Abstract
The invention discloses a general structure of a vehicle middle battery frame, which comprises a rectangular middle battery support bracket, wherein four corners of the middle battery support bracket are respectively fixed with a frame connecting plate structure, the frame connecting plate structure comprises a connecting straight plate, a middle frame fixing cross plate which is vertical to the connecting straight plate is fixed on the inner side surface of the connecting straight plate, and the middle frame fixing cross plate is fixed on the surface of the middle battery support bracket; the connecting straight plate above the middle frame fixing transverse plate is provided with a frame fixing foundation for fixing the frame, and the connecting straight plate below the middle frame fixing transverse plate is provided with a connecting piece fixing foundation for fixing a transitional connecting piece of the middle battery frame. The middle battery frame is constructed on the basis of the connecting plate structure, the structural form of the battery frame is flexible and changeable, the requirement of vehicle deformation can be met, and the installation requirement of arranging one or more layers of battery packs at the middle position of different vehicle types is met.

The electric automobile all needs to install power battery package, and the quantity of power battery package of different motorcycle types all has the difference in size. The mounting position of the power battery on the automobile is usually limited by factors such as space size, cargo distribution and the like, and some automobile types need to mount the battery pack in the middle of the automobile frame, and even need to mount two layers of battery packs in the same position in the middle of the automobile frame in an overlapping manner. Through the combination of different numbers of frame connecting plate structures 100, middle battery support brackets 201 and bending support plates 202, different numbers of battery frames can be constructed at the middle positions of the frame, and the requirements of different vehicle types on the number and the installation positions of the power batteries can be met. The frame connecting plate structure 100, the middle battery supporting bracket 201 and the bending supporting plate 202 are all universal structures, and if the universal parts of the battery frame are damaged, the maintenance is more convenient.
