In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an environment-friendly intelligent control system for a refrigeration generator set of a cold-chain logistics vehicle comprises a temperature control system and an engine double-fan system which are controlled by a controller, wherein the controller is electrically connected with an ECU (electronic control unit), and the control system also comprises a speed regulating system controlled by the ECU; the temperature control system acquires temperature information of the refrigerating box, the controller judges the temperature of the refrigerating box according to the temperature information of the refrigerating box, the controller sends a temperature adjusting instruction to the temperature control system, and when the temperature of the refrigerating box reaches a preset range value, the controller sends a stop instruction to the engine and the generator; the engine double-fan system acquires temperature information of the engine, and the controller judges the temperature of the engine according to the temperature information of the engine and sends a temperature adjusting instruction to the engine double-fan system; the speed regulating system obtains the actual rotating speed of the generator, the controller judges the difference between the actual rotating speed of the generator and the target rotating speed according to the actual rotating speed, and sends a speed regulating instruction to the ECU, and after the ECU receives the speed regulating instruction, the ECU controls the speed regulating system to regulate the speed.
The principle and the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: (1) in this scheme, through the regulation of engine double fan cooling system, can effectively reduce the temperature of engine to guarantee that the engine normally works, and then guarantee the generator and normally work, with normally supplying power to the fridge, make the refrigeration work of fridge normally go on. The oil pressure sensor is connected with the ECU, the oil pressure sensor acquires oil pressure information of lubricating oil of the engine, the ECU acquires the oil pressure information and sends the oil pressure information to the controller, the controller judges whether the oil pressure of the lubricating oil of the engine reaches a preset range value or not according to the oil pressure information, and if the oil pressure of the lubricating oil of the engine does not reach the preset range value, the controller sends a working instruction to the buzzer and displays oil pressure fault information through the display.
