Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic door opening and closing device for a refrigerator, and relates to the technical field of refrigerators. The invention comprises a refrigerator body connected with two refrigerator door bodies through a door opening and closing device and two hinges; hinges are respectively fixed on the edges of two sides of the top end of the refrigerator body; the bottom surface of one end part of the hinge is hinged with the edge of the top end of the refrigerator door body; the door opening and closing device comprises a rectangular bottom plate, a driving device, a crank sliding block structure, a horizontal sliding rod and two push rods; the crank block structure comprises a connecting rod, a crank and a fan-shaped turbine. When the door is opened, the driving device rotates forwards to drive the crank slider structure to push the horizontal sliding rod to the side of the refrigerator door; the horizontal sliding rod further drives the two push rods to push the refrigerator door body away; when the door is closed, the driving device reversely rotates to drive the crank sliding block structure to pull back the horizontal sliding rod, and the horizontal sliding rod further drives the two push rods to close the refrigerator door body; the synchronous opening and closing of the two refrigerator door bodies are realized through a single driving device, and the refrigerator door body opening and closing device is simple in structure, large in torque, convenient to operate, low in cost and convenient to install.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of refrigerators, and particularly relates to an automatic door opening and closing device for a refrigerator.
Background
In the current market, most of refrigerators still open and close the door in a manual mode, and when a user holds articles by hands, the operation is very inconvenient. Some household electrical appliances manufacturers have released refrigerators that can be opened semi-automatically by touch, human body induction, voice, key and other modes, but the doors of these refrigerators cannot be opened to a required angle automatically, and have no automatic door closing function, so that the user experience is not good. The existing automatic door opening and closing scheme is mostly used in a multi-module matching mode, and each door body of the refrigerator needs to be controlled by one motor independently, so that the cost is expensive and the refrigerator is difficult to be widely applied.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an automatic door opening and closing device for a refrigerator, which controls two door bodies to be opened or closed synchronously through a single driving device, and has the advantages of simple structure, convenience and practicability.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an automatic door opening and closing device of a refrigerator, which drives a crank slider structure to push or pull a horizontal sliding rod to the side of a refrigerator door body through forward/reverse rotation of a driving device; the horizontal sliding rod further drives the two push rods to push the refrigerator door body open or close, and the problems that the existing refrigerator door opening and closing control is inconvenient, multiple driving controls are needed, and synchronous opening and closing are difficult to achieve are solved.

the rectangular bottom plate is arranged at the top end of the refrigerator body; the driving device is arranged on the rectangular bottom plate; the worm rod connected with the output end of the driving device is meshed with the fan-shaped turbine; the connecting rod is hinged with the middle position of the horizontal sliding rod; the horizontal sliding rod is slidably mounted on the rectangular bottom plate; (ii) a Two ends of the horizontal sliding rod are hinged with push rods; one end of the push rod is hinged to the top of the refrigerator door body.

Referring to fig. 1-5, the present invention is an automatic door opening and closing device for a refrigerator, comprising: the refrigerator comprises a refrigerator body 1 and two refrigerator door bodies 2 arranged in a split mode, wherein the refrigerator body 1 is connected with the two refrigerator door bodies 2 through a door opening and closing device 3 and two hinges 4; hinges 4 are respectively fixed on the edges of two sides of the top end of the refrigerator body 1; the bottom surface of one end of the hinge 4 is hinged with the edge of the top end of the refrigerator door body 2; specifically, the hinge 4 is of a sheet-shaped rigid structure, and the part of the hinge 4 extending out of the front end face of the refrigerator body 1 is hinged with the edge of the top end of the refrigerator door body 2, so that the refrigerator door body 2 and the refrigerator body 1 are rotatably mounted;
the door opening and closing device 3 comprises a rectangular bottom plate 31, a driving device 32, a crank-slider structure, a horizontal sliding rod 34 and two push rods 35, wherein the driving device 32 is a stepping motor in the embodiment; the crank slider structure comprises a connecting rod 331, a crank 332 and a fan-shaped turbine 333; one end of the crank 332 is fixed with the fan-shaped turbine 333, and the other end of the crank is hinged with one end of the connecting rod 331, so that the reduction ratio is configured according to the door opening and closing force of the refrigerator door body 2, the rotating speed and the torque of the driving device 32 during actual use;
the rectangular bottom plate 31 is arranged at the top end of the refrigerator body 1; the driving device 32 is mounted on the rectangular bottom plate 31; the worm 321 connected with the output end of the driving device 32 is meshed with the fan-shaped turbine 333; the connecting rod 331 is hinged with the middle position of the horizontal sliding rod 34; a plurality of mutually parallel slide rails 311 are fixed on the rectangular bottom plate 31; the horizontal sliding rods 34 are slidably mounted on a plurality of sliding rails 311; two ends of the horizontal sliding rod 34 are hinged with push rods 35; one end of the push rod 35 is hinged to the top of the refrigerator door body 2; specifically, the upper end surface of the slide rail 311 is provided with a slide groove 312; a plurality of sliding blocks 341 which are matched with the sliding grooves 312 in a sliding manner are fixed on the bottom surface of the horizontal sliding rod 34; referring to fig. 3-5, the cross-section of the chute 312 is dovetail, rectangular or semicircular; the hinge point of the push rod 35 and the refrigerator door 2 is closer to the refrigerator body 1 than the hinge point of the hinge 4 and the refrigerator door 2.
In actual use, please refer to fig. 1-2, when the door is opened, the driving device 32 rotates forward to drive the crank block structure to push the horizontal sliding rod 34 toward the refrigerator door 2; the horizontal sliding rod 34 further drives the two push rods 35 to push the refrigerator door body 2 away; when the door is closed, the driving device reversely rotates to drive the crank slider structure to pull back the horizontal sliding rod 34, and the horizontal sliding rod 34 further drives the two push rods 35 to close the refrigerator door body; the synchronous opening and closing of the two refrigerator door bodies 2 are realized through the single driving device 2, and the refrigerator door body opening and closing device is simple in structure, large in torque, convenient to operate, low in cost and convenient to install.

the door opening and closing device (3) comprises a rectangular bottom plate (31), a driving device (32), a crank block structure, a horizontal sliding rod (34) and two push rods (35); the crank slider structure comprises a connecting rod (331), a crank (332) and a fan-shaped turbine (333); one end of the crank (332) is fixed with the fan-shaped turbine (333), and the other end of the crank is hinged with one end of the connecting rod (331);
the rectangular bottom plate (31) is arranged at the top end of the refrigerator body (1); a worm rod (321) connected with the output end of the driving device (32) is meshed with the fan-shaped turbine (333); the connecting rod (331) is hinged with the middle position of the horizontal sliding rod (34); the horizontal sliding rod (34) is slidably mounted on the rectangular bottom plate (31); two ends of the horizontal sliding rod (34) are hinged with push rods (35); one end of the push rod (35) is hinged to the top of the refrigerator door body (2).

The automatic door opening and closing device for the refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sliding track (311) is provided with a sliding slot (312) at the upper end; a plurality of sliding blocks (341) which are matched with the sliding grooves (312) in a sliding manner are fixed on the bottom surface of the horizontal sliding rod (34).
3. The automatic door opening and closing device for refrigerators according to claim 2, wherein the sliding groove (312) has a dovetail shape or a rectangular or semicircular shape in cross section.
4. The automatic door opening and closing device for the refrigerator as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hinge point of the push rod (35) and the refrigerator door (2) is closer to the refrigerator body (1) than the hinge point of the hinge (4) and the refrigerator door (2).

An automatic door opening and closing device for a refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein hinges (4) are fixed to both side edges of the top end of the refrigerator body (1); the bottom surface of one end of the hinge (4) is hinged with the edge of the top end of the refrigerator door body (2).
6. An automatic door opening and closing device for a refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of mutually parallel slide rails (311) are fixed on the rectangular bottom plate (31); the horizontal sliding rods (34) are slidably mounted on the plurality of sliding rails (311).
