In the present specification, a task auditing method is provided, and the present specification relates to a task auditing apparatus, a computing device, and a computer-readable storage medium, which are described in detail in the following embodiments one by one.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a task auditing method according to an embodiment of the present specification, specifically including the following steps:
step 102: and obtaining an auditing task aiming at auditing the party to be audited, wherein the auditing task comprises the position information of the party to be audited and a preset service range.
In practical application, since the evidence is required to be collected by distributing professionals when the business or the store is checked, and then the collected evidence is checked, whether the business scope of the business or the store meets the regulations is determined, so that the rights and interests of consumers are ensured, however, the manner of distributing professionals not only consumes manpower and material resources, but also requires professionals to collect the evidence for different businesses and stores, and time waste is caused when the time on the road is more.
According to the task auditing method, in order to improve auditing efficiency of the actual position and the business scope of the auditing party, reduce time consumption while saving manpower and material resources, after an auditing task for the auditing party is obtained, a task allocation area is created according to position information contained in the auditing task, meanwhile, shared vehicles in the task area are determined, users using the shared vehicles are determined as target users, auditing information is created based on the preset business scope and the position information in the auditing task and sent to the target users, finally, auditing results of the auditing task are determined according to response information returned by the target users for the auditing information, so that the target users using the shared vehicles in the task allocation area of the auditing party are selected, evidence collection of the auditing task of the auditing party is realized by distributing the auditing information to the target users, auditing results of the auditing task for the auditing party are analyzed, manpower and material resources can be saved, and accuracy of feedback rate and fairness of the auditing information can be effectively ensured, and the auditing efficiency of the auditing party can be improved.
Optionally, obtaining an audit task for auditing a party to be audited includes: and acquiring an auditing task for auditing the position information and the service scope of the party to be audited.
In the implementation, the party to be checked specifically refers to a shop needing compliance checking, and checking the party to be checked specifically refers to checking whether the service range or the operation range of the party to be checked is consistent with the preset operation range in registration, and meanwhile, whether the actual operation address of the party to be checked is consistent with the registration address in registration. The auditing task specifically refers to a task which is issued by a supervision party of a party to be audited and is used for auditing the party to be audited, the position information specifically refers to geographical position information of the party to be audited, and the preset service range specifically refers to a registration service range specified by the party to be audited during registration.
Based on the above, in order to improve profits, some to-be-audited parties can sell and manage goods or services within their own business scope, and also sell and manage some goods or services not belonging to their own sales business scope, so as to get more profits, or register an address, while the actual business address is not in the registered address, i.e. the business address is inconsistent with the registered address, both actions seriously violate relevant regulations, which not only can cause non-standardization of the market, but also can not provide good assurance for consumers, and in order to avoid the problem, the to-be-audited parties will be regularly audited for location information and/or business scope, so as to reduce the occurrence of the phenomenon.
For example, the party to be audited is a restaurant shop, the corresponding position information specifically refers to the geographic position { A city B street 100 }, and the preset business range specifically refers to the registration business range { food and drink }; based on the above, under the condition that the supervision party needs to audit the restaurant, an audit task for auditing the business scope of the restaurant by the supervision party is acquired, wherein the audit task is to audit whether the address of the restaurant is consistent with the registered address and whether the business scope of the restaurant exceeds the registered business scope, and then select a target user to conduct evidence feedback according to the audit task so as to audit the restaurant.
In practical application, after the party to be checked is registered through compliance procedure, the registration address is the location information, and the registration operation range is the preset service range.
Step 104: and creating a task allocation area corresponding to the to-be-checked party according to the position information, and determining a target user according to the shared vehicle in the allocation area.
Specifically, on the basis of the obtained auditing task of the to-be-audited party, a task allocation area corresponding to the to-be-audited party is further created according to the position information in the auditing task, wherein the task allocation area specifically refers to a geographical area which is built by taking the position information of the to-be-audited party as a center and taking a preset distance as a radius, so that a shared vehicle can be determined in the task allocation area, and then a target user is determined according to the shared vehicle, so that the auditing of a service range of the to-be-audited party can be realized in a subsequent mode of assistance of the target user, and the shared vehicle can be a shared bicycle, a shared electric vehicle, a shared automobile and other vehicles with sharing functions. The target user specifically refers to a user which can be touched by the auditing task, and the target user is using the shared vehicle and is positioned in the task allocation area, so that the screened target user is closer to the position of the party to be audited, and the relevant evidence of the party to be audited is more conveniently collected, thereby improving the auditing efficiency.
Optionally, determining the target user according to the shared vehicle in the distribution area includes:
acquiring a target shared vehicle set in the task allocation area;
determining a user corresponding to each target sharing vehicle in the target sharing vehicle set as a user set;
and screening the user set according to a preset screening rule, and taking the screened user as a target user.
Specifically, the obtaining the target shared vehicle set in the task allocation area includes:
acquiring a shared vehicle set in the task allocation area;
and selecting the shared vehicles with the use states of unlocking, locking or running in the shared vehicle set to form a target shared vehicle set.
Specifically, the user set is screened according to a preset screening rule, and the screened user is used as a target user, which comprises the following steps:
reading a user information database according to the user identification of each user in the user set, and acquiring the user information of each user in the user set;
and determining the liveness of each user in the user set based on the user information, and selecting the user with the liveness greater than a preset liveness threshold as a target user.
The user information database is read according to the user identification of each user in the user set, the attribute information of the user and the history record of the user feedback audit information are recorded in the user information database, the attribute information of the user comprises age, gender, occupation and the like, the history record of the user feedback audit information refers to the times of the user feeding back information in the past audit task, such as for the third user, sex men and age 17, students feed back 8 response information in the past 10 audit tasks. For the user Lifour, sex woman, age 54 years, teacher, in previous 5 audit tasks feedback 1 response information.
The attribute information of the user and the history record of the feedback audit information can influence the activity of the user, the free time of the user can be judged according to the attribute information of the user such as age, occupation and the like, and the willingness of the user to participate in the audit task and the like can be determined according to the history record of the feedback audit information of the user.
In order to better send the audit information to the target user and improve the completion rate of the audit task, the activity of the user when participating in the audit task can be determined according to the user information of the user, for example, the activity of Zhang three in 10 audit tasks is fed back for 8 times, then the attribute information of Zhang three is comprehensively considered, the activity of Zhang three in the audit task can be determined to be 84%, the activity of Liu four in 5 audit tasks is fed back for 1 time, then the attribute information of Liu four is comprehensively considered, the activity of Liu four in the audit task can be determined to be 17%, and the like, wherein the preset activity threshold is the standard for screening the target user, and the user with the activity greater than the preset activity threshold is selected as the target user, so that the efficiency of the feedback information of the audit task can be improved.
In a specific implementation manner provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, along the above example, according to the position information "a city B street 100 number" of the restaurant to be audited, it is determined that the task allocation area corresponding to the restaurant is a square 100 m area and is a task allocation area, at this time, there are 100 sharing bicycles in use in the square 100 m area, and the 100 sharing bicycles correspond to 100 users { U1, U2 … … U100} who are using the sharing bicycles. User information of each user is obtained, the user information is determined according to the user identification of each user, the liveness of each user is determined according to the user information of each user, and users { U1, U2 and U3} with the liveness of the users being more than 90% are determined as target users.
Step 106: and creating audit information based on the preset service range and the position information, and sending the audit information to the target user.
Specifically, on the basis of determining the target user, audit information is created according to the preset service range and the position information, and the audit information is sent to the target user, wherein the audit information specifically refers to information for inviting the target user to audit the service range of the party to be audited or information for inviting the target user to collect information of the actual service range related to the party to be audited.
Further, in the process of creating the auditing information, since the target user needs to be informed of the position of the party to be audited, the position of the party to be audited needs to be configured while the page displayed to the target user is generated, so that the target user can accurately position the position of the party to be audited, and the collection of evidence of the service range and the answer of related information are realized.
Determining the service type of the party to be audited, and selecting a target template according to the service type;
generating a page to be displayed based on the target template and the preset service range;
and configuring the position control in the page to be displayed according to the position information, and generating a display page as the auditing information according to a configuration result.
Specifically, the service type specifically refers to the type of a scene operated by the party to be audited, the target template specifically refers to a template for generating a page for displaying to the target user, and the position control specifically refers to a touch control capable of generating the current position of the user to the position of the party to be audited according to a click command of the user.
Based on the above, since the service types provided by different to-be-checked parties are different and the related preset service ranges are also different, different display page templates can be created according to different service types, so that the checking information can be conveniently sent to the user; and after determining the service type of the party to be checked, selecting a template matched with the service type as the target template, and generating the page to be displayed according to the target template and the preset service range, wherein the page to be displayed specifically refers to a page to be displayed to a target user.
In order to facilitate the target user to find the position of the party to be audited, the position control in the page to be displayed can be configured according to the position information, and finally, the display page is generated according to the configuration result to serve as the audit information, so that after the audit information is sent to the target user, the target user can know audit contents aiming at the party to be audited and determine the position information of the party to be audited, and the position of the party to be audited is conveniently found to acquire evidence or determine a service range.
In addition, the auditing information can also be question information of the target user, and the target user is inquired about what the service range of the party to be audited is, so that the service range of the party to be audited is determined according to the response information of the target user, and whether the party to be audited is in compliance is analyzed.
Furthermore, in the process of sending the audit information to the target user, because different users have different reading perceptions of the information, in order to better reach the user, an application program commonly used by the target user can be selected to push the audit information, and in this embodiment, the specific implementation manner is as follows:
Determining a user identification of the target user, and reading the application program utilization rate of the target user according to the user identification;
and selecting the application program with the highest application program use rate as a target application program, and sending the auditing information to the target user through the target application program.
Specifically, the application program usage rate refers to the frequency of each application program used by the target user, based on this, after determining the application program usage rate of the target user according to the user identifier of the user, an application program with the highest application program usage rate is selected as the target application program, and the audit information is sent to the target user through the target application program, so that better access to the target user is achieved, and the success rate of inviting the target user can be promoted.
In the embodiment provided by the specification, the above example is used, firstly, the service type of the restaurant is determined to be the restaurant type, then, a target template selected according to the restaurant type is generated, at this time, a page to be displayed is generated according to the target template and a registration operation range { food and drink }, in order to be convenient for the user U1, the user U2 and the user U3 can find the position of the restaurant as soon as possible, a display page is configured according to the position of the restaurant, the display page is generated according to the configuration result, meanwhile, the application program with the highest utilization rate of the user U1 is determined to be S1, the application program with the highest utilization rate of the user U2 is determined to be S2, the application program with the highest utilization rate of the user U3 is S3, the display page is pushed to the user U1 through the application program S1, the display page is pushed to the user U2 through the application program S2, and the display page is pushed to the user U3 through the application program S3; the content contained in the display page is { please help shoot the gate face of a 'restaurant', and the position of the 'restaurant' is a city B street 100 gate 'position navigation control' }.
In summary, in the process of generating the auditing information, in order to be convenient for a target user to find the position of the to-be-audited party as soon as possible, the position information of the to-be-audited party is configured for the position control, so that time waste caused by the target user searching for the position of the to-be-audited party is avoided, in the process of sending the auditing information to the target user, the application program with the highest utilization rate of the target user can be selected for pushing, thereby better user touch is realized, and the auditing efficiency of the business range of the to-be-audited party is improved.
Step 108: and under the condition that response information is returned by the target user aiming at the auditing information, determining the auditing result of the auditing task according to the response information.
Specifically, on the basis of sending the auditing information to the target user, further, under the condition that response information of the target user for the auditing information is received, the target user is assisted to audit evidence collection of the party to be audited, the response information is the evidence information collected by the target user, and then, the auditing result of the auditing task can be determined through the response information, wherein the auditing result can be that the service range of the party to be audited accords with a preset service range or the service range of the party to be audited does not accord with the preset service range.
Optionally, determining an audit result of the audit task according to the response information includes:
determining a target service range of the party to be checked according to the response information, and comparing the target service range with the preset service range;
determining the service range compliance of the party to be checked under the condition that the target service range accords with the preset service range;
and under the condition that the target service range is not in accordance with the preset service range, determining that the service range of the party to be checked is not in compliance.
In practical application, after response information fed back by a user is obtained, determining a target service range of the party to be audited according to the response information, wherein the target service range specifically refers to an actual service range of the party to be audited, and comparing the actual service range of the party to be audited with a preset service range after determining the actual service range of the party to be audited, so as to determine an auditing result of the auditing task.
In a specific implementation manner provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure, along with the above example, the audit information is "please help shoot the front of the restaurant", the target user U1 does not return the response information, that is, the target user U1 is considered to discard the audit task, the response information returned by the target user U2 is the front photo of the restaurant, the response information returned by the target user U3 is the front photo and menu photo of the restaurant, the actual operating range of the restaurant is determined to be consistent with the registered operating range according to the response information returned by the target users U2 and U3, and the audit result of the service range of the restaurant can be determined to be acceptable according to the response information of U2 and U3.
Specifically, determining the target service range of the party to be checked according to the response information includes:
analyzing the response information to obtain an audit image and/or audit text;
and determining the target service range of the party to be checked based on the checking image and/or the checking text.
In practical application, the response information may be text information fed back by the user audit information, or may be image information returned by the user according to the audit information, the response information is parsed to obtain an audit image and/or audit text, and the target service range of the party to be audited is determined based on the audit image and/or audit text.
In a specific implementation manner provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure, the response information is parsed to obtain a photograph of the party to be audited, and by analyzing the photograph, it is determined that information in the photograph is consistent with information in registration, and then it may be determined that an audit result of the party to be audited is compliance in combination with audit information.
In another specific implementation manner provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure, the response information is parsed to obtain text information returned by the target user as the audit text, and by comparing the audit text with the registered business scope, it is possible to determine that the audit result of the party to be audited is compliance in combination with the audit information.
Optionally, after determining that the service range of the to-be-checked party is not compliant, the method further includes:
stopping providing business services for the party to be checked, and generating checking reminding information;
