In this embodiment, the vendor scoring module 50 performs a composite score on vendors that are resident on the cloud recruitment platform;
specifically, the suppliers may participate in bidding of the bidding party on the cloud recruitment platform, or upload non-bidding BIM component products of their own home, and the cloud recruitment platform performs comprehensive scoring on the suppliers that are resident on the platform through the supplier scoring module 50.

the product quality scoring unit 52 determines a product quality score for the provider based on an actual supply quality rating of the provider, the actual supply quality rating being determined by online feedback from the sponsors that have already cooperated;
the product delivery scoring unit 53 determines the product delivery score of the supplier based on an actual supply cycle rating of the supplier, which is determined by online feedback from the sponsors that have already cooperated.
Specifically, in a product quotation scheme of a provider, different product unit prices are set in a grading manner according to the product ordering quantity, an average single piece is calculated according to the unit prices of the different grades, and then a product quotation score is determined according to the ratio of the market price of the similar products on line to the average unit price of the products on a cloud recruitment platform; for example, an average bid price of one bidding BIM component product of a certain supplier is 1000 on a cloud recruitment platform, and the market price of the similar product is 1300, the product bid price of the bidding BIM component product is scored as 130 points, and for example, an average bid price of one bidding BIM component product of a certain supplier is 1200 on the cloud recruitment platform, and the market price of the similar product is 1300, and the product bid price of the supplier is scored as 108 points.
Further, online service investigation is conducted on the matched bidding partners, the bidding partners evaluate the actual supply quality and the actual supply period of the suppliers respectively, then the cloud bidding platform calculates evaluation opinions respectively, calculates product quality scores and product delivery scores, for example, determines the product quality scores of the suppliers according to the ratio of the number of good opinion of the actual supply quality evaluation to the total number of the actual supply quality evaluation opinions, and determines the product delivery scores of the suppliers according to the ratio of the number of good opinion of the actual supply period to the total number of the actual supply period evaluation opinion.

the bidding activity scoring unit 55 determines the bidding activity score of the supplier according to the number of bidding BIM component products that the supplier bids in a certain period.
Specifically, the total number of paid downloads of the non-bidding BIM component products uploaded by the suppliers is counted, and the innovation score of the products of the suppliers is calculated, for example, if the total number of paid downloads of the non-bidding BIM component products of a certain supplier is 1000, the innovation score of the products is 100 points; for example, if the total number of paid downloads of the non-bidding BIM component product of a certain vendor is 900, the product innovation score of the vendor is 90.
Further, counting the number of bidding BIM component products which participate in bidding in a certain period of the supplier, and calculating the bidding activity score of the supplier, wherein the bidding activity score is 60 if the number of bidding BIM component products which are participated in bidding by the supplier in three months is 60, and the bidding activity score is 80 if the number of bidding BIM component products which are participated in bidding by the supplier in three months is 80.
Preferably, as shown in FIG. 8, the vendor scoring module 50 further includes a vendor comprehensive scoring unit 56;
the supplier comprehensive scoring unit carries out comprehensive scoring on the suppliers according to different duty ratios on the product quotation scores, the product quality scores, the product delivery scores, the product innovation scores and the bidding liveness scores of the suppliers.
Specifically, the product offer score, the product quality score, the product delivery score, the product innovation score and the bidding activity score are comprehensively considered according to a certain proportion, for example, the product offer score, the product quality score, the bidding activity score and the bidding activity score are comprehensively considered according to 20% of the product offer score, 30% of the product quality score, 20% of the product quality score, 25% of the product quality score and 15% of the bidding activity score.
In this embodiment, the ranking pushing module 60 ranks suppliers bidding on the same target BIM component according to the overall score from high to low, and pushes the result of ranking the supplier scores and the corresponding bidding BIM component products and product quotation schemes to the bidding partner terminal.
In this embodiment, each provider has a corresponding comprehensive score on the cloud bidding platform, the providers participating in bidding on the same target BIM component rank according to the comprehensive score from high to low, and then the provider scoring ranking result, the corresponding bidding BIM component products and the product quotation scheme are pushed to the bidding party terminal. In other embodiments, the product offer score, the product quality score, the product delivery score, the product innovation score, and the bid activity score of the provider may also be categorized and ranked, so that different ranked search requirements of the bidding partner may be satisfied.
As shown in fig. 9, the cloud recruitment platform of the BIM intelligent system of the auxiliary bid procurement system of the embodiment further includes: a signer scoring module 70;
the tenderer scoring module 70 comprehensively scores tenderers for tenderers that make tendering purchases at the cloud tenderer platform.
In the embodiment, the cloud recruitment platform carries out comprehensive scoring on the performances of the bidding party on the cloud recruitment platform, and a good bidding atmosphere is created.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 10, the tenderer scoring module includes a tenderer success rate scoring unit 71 and a money delivery scoring unit 72;
the bidding success rate scoring unit 71 determines bidding success rate scores of the bidding parties according to the ratio of the number of successful bidding times of the bidding parties on the cloud bidding platform to the total number of bidding times;
the money delivery scoring unit 72 determines a money delivery score for the tenderer based on the tenderer's money payment period to the affiliated provider, wherein the money payment period is determined by the affiliated provider's online feedback.
Specifically, the bidding success rate score can be determined according to the ratio of the successful bidding times of a bidding party on the cloud bidding platform to the total bidding times, for example, the successful bidding times of a bidding party on the cloud bidding platform are 15 times, and the total bidding times are 20, and the bidding success rate score of the bidding party is 75 points. In other embodiments, the ratio of the number of successful bidding times and the total number of bidding times of the bidding party on the cloud bidding platform may be counted within a certain period of time, for example, the ratio of the number of successful bidding times and the total number of bidding times of the bidding party on the cloud bidding platform is counted for three months or half a year.
Further, the cloud recruitment platform performs online questionnaire investigation, the cooperated suppliers evaluate the payment period of the tenderer, then count evaluation comments, and calculate the payment delivery score of the tenderer, for example, all cooperated suppliers evaluate the payment period of a certain tenderer, the proportion of the number of good comments in the total number of evaluation comments is 80%, and the payment delivery score of the tenderer is 80.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 11, the signer scoring module 70 further includes a signer composite scoring unit 73;
the tenderer comprehensive scoring unit 73 performs comprehensive scoring on the success rate score and the payment delivery score of the tenderer according to different proportions, such as performing comprehensive scoring on the success rate score 40% and the payment score 60% of the tenderer.
It should be understood that the sequence number of each step in the foregoing embodiment does not mean that the execution sequence of each process should be determined by the function and the internal logic, and should not limit the implementation process of the embodiment of the present invention.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-described division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical application, the above-described functional distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, i.e. the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-described functions.

The BIM intelligent system is characterized by comprising a bidding party terminal, a provider terminal and a cloud bidding platform, wherein the bidding party terminal and the provider terminal are respectively in communication connection with the cloud bidding platform; the cloud recruitment platform comprises: the system comprises an information display module, a BIM component product uploading module, a supplier scoring module and a ranking pushing module;
the information display module is used for acquiring and displaying target BIM component demand information of the bidding party and for enabling a provider to browse the target BIM component demand information of the bidding party and simultaneously providing a bidding window for the provider;
the BIM component product uploading module is used for uploading bidding BIM component products of suppliers and product quotation schemes to the bidding window of the bidding party;
the provider scoring module performs comprehensive scoring on providers which are resident on the cloud recruitment platform;
the ranking pushing module ranks suppliers bidding with the target BIM component according to the comprehensive scores from high to low, and pushes the ranking results of the scores of the suppliers and the corresponding bidding BIM component products and product quotation schemes to the terminal of the bidding party;
the BIM component product uploading module further comprises a non-bidding product uploading unit;
the non-bidding product uploading unit uploads a new product of a supplier as a non-bidding BIM component product to a cloud recruitment platform for storage and uploads the new product to the information display module;
the information display module further comprises a non-bidding product display unit and a payment downloading unit;
the non-bidding product display unit displays a non-bidding BIM component product of a vendor;
the pay-download unit providing a link for pay-downloading the non-bidding BIM component product;
the supplier scoring module further comprises a product innovation scoring unit and a bidding liveness scoring unit;
the product innovation scoring unit determines the product innovation score of the provider according to the number of paid downloads of the non-bidding BIM component products of the provider;
the bidding activity scoring unit determines the bidding activity score of the supplier according to the bidding BIM component product quantity of the supplier bidding in a certain period.
2. The auxiliary bidding procurement architecture BIM intelligence system of claim 1 characterized by the cloud bidding platform further comprising: BIM file importing module and demand issuing module;
the BIM file importing module acquires a target BIM component file uploaded by a bidding party, analyzes the target BIM component file and acquires target BIM component parameter information;
the demand release module acquires a demand release request and basic demand information of a bidding party, responds to the release request of the bidding party, fuses the basic demand information of the bidding party and target BIM component parameter information to generate target BIM component demand information of the bidding party, and sends the target BIM component demand information of the bidding party to the information display module.

The auxiliary bid-bidding purchasing system BIM intelligent system of claim 2, wherein the basic requirement information includes target BIM component category information, the target BIM component requirement information further includes a file compression package of the target BIM component parameter information, and the information display module includes a component display unit and a file download unit;
the component display unit displays the target BIM component demand information in a classified mode according to the target BIM component category information;
the file download unit provides a download link for a provider to download a file compression package of the target BIM component parameter information.

The auxiliary bid-bidding purchasing system BIM intelligent system of claim 3, wherein the target BIM component parameter information includes target BIM component structural parameter information and target BIM component material information, and the BIM component product uploading module includes a rendering unit and a bidding product uploading unit;
the rendering unit is used for rendering and forming bidding BIM component products in three-dimensional software by a supplier designer according to the target BIM component structure parameter information and the target BIM component material information and combining with self-contained product materials and self-contained product designs;
and the bidding product uploading unit is used for uploading bidding BIM component products to the cloud bidding platform for storage through the light plug-in tool, and then uploading the bidding BIM component products and the product quotation scheme to a bidding window of a bidding party.

the product delivery scoring unit determines a product delivery score for the provider based on an actual supply cycle rating of the provider, the actual supply cycle rating being determined by online feedback from the sponsors that have already cooperated.

the supplier scoring module further comprises a supplier comprehensive scoring unit;
the supplier comprehensive scoring unit carries out comprehensive scoring on the suppliers according to different duty ratios on the product quotation scores, the product quality scores, the product delivery scores, the product innovation scores and the bidding liveness scores of the suppliers.
7. The auxiliary bidding purchasing system BIM intelligent system of claim 1, wherein the cloud bidding platform further comprises a bidding party scoring module;
and the bidding party scoring module performs comprehensive scoring on bidding parties who perform bidding purchasing on the cloud bidding platform.
8. The auxiliary bidding purchasing system BIM intelligent system of claim 1, wherein the bidding party scoring module includes a bidding success rate scoring unit and a money delivery scoring unit;
the bidding success rate scoring unit determines bidding success rate scores of the bidding parties according to the ratio of the successful bidding times of the bidding parties on the cloud bidding platform to the total bidding times;
the money delivery scoring unit determines the money delivery score of the tenderer according to the money payment period of the tenderer to the cooperated suppliers, wherein the money payment period is determined by online feedback of the cooperated suppliers.
