on the other hand, the first rack 206 also carries the moving block 301 to reciprocate, so that the inclined hole 302 and the first sliding shaft 303 are acted; the first sliding shaft 303 drives the first connecting rod 304 to enable the lifting rod 305 to move up and down under the guiding action of the sliding sleeve 306 and the sliding rod 307, so that the lifting shaft 308 moves up and down; the tooth section on the lifting shaft 308 acts with the second-class gear 403, so that the second-class gear 403 drives the rocker 404 to swing, the stirring area is enlarged, and homogeneity is ensured;
on the other hand, when the lifting plate 305 moves up and down, the pulling rope 507 moves to act on the second connecting rod 505, so that the emulsion tank 102 rotates with the hinged position of the top end of the left support seat 501 as the origin: the lifting plate 305 moves downwards, the pull rope 507 pulls the second connecting rod 505 to move upwards, and the first sliding shaft 504 moves upwards along the arc-shaped hole 503, so that the right part of the emulsification tank 102 is lifted; the lifting plate 305 moves upwards, the right part of the emulsion tank 102 falls under the action of the gravity of the emulsion tank 102 and the supporting spring 506, and the first sliding shaft 504 moves downwards along the arc-shaped hole 503; the right end of the emulsification tank 102 is periodically lifted and lowered with the up-and-down movement of the lifting plate 305, so that the emulsification tank 102 is shaken, and the emulsification is accelerated in cooperation with the stirring, thereby further improving the homogenization effect. It should be noted that the center of the circle where the arc-shaped hole 503 is located coincides with the hinged position of the top end of the supporting seat 501, so that the emulsification tank 102 is guided when rotating, and the dislocation is avoided.
After emulsification is completed, the servo motor 201 is closed, and the first valve is opened to receive materials from the material discharge pipe 104.

Specifically, the scraping plate 702 is driven by the first-class homogenizing assembly 4 to synchronously rotate, so as to scrape the inner wall of the emulsifying tank 102, and prevent the material from being stained on the wall.

When the device is stopped or the shaking process is not needed, the pull rope 507 and the tether ring 510 are untied, the extension amount of the adjusting screw 902 is increased, and the supporting end 904 is pressed on the bottom plate 101 for supporting; when the device needs to shake, the pull rope 507 is connected with the tether ring 510 before starting up, the extension amount of the adjusting screw 902 is shortened, and the problem that the supporting end 904 at the bottom end collides with the bottom plate 101 when the adjusting screw 902 moves along with the device is avoided.

Specifically, in the embodiment, the material at the bottom of the emulsification tank 102 flows back to the upper part again by using the shaking action of the emulsification tank 102, so that the upper and lower layering conditions are avoided; closing the first valve and opening the second valve to enable the material suction pipe 807 to be communicated with the piston cylinder 801; while the emulsification tank 102 is shaken, the second connecting rod 505 is displaced in the vertical direction; the second connecting rod 505 acts on the piston plate 802 through a sixth connecting rod 805 and a fifth connecting rod 803, and the piston plate 802 moves left and right by matching with a return spring 803; the piston plate 802 moves, and the two one-way valves are matched to act, so that the material at the bottom of the emulsification tank 102 is sucked into the piston cylinder 801 and then discharged into the upper part of the emulsification tank 102.

the frame body assembly (1) comprises a bottom plate (101), an emulsifying tank (102), a feed inlet (103) and a discharge pipe (104); the emulsification tank (102) is arranged above the bottom plate (101), and the lower part of the emulsification tank is connected with the bottom plate (101) through a shaking assembly (5); a charging opening (103) is formed in the left end of the top of the emulsifying tank (102), a discharging pipe (104) is formed in the bottom of the emulsifying tank, and a first valve is arranged on the discharging pipe (104); the outer side of the top of the emulsification tank (102) is provided with a reciprocating component (2), a first-class homogenizing component (4) is arranged in the emulsification tank (102), and the reciprocating component (2) is matched with the first-class homogenizing component (4); a lifting component (3) is arranged above the reciprocating component (2), and the lifting component (3) extends into the emulsifying tank (102) and is matched with a homogeneous component (4); the lifting component (3) is also matched with the shaking component (5).

A homogeneous emulsifying system for cosmetic production according to claim 1, wherein the reciprocating assembly (2) comprises a expanding plate (201), a rotating disc (202), a push-pull rod (203), a first rack (204), a sliding block (205), a sliding rail (206), a first gear (207), a hollow shaft (208) and a first plate (209);
an expansion plate (201) is arranged on the outer side of the top of the emulsification tank (102), a servo motor is arranged on the expansion plate (201), and the output end of the servo motor extends forwards and is connected with a rotary table (202); the top of the emulsification tank (102) is provided with a left-right slide rail (206), the slide rail (206) is connected with a slide block (205) in a sliding manner, and a first rack (204) is connected above the slide block (205); the left end of the push-pull rod (203) is hinged with the right end of the first rack (204), and the right end of the push-pull rod is hinged with the eccentric position of the disc surface of the turntable (202); the hollow shaft (208) penetrates through and is rotatably connected with the top of the emulsification tank (102); the top of the hollow shaft (208) is provided with a first-class gear (207), and the first-class gear (207) is meshed with the first rack (204); the bottom end of the hollow shaft (208) is provided with a first plate (209).

two fixing rods (402) are symmetrically connected below the first plate (209), and the bottom ends of the fixing rods (402) are connected through a second plate (405); a plurality of sections of teeth (401) are arranged on the lifting shaft (308), and a second-class gear (403) is correspondingly arranged on the fixing rod (402); the inner side of the second-class gear (403) is matched with teeth (401) of the lifting shaft (308), and the outer side of the second-class gear is connected with a rocker (404); the bottom end of the lifting shaft (308) is connected with a square rod (406), and the square rod (406) penetrates through the second plate (405) downwards.
