Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an electronic circuit DIY writing pen and a DIY kit, which can simply manufacture an electronic circuit, have low manufacturing cost and are beneficial to meeting the personalized requirements of users on the electronic circuit.
In a first aspect, the present invention provides an electronic circuit DIY writing pen, which adopts the following technical scheme:
The electronic circuit DIY writing pen includes:
an internally threaded hard-tipped pen tube;
The external thread column is in threaded connection with the internal thread hard pen tube;
the rotating button is fixedly connected with the top of the external thread column;
the hose is internally filled with liquid metal, and the top of the hose is connected with the bottom of the internal thread hard pen tube in a sealing way;
The sealing plug is positioned in the hose, the top of the sealing plug is propped against the bottom of the external thread column, and an air pressure cavity is formed between the bottom of the sealing plug and the liquid metal level;
the refill connecting seat is connected with the bottom of the hose in a sealing way;
and the pen refill is fixed on the pen refill connecting seat.
Optionally, the pen refill is a fiber pen refill, and the fiber pen refill is made of pig bristles, nylon or squirrel hair.
Optionally, the pen refill comprises an ink outlet head and a fiber brush, and the fiber brush and the ink outlet head are sequentially arranged along the writing advancing direction.
Optionally, the ink outlet head comprises a stainless steel groove and an ink outlet positioned at the bottom of the stainless steel groove, and the fiber brush is made of pig bristles, nylon or squirrel hair.
Optionally, in the direction perpendicular to the writing advancing direction, the dimension d1 of the fiber brush and the largest dimension d2 of the ink outlet in the direction meet 2.5mm not less than d1-d2 not less than 1.5mm, and in the height direction of the electronic circuit DIY writing pen, the length 1 of the free end of the fiber brush exceeding the ink outlet meets 3.5mm not less than 1 not less than 2.5mm.
Optionally, the top of the rotary knob is provided with a cross-shaped groove.
Optionally, the rotating button is made of hard plastic, nylon, organic glass or stainless steel, the internal thread hard pen tube is made of hard plastic, nylon, organic glass or stainless steel, the external thread column is made of hard plastic, nylon, organic glass or stainless steel, and the pen core connecting seat is made of hard plastic, nylon, organic glass or stainless steel.
Optionally, the sealing plug is a rubber sealing plug.
Optionally, the hose is a rubber hose.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a DIY kit of electronic circuits comprising an electronic circuit DIY writing pen as described in any one of the preceding claims.
The invention provides an electronic circuit DIY writing pen and a DIY kit, which comprise an internal thread hard pen tube, an external thread column, a rotary button, a hose, a sealing plug, a pen core connecting seat, a pen core and a pen core, wherein the external thread column is connected in the internal thread hard pen tube in a threaded mode, the rotary button is fixedly connected with the top of the external thread column, liquid metal is filled in the hose, the top of the hose is in sealing connection with the bottom of the internal thread hard pen tube, the sealing plug is positioned in the hose, the top of the sealing plug is abutted against the bottom of the external thread column, an air pressure cavity is formed between the bottom of the sealing plug and the liquid metal level, the pen core connecting seat is in sealing connection with the bottom of the hose, and the pen core is fixed on the pen core connecting seat. When the electronic circuit DIY writing pen is held by a user, the hose is extruded to enable liquid metal in the hose to reach the pen core, a liquid metal circuit can be formed on the base material by writing on the base material, when the liquid metal cannot be written by extruding the hose pen core, the sealing plug is enabled to move downwards through operating the rotary knob, pressure is applied to the liquid metal to enable the liquid metal level to move downwards, and the hose is extruded again to enable the pen core to normally write the liquid metal.

For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
It should be noted that, all the technical features in the embodiments of the present invention may be combined with each other without conflict.
The embodiment of the invention provides an electronic circuit DIY writing pen, specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a structure of the electronic circuit DIY writing pen provided by the embodiment of the invention, and fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a structure of the electronic circuit DIY writing pen provided by the embodiment of the invention, where the electronic circuit DIY writing pen includes:
An internally threaded hard-tipped pen holder 2;
The external thread column 3 is in threaded connection with the internal thread hard pen tube 2;
the rotary knob 1 is fixedly connected with the top of the external thread column 3;
The hose 5 is filled with liquid metal 8, and the top of the hose 5 is connected with the bottom of the internal thread hard pen tube 2 in a sealing way;
The sealing plug 4 is positioned in the hose 5, the top of the sealing plug 4 is propped against the bottom of the external thread column 3, and an air pressure cavity is formed between the bottom of the sealing plug 4 and the liquid level of the liquid metal 8;

The electronic circuit DIY writing pen can be assembled by assembling a hose 5, a pen core connecting seat 6 and a pen core 7 to obtain a first component, assembling a sealing plug 4, an external thread column 3, an internal thread hard pen tube 2 and a rotary button 1 to obtain a second component, filling liquid metal 8 in the hose 5, and then assembling the first component and the second component to obtain the electronic circuit DIY writing pen.
When the electronic circuit DIY writing pen is held by a user, the hose 5 is extruded to enable the liquid metal 8 in the hose 5 to reach the pen core 7, a liquid metal 8 line can be formed on the substrate by writing on the substrate, when the liquid metal 8 cannot be written by the pen core 7 of the hose 5 is extruded, the external thread column 3 moves downwards in the internal thread hard tube pen 2 by operating the rotary knob 1, and then the sealing plug 4 is driven to move downwards, pressure is applied to the liquid metal 8, the liquid metal 8 level moves downwards, the pen core 7 can be normally written by extruding the hose 5 again, and therefore, the electronic circuit can be simply manufactured by using the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the manufacturing cost is low, and the personalized requirements of the user on the electronic circuit can be met. In addition, the embodiment of the invention can realize the function of the electronic circuit without a professional PCB or a professional technician. In application, the shapeability of liquid metal is utilized to write on the surface of the 3D shape, various gestures and modeling electronic circuits are drawn, the circuit function is realized, liveness and loveliness of animation can be used for reference, and entertainment is enhanced.
The electronic circuit DIY writing pen provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used for writing on any flexible substrate, hard substrate or human skin which can be adhered with liquid metal. When the substrate is human skin, the electronic circuit formed is a wearable electronic circuit. The manufactured electronic circuit can be applied to cultural creative products, cosmetic products, personality devices, teaching aids, monitoring circuits, alarm circuits and the like, and is a good news of electronic lovers, digital DIY lovers, popular science educators, fashion pursuers, electronic research and development staff and the like.
The liquid metal mentioned in the embodiment of the invention is a metal simple substance with a melting point below 300 ℃, an alloy with a melting point below 300 ℃, or a conductive mixture with the metal simple substance and/or the alloy as main components. Preferably, the melting point is liquid metal near room temperature, so that the liquid metal in the electronic circuit DIY writing pen is liquid or slightly heated at room temperature to be liquid, and the electronic circuit DIY writing pen is convenient to use. For example, the liquid metal is gallium-based liquid metal, such as gallium indium eutectic alloy, gallium simple substance or gallium indium tin eutectic alloy, and the liquid metal can also be a mixture of gallium-based liquid metal and one or more of nickel powder, iron-nickel powder and silver-coated copper powder, preferably, the liquid metal is a mixture of gallium-based liquid metal, iron-nickel powder and silver-coated copper powder.
When the melting point of the liquid metal in the electronic circuit DIY writing pen is higher than the room temperature, the electronic circuit DIY writing pen can be soaked in hot water or heated in other heating modes, so that the liquid metal in the electronic circuit DIY writing pen is melted to be in a liquid state, and then the electronic circuit DIY writing pen is used. In addition, the liquid metal in the electronic circuit DIY writing pen can be melted into a liquid state by arranging a heating component in the electronic circuit DIY writing pen.
Optionally, the top of the knob 1 is provided with a cross-shaped recess to facilitate the user's handling of the knob 1 by hand or by means of a tool. Optionally, when the rotary knob 1 is rotated clockwise, the external thread column 3 moves downwards in the internal thread hard tube pen 2, and then drives the sealing plug 4 to move downwards so as to conform to the operation habits of most people. Optionally, the electronic circuit DIY pen is in a completely new state, the knob 1 and part of the externally threaded post 3 go beyond the top of the internally threaded hard-tipped pen holder 2, so that the knob 1 is easier to rotate.
Optionally, the material of the rotary knob 1 is hard plastic, nylon, organic glass or stainless steel, so that the rotary knob 1 has better structural strength, is not easy to be corroded by liquid metal, and has good structural stability. The material of the internal thread hard pen tube 2 is hard plastic, nylon, organic glass or stainless steel, so that the internal thread hard pen tube 2 has better structural strength, is not easy to be corroded by liquid metal, and has good structural stability. The external thread column 3 is made of hard plastic, nylon, organic glass or stainless steel, so that the external thread column 3 has good structural strength, is not easy to be corroded by liquid metal, and has good structural stability. The refill connecting seat 6 is made of hard plastic, nylon, organic glass or stainless steel, so that the refill connecting seat 6 has good structural strength, is not easy to be corroded by liquid metal, and has good structural stability.
Optionally, the sealing plug 4 is a rubber sealing plug, so that the sealing plug 4 can be tightly contacted with the hose 5, the sealing effect is good, and the sealing plug is not easy to be corroded by liquid metal.
Alternatively, the hose 5 is a rubber hose so that the hose 5 is easily deformed by extrusion and is not easily corroded by liquid metal.
Optionally, be provided with lyophobic state metal layer on the inner wall of hose 5, lyophobic state metal layer's setting can effectively guarantee can not adhere to liquid metal on the inner wall of hose 5, is favorable to improving liquid metal's utilization ratio. The lyophobic metal layer in the embodiment of the invention can be made of one or more of behenyl, stearic acid, palmitic acid, arachidic acid, wood wax, palm wax, rice bran wax, jojoba wax, castor wax, bayberry wax, candelilla wax, beeswax, insect white wax, wool wax, spermaceti wax, paraffin wax, microcrystalline paraffin wax, petroleum wax, emulsifying wax, montan wax, fischer-Tropsch wax, polyethylene wax, polypropylene wax, chlorinated paraffin wax, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer wax and ethylene oxide wax.
The structure of the cartridge 7 in the embodiment of the present invention may be various, and will be described by way of example.
In one example, as shown in fig. 1, the pen core 7 is a fiber pen core, and the fiber pen core is made of pig bristles, nylon or squirrel hair, so that the pen core 7 has good writing effect and is not easy to be corroded by liquid metal. Optionally, the longitudinal section of the pen core 7 is in a right trapezoid shape, so that liquid metal circuits with different line widths can be written by using different positions of the pen core 7, and the application range of the electronic circuit DIY writing pen is wider. The electronic circuit DIY writing pen can rapidly write electronic circuit patterns with different line thicknesses and different shapes.
In yet another example, as shown in fig. 2, the cartridge 7 includes an ink outlet head and a fiber brush, and the fiber brush and the ink outlet head are disposed in this order in the writing advancing direction, and when the hose 5 is pressed, the extruded liquid metal flows out from the ink outlet head, and the cartridge 7 is slid in a forward direction, and the fiber brush brushes the flowing out liquid metal into a thin layer. The uniformity of the liquid metal circuit written by the electronic circuit DIY writing pen is good. The fiber brush and the ink outlet head can be mutually fixed in various modes such as bonding, binding and the like.
Optionally, the ink outlet head comprises a stainless steel groove and an ink outlet positioned at the bottom of the stainless steel groove, and the fiber brush is made of pig bristles, nylon or squirrel hair, so that the writing effect of the pen core 7 is good, and the pen core is not easy to be corroded by liquid metal. The stainless steel groove bottom can be a plane or an inclined plane, preferably the stainless steel groove bottom is an inclined plane inclined upwards, namely the height of the stainless steel groove bottom in the writing advancing direction is gradually reduced (the height from the base material can be described as gradually increased), and the edge, which is closer to the base material, of the stainless steel groove bottom can play a role in wiping liquid metal to a certain extent in the writing process.
Optionally, in the direction perpendicular to the writing advancing direction, namely the width direction of the fiber brush, the dimension d1 of the fiber brush and the largest dimension d2 of the ink outlet in the direction meet 2.5mm not less than d1-d2 not less than 1.5mm, so that the working range of the fiber brush can completely cover the working range of the ink outlet, namely all liquid metal coming out of the ink outlet can be uniformly brushed by the fiber brush, and the uniformity of a liquid metal circuit written by the electronic circuit DIY writing pen is improved. The ink outlet can be round or rectangular. When the ink outlet is circular, the diameter can be 1 mm-2 mm, and when the ink outlet is rectangular, the length can be 1.5 mm-3 mm, and the width can be 0.5 mm-1.5 mm.
Optionally, in the direction of height of the electronic circuit DIY writing pen, the free end of the fiber brush exceeds the ink outlet, and the length 1 exceeding the free end exceeds 3.5mm to be more than or equal to 1 to be more than or equal to 2.5mm, so that when the fiber brush contacts with the surface of the base material in the writing process of the electronic circuit DIY writing pen, a proper distance is reserved between the ink outlet and the surface of the base material, the distance can accommodate flowing liquid metal, and pollution of the ink outlet caused by contact between the ink outlet and the surface of the base material can be avoided, so that the ink outlet effect is influenced. Alternatively, in the height direction of the electronic circuit DIY writing pen, the height of the fiber brush is 7mm, and the height of the ink outlet is 4mm.
In addition, in the prior art, the ball-point ink discharging mode adopted by the pen refill of the electronic circuit writing pen is common, so that when the conductive ink in the electronic circuit writing pen is conductive ink with high viscosity or doped with particles, the pen refill of the electronic circuit writing pen is easy to be blocked, cannot discharge ink and cannot be maintained, while the pen refill 7 of the electronic circuit DIY writing pen in the embodiment of the invention has the two structures, namely, even if the viscosity of liquid metal is high or the conductive ink is doped with particles, the pen refill 7 is not easy to be blocked, and the pen refill 7 is easy to clean.
Optionally, the width of the pen core 7 in the electronic circuit DIY writing pen in the embodiment of the invention is 2 mm-3 mm, optionally, the width of the top of the pen core is 3mm, and the width of the bottom of the pen core is 2mm, so that liquid metal lines with different line widths can be written through different positions of the pen core. The pen core 7 herein is not limited to the above two examples.
The thickness of the liquid metal circuit written by the DIY pen using the electronic circuit is 50-80 mu m. Aiming at the common power supply and elements, the line width of the liquid metal circuit is 3+/-1 mm, and the requirements can be met, namely, one pen or two pens can be drawn by the electronic circuit DIY writing pen.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a DIY kit of the electronic circuit, which comprises the DIY writing pen of the electronic circuit.
Optionally, the DIY kit of electronic circuits further comprises one or more of an attach kit, a package kit, a paint kit, a modify kit.
The attaching set comprises an attaching tool, a power supply and at least one element, wherein the attaching set is used for attaching the power supply and the at least one element, so that the power supply and the at least one element are connected with the liquid metal circuit, and the power supply, the liquid metal circuit and the at least one element form a closed loop.
The packaging kit comprises a container containing packaging materials and a packaging tool, wherein the packaging kit is used for forming a packaging layer to package the liquid metal circuit, the power supply and at least one element, and the packaging layer can effectively package the liquid metal circuit, so that the structural stability of the electronic circuit is facilitated.
The packaging material can be liquid band-aid (spray coating), hair spray (spray coating), nail polish (brush coating), PU film (direct adhesion), chitosan water solution, polyvinylpyrrolidone water solution, polyvinyl alcohol water solution, polyvinyl butyral alcohol solution, hyaluronic acid water solution, hyaluronic acid and sodium alginate gel.
The coating suite comprises a container containing isolation materials and a coating tool, the coating suite is used for forming an isolation layer on a base material, especially human skin, the isolation layer can be adhered with liquid metal and is insulated, in addition, the isolation layer can also have biocompatibility and other properties, so that when a liquid metal circuit is written on the human skin, the isolation layer can be formed on the human skin first, and then the liquid metal circuit is written on the isolation layer, so that the damage to the human skin can be avoided.
Optionally, the isolation material can be dried within 5-20 min, and can be cleaned within 10min by using the hand sanitizer and the soap. The isolating material may be one or more, and when the isolating material is more than one, the corresponding applying tool is more than one, so as to form the isolating layer with a multi-layer structure, for example, the isolating layer is of a double-layer structure, the bottom layer (a layer contacting the skin) is biocompatible, and the top layer (a layer contacting the liquid metal) can be adhered with the liquid metal and the packaging layer. The isolation material can be one or more of PU transdermal glue, double faced adhesive tape, hand film (or hand wax), VAE emulsion or double-component vulcanized silica gel (A component is vulcanized silica gel and B component is platinum catalyst). Preferably, the barrier material comprises a two-component vulcanized silicone and a hand film (or hand wax) to form a barrier layer with a bottom layer of vulcanized silicone and a top layer of hand film (or hand wax).
The modification kit includes a liquid metal erase pen that erases the excess liquid metal line.
The liquid metal erasing pen is filled with modified ink which can be one or a mixture of more than two of water, ethanol, glycol, glycerol, n-butanol, isobutanol, isopropanol, isoamyl alcohol, 1, 3-butanediol, n-hexane, cyclohexane, n-heptane, n-octane and isooctane, or a sodium hydroxide solution with the mass ratio of 1% of the modified ink, or a hydrochloric acid solution with the mass ratio of 1% of the modified ink. After the liquid metal is erased by using the modified ink, the residual modified ink can volatilize by itself without adverse effect.
The embodiment of the invention provides a DIY kit of an electronic circuit, and the DIY kit can simplify the manufacturing method of the electronic circuit and has better designability.
It should be noted that the above embodiments are merely for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention and not for limiting the same, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the technical solution described in the above embodiments may be modified or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced, and these modifications or substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solution deviate from the scope of the technical solution of the embodiments of the present invention.
