shell jointly define a lamp box accommodating space, an alarm signal board accommodating hole and a reset key accommodating hole are formed in the lamp box panel, an alarm signal board is accommodated in the alarm signal board accommodating hole, and a reset key is accommodated in the reset key accommodating hole;
the reset key signal lamp printed board is arranged in the lamp box accommodating space and below the lamp box panel, an alarm signal board light transmission hole which is aligned to the alarm signal board is formed in the reset key signal lamp printed board, and a reset key through hole which is aligned to the reset key and a reset key signal lamp which surrounds the reset key through hole are formed in the reset key signal lamp printed board; and the number of the first and second groups,
the alarm signal lamp printed board is arranged in the lamp box accommodating space and below the reset key signal lamp printed board, an alarm signal lamp corresponding to the alarm signal board is formed on the alarm signal lamp printed board, and a reset key switch corresponding to the reset key is further formed on the alarm signal lamp printed board;
the reset key is provided with a support column, and the support column extends downwards from the bottom surface of the reset key and penetrates through the reset key through hole to abut against the reset key switch.

As an optimal scheme of the light guide plate structure of the alarm signal lamp box, the reset key signal lamp is an LED lamp bead.
As an optimal scheme of the light guide plate structure of the alarm signal lamp box, the color of the reset key signal lamp is aviation red, aviation green, aviation yellow, night vision red, night vision yellow or night vision green.
As a preferred scheme of the light guide plate structure of the warning signal lamp box, the warning signal lamp is a light-emitting block.
As an optimal scheme of a light guide plate structure of an alarm signal lamp box, the color of the alarm signal lamp is aviation red, aviation green, aviation yellow, night vision red, night vision yellow or night vision green.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. the structure is simple, and the installation is convenient; 2. the reset key and the reset key signal lamp printed board are integrated in the alarm signal lamp box, the integration level is high, and the size of the whole equipment is reduced.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments and drawings. Here, the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
Referring to fig. 1 to 10, there is shown a light guide plate structure of an alarm signal lamp 41 box. The light guide plate structure of the alarm signal lamp 41 box mainly comprises a lamp box shell 1, a lamp box panel 2, a reset key signal lamp printed board 3, an alarm signal lamp printed board 4 and the like.
The lamp cartridge housing 1 has an upward opening.
The light box panel 2 is used to cover the upward opening. The lamp box panel 2 and the lamp box shell 1 define a lamp box accommodating space together. The lamp box panel 2 is formed with an alarm signal board accommodating hole 21 and a reset key accommodating hole 22. The inside of the alarm plate receiving hole 21 receives an alarm plate 210. The reset key receiving hole 22 receives therein a reset key 220.
The reset key signal lamp printed board 3 is disposed inside the lamp box accommodating space and below the lamp box panel 2. The reset key signal lamp printed board 3 is formed with an alarm signal plate light-transmitting hole 31 for the alarm signal plate 210. The reset key signal lamp printed board 3 is further formed with a reset key through hole 32 aligned with the reset key 220 and a reset key signal lamp 33 surrounding the reset key through hole 32.
The warning signal lamp printed board 4 is disposed in the content of the lamp box accommodating space and below the reset key signal lamp printed board 3. The warning signal lamp printed board 4 is formed with a warning signal lamp 41 aligned with the warning signal board. The alarm signal lamp printed board 4 is also provided with a reset key switch 42 corresponding to the reset key 220.
The reset key 220 has a support column 2201 thereon, and the support column 2201 extends downward from the bottom surface of the reset key 220 and passes through the reset key through hole 32 to abut against the reset key switch 42.
The warning sign 210 has a light-transmitting display character formed thereon. The main form is as follows: the background is transparent, and the characters are opaque; background light-tight, characters light-tight, two different light-tight forms.
The reset key 220 is formed with a light-transmitting display character. The main form is as follows: the background is transparent, and the characters are opaque; background light-tight, characters light-tight, two different light-tight forms.
The reset key signal lamp 33 is an LED lamp bead. The reset key signal lamp 33 is in the color of aviation red, aviation green, aviation yellow, night vision red, night vision yellow or night vision green.
The alarm signal lamp 41 is a light-emitting block. The color of the alarm signal lamp 41 is aviation red, aviation green, aviation yellow, night vision red, night vision yellow or night vision green.

the reset key signal lamp printed board is arranged in the lamp box accommodating space and below the lamp box panel, an alarm signal board light transmission hole which is aligned to the alarm signal board is formed in the reset key signal lamp printed board, and a reset key through hole which is aligned to the reset key and a reset key signal lamp which surrounds the reset key through hole are formed in the reset key signal lamp printed board; and the number of the first and second groups,
the alarm signal lamp printed board is arranged in the lamp box accommodating space and below the reset key signal lamp printed board, an alarm signal lamp corresponding to the alarm signal board is formed on the alarm signal lamp printed board, and a reset key switch corresponding to the reset key is further formed on the alarm signal lamp printed board;
the reset key is provided with a support column, and the support column extends downwards from the bottom surface of the reset key and penetrates through the reset key through hole to abut against the reset key switch.
2. The structure of claim 1, wherein the warning sign board has a light-transmitting display character formed thereon.
3. The structure of the light guide plate of the warning signal light box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the reset key has a light-transmitting display character formed thereon.
4. The light guide plate structure of an alarm signal lamp box according to claim 1, wherein the reset key signal lamp is an LED lamp bead.
5. The structure of claim 4, wherein the color of the light-guiding plate is selected from the group consisting of red, green, yellow, red, yellow or green.
6. The structure of claim 1, wherein the warning light is a light emitting block.
7. The structure of claim 6, wherein the color of the warning light is aviation red, aviation green, aviation yellow, night vision red, night vision yellow, or night vision green.
