In the meeting process, the face recognizer 204 collects face information according to a set time parameter (for example, every 10 seconds), judges whether the meeting users and the number of people change, interrupts the meeting if the meeting users and the number of people change, and controls the touch screen 208 to display the authentication information through the host 202 so as to perform authentication again on the users to be met. Meanwhile, the host 202 sends an interrupt signal to the other user end or the monitoring center.

Furthermore, the audio/video collector 209 and the face recognizer 204 are located on the upper portion of the touch screen 208 and are disposed adjacently.
It can be seen that when the meeting user opens the movable door 2142 to enter the accommodating space 2143 and sits on a table or a chair, the audio/video collector 209, the touch screen 208 and the face recognizer 204 may be disposed opposite to the face of the meeting user, so that the face recognizer 204 collects face information, and the audio/video collector 209 collects audio/video signals of the meeting user, and operates the touch screen 208.
The body 2141 may have a square cross-sectional shape, but is not limited thereto, and may have a circular or elliptical cross-sectional shape. The main body 2141 may be made of a metal or non-metal material, and the movable door 2142 may be made of a transparent material, so that the material of the sealing member 214 is not limited. And the communicator 201, the host 202, the identity verifier 210, the audio and video collector 209, the touch screen 208, the face recognizer 204 and the like are conveniently and quickly installed on the sealing component 214, so that the remote meeting device has no special requirement on a physical place, and the popularization of the remote meeting device is facilitated.
The body 2141 is internally provided with a sound insulation mechanism, which comprises a sound absorption layer, and the sound absorption layer is arranged on the inner wall of the body 2141. Referring to fig. 2, the remote meeting device further includes an internet of things gateway 207, a switch detector 212 and a status indicator 213, the internet of things gateway 207 is communicatively connected to the communicator 201, the switch detector 212 and the status indicator 213 are communicatively connected to the internet of things gateway 207 respectively, the internet of things gateway 207, the switch detector 212 and the status indicator 213 are disposed on the body 2141, the switch detector 212 is disposed opposite to the movable door 2142 and can generate a switch status signal, the internet of things gateway 207 acquires the switch status signal and transmits the switch status signal to the communicator 201, and the host 202 acquires the switch status signal via the communicator 201 and controls the touch screen 208 and the status indicator 213.
One side of the movable door 2142 is hinged to the body 2141, and the switch detector 212 is located at a side of the movable door 2142 away from the body 2141, and is configured to sense a state of the movable door 2142 and generate a corresponding switch state signal. In one example, when the switch detector 212 senses that the movable door 2142 is in a closed state, the movable door 2142 is locked by the host 202.
The internet of things gateway 207 is disposed on the upper portion of the body 2141, and the status indicator 213 is disposed on a side of the movable door 2142 away from the body 2141, and is disposed on a side of the body 2141 where the movable door 2142 is disposed.
In the meeting process, the movable door 2142 is opened, and the host 202 controls the touch screen 208 to close or display a corresponding prompt message to interrupt the meeting, prevent the meeting content from leaking, and ensure the validity of the remote meeting, where the prompt message includes "please close the door, the system will confirm the identity again", and the host 202 controls the status indicator 213 to display a color corresponding to the status.
Referring to fig. 2, the remote meeting device further includes an occupancy sensor 211 and a trace monitor 205, the occupancy sensor 211 and the trace monitor 205 are disposed in the accommodating space 2143, the trace monitor 205 is communicatively connected to the communicator 201, the occupancy sensor 211 is communicatively connected to the internet of things gateway 207, the occupancy sensor 211 can generate an occupancy status signal, the internet of things gateway 207 obtains the occupancy status signal and transmits the occupancy status signal to the communicator 201, and the host 202 controls the touch screen 208, the status indicator 213, and the trace monitor 205 according to the occupancy status signal and the switch status signal.
The occupancy sensor 211 and the trace monitor 205 are located in the accommodating space 2143, and are disposed at an upper portion of the accommodating space 2143. Wherein the occupancy sensor 211 is configured to sense usage of the receiving space 2143 to generate a corresponding occupancy status signal, including both usage and non-usage. Through the occupation state signal that occupies inductor 211 and the switch state signal that switching detector 212 generated, host computer 202 judges the opening and close of control trace monitor 205 to and the opening and close and the content of showing etc. of control touch-sensitive screen 208, degree of automation is high, effectively promotes user experience, and then realizes using service by oneself.
In one embodiment, before the meeting starts, the meeting user opens the movable door 2142 and enters the accommodating space 2143, at this time, the switch detector 212 generates a switch state signal corresponding to the open state of the movable door 2142, and the occupancy sensor 211 generates an occupancy state signal used by the accommodating space 2143, and the host 202 controls the touch screen 208 to illuminate according to the switch state signal and the occupancy state signal, and displays the message "please sit and close the door for meeting people".
In another embodiment, the switch detector 212 generates a switch status signal corresponding to the closed status of the movable door 2142, and the occupancy sensor 211 generates an occupancy status signal for the accommodating space 2143, the host 202 controls the trace monitor 205 to record video according to the switch status signal and the occupancy status signal, and controls the touch screen 208 to display "please identify" to prompt the meeting user to complete the identification, and controls the status indicator 213 to display a color corresponding to the status. Note that the trace monitor 205 records only images and does not capture sound.
In another embodiment, the remote meeting device further comprises a locking mechanism disposed on the body 2141 and located on the opposite side where the movable door 2142 and the body 2141 are hinged, for locking or unlocking the movable door 2142. The locking mechanism is capable of generating a lock state signal, and the host 202 controls the trace monitor 205, the touch screen 208, and the like according to the lock state signal, the switch state signal, and the occupancy state signal. That is, before the meeting starts, when the meeting user enters the accommodating space 2143 and locks the movable door 2142 in the closed state by the locking mechanism, the host computer 202 controls the trace monitor 205 to record video, controls the touch screen 208 to display "please identify" and controls the status indicator 213 to display a color corresponding to the state. It can be seen that the meeting can be performed only when the movable door 2142 is in the locked state.
In another embodiment, after the meeting is interrupted, if the occupancy sensor 211 senses that the accommodating space 2143 is in the non-use state within a set time parameter (e.g. 2 minutes), the host 202 controls the touch screen 208 to close to terminate the meeting. Meanwhile, the host unit 102 controls the trace monitoring unit 105 to stop recording, and can also notify the opposite user end, the background, and the like.
Referring to fig. 2, the remote meeting device further includes a voice communicator 203, the voice communicator 203 is disposed in the accommodating space 2143, the voice communicator 203 is communicatively connected to the communicator 201, the voice communicator 203 is capable of generating an alarm voice signal, and the host 202 obtains the voice alarm signal through the communicator 201.
The voice communicator 203 is disposed in the accommodating space 2143 and is located at one side of the table 2145, so as to facilitate operation by a meeting user. In the meeting process, the meeting user can input a voice alarm signal through the voice communicator 203 according to the state of the opposite user, such as abnormal behavior, and the host 202 sends the alarm signal to the opposite user end according to the voice alarm signal so as to inform the assistant user under the environment of the opposite user end.
Referring to fig. 2, the touch screen 208 can generate a touch signal, and the host 202 controls the trace monitoring unit 205 and the touch screen 208 according to the touch signal.
In the meeting process, the meeting user presses a button of "end call" on the touch screen 208, the touch screen 208 is turned off and generates a corresponding touch signal, and the host 202 generates a signal of ending the meeting to the opposite user terminal or the background through the communicator 201 to notify the opposite assisting user. While host 202 controls the scratch monitor 205 to stop recording. After that, the occupancy sensor 211 senses that the occupancy state of the meeting space is the non-use state, and the host 202 controls the status indicator 213 to display a color corresponding to the state.
In addition, in the meeting process, the assistant user assists the opposite user to send a meeting termination signal through the opposite user end and transmits the meeting termination signal to the host 202 through the communicator 201, after the host 202 receives the signal, the touch screen 208 is controlled to display 'the opposite user end actively terminates the call and the meeting is finished' to prompt the meeting user, and meanwhile, the host 202 controls the touch screen 208 to be turned off and controls the trace-remaining monitor 205 to stop recording at the set time parameter (for example, after 2 minutes). Referring to fig. 2, the remote meeting device further includes an information display 206, the information display 206 is disposed on the body 2141, the information display 206 is in communication connection with the communicator 201, and the host 202 acquires the reservation information signal through the communicator 201 to enable the information display 206 to execute the reservation information signal.
The information display 206 is disposed on the upper portion of the main body 2141 and located on a side of the main body 2141 where the movable door 2142 is disposed, and guides the meeting user to enter the corresponding remote meeting device by displaying the appointment information.
The 5G communicator 2012, the network switch 2011, the host 202 and the internet of things gateway 207 are respectively arranged on the upper portion of the body 2141 and are located at the rear portion of the information display 206, so that the installation space of the remote meeting device is effectively utilized, and the structure is more compact.
It is noted that, in the same place, a plurality of remote meeting devices can be placed, and the plurality of remote meeting devices are connected with the same 5G communicator 2012, so that a plurality of meeting users can meet the same opposite party user.
In conclusion, the remote meeting device is convenient to assemble and form and is not required by a layout place, so that the remote meeting device can be widely popularized and applied, and the problem of meeting difficulty is effectively solved.
