In one embodiment, the display device with storage function provided by the application comprises a housing, a display screen 200, a base and a decoration 300.
The housing includes a front shell 110, and a rear shell 120 (shown in fig. 2). In some embodiments, the display device further includes a back plate disposed on a surface of the back case 120, and an upper portion of the back case is recessed toward the display screen 200 with respect to the back plate, so that a distance between the back case 120 and the display screen 200 is smaller than a distance between the back plate and the display screen 200, and the back plate may serve to shield an external component of the back case from being mounted, thereby making the television attractive, as shown in fig. 2.
A display screen 200 is provided at the front shell 110 of the housing for displaying a user interface. In some embodiments, the interior of the housing, i.e., the rear side of the display screen 200, further includes hardware structures (not shown) such as a power board, tcon board, soc board, motherboard, etc.
The decoration 300 is arranged at the lower end of the shell, is used for accommodating and integrating components and has a storage function, and the decoration 300 has the functions of decoration and beauty, so that a television area is tidy, various cables used by televisions and external equipment can be managed through wire outlet holes configured by the decoration 300, and the wiring of the cables is reasonable; meanwhile, the decoration 300 is provided with the decoration lamp, so that the decoration 300 improves the beautiful appearance of the television while solving the mess of external equipment.
In some embodiments, the trim 300 has an overall appearance of an approximately strip-shaped rectangle with a front panel disposed approximately in the same plane as the display screen 200 to enhance aesthetics overall; the height of the decorative piece 300 is configured in some embodiments to be the height from the bottom of the base to the bottom of the housing to fill the blank of the base area, improving the aesthetics of the television while increasing the storage space of the decorative piece 300.
In some embodiments, the trim 300 may also be implemented as a stand. The overall height of the decoration 300 is set to be the height difference between the television placing surface and the bottom of the shell, so that the supporting effect of the decoration 300 on the display equipment can be realized, and the same supporting effect as that of the television base can be realized.

The decoration 300 is provided with a storage space, and the storage space can be used for placing common remote controllers, set top boxes and routers on a television cabinet or the upper end of a television shell in a scattered manner, so that the external equipment of the television is prevented from being placed on the television cabinet or the upper end of the television shell in a position; and the storage space can also realize physical protection of equipment such as a set top box, a router, a remote controller and the like, and avoid long-term ash falling from affecting the electrical performance of the equipment. The trim 300 includes a box 310 having a cavity 312 with an open structure on a front side; the decoration 300 further includes a fixing component 320 disposed on an upper surface of the case 310, and the fixing component is configured to be connected to the rear case 120 so that the decoration 300 is located at a lower end of the display device housing, thereby realizing storage, integration, and aesthetic functions of the decoration for the display device.
In some embodiments, the case 310 is configured in a rectangular parallelepiped structure, in which a cavity is formed, and the front side of the case 310 is provided with an opening, and the thickness of the case may be configured according to the height of the base and the size of the device to be stored; the storage function can be realized at the position of the cavity.
In some embodiments, the case 310 further includes a front-rear partition 311 for forming a plurality of the cavities 312. In some embodiments, the fixing assembly 320 of the decor 300 includes large jaws 321 disposed at both left and right sides, and small jaws 322 located between the large jaws 321, lower ends of the small and large jaws being fixedly coupled to an upper surface of the case 310, upper ends of the small and large jaws being provided with fixing screw holes for coupling to the rear case 120.
As shown in the drawings, the stability of the assembly of the case 310 to the rear case 120 can be enhanced by configuring the plurality of large claws 321 and the plurality of small claws 322, the problem that the left and right sides of the assembled case are not fastened in place, the assembly gap is too large is avoided, and the overall rigidity of the decoration can be enhanced by the claw structure connection of the plurality of positions.
The assembly between the fixing assembly 320 and the rear case 120 may be accomplished by using screws to pass through the fixing screw holes of the upper ends of the large and small jaws and the screw holes preset at the corresponding positions of the rear case 120. When the number of the fixing screw holes at the upper ends of the large claw and the small claw is required to be described, the number of the fixing screw holes at the upper end of each claw can be generally 1, but the number of the fixing screw holes is not limited by the application, and the number of the fixing screw holes at the upper end of each claw can be configured according to actual conditions.
In some embodiments, the number of the large claws 321 is set to 2, and the number of the small claws 322 is set to 2, and a connecting plate is arranged between the small claws to increase the overall rigidity of the fixing assembly, and simultaneously make the fitting degree of the fixing assembly and the rear case 120 higher after assembly. In some embodiments, to accommodate the external shape of the rear case 120 of the display device, the large claw 321 may be configured in an L shape having a certain toughness so that the front panel of the decorative member 300 can be maintained to be perpendicular to the horizontal plane after being assembled to the rear case 120.

In some embodiments, the trim 300 further includes a flap 330 provided with a transparent window 332, a catch 331 for closing the cavity 312, the flap being operatively connected by its pin 333 to a pin hole 313 (as shown in fig. 5 or 7) at a corresponding location of the box 310.
The flap 330 is used to close and open the cavity 312 of the case 310, and may be implemented, for example, as a flip-up opening or as a flip-down opening.
The handles 331 are disposed on the panel surface of the cover 330, for example, may be implemented as concave square holes or as convex square blocks, so that the user can operate the cover 330 to open or close by operating the handles 331, for example, the number of the handles may be 2.
The transparent window 332 may be implemented in some embodiments as an elongated rectangular transparent window, or a pvc transparent window, to enable a user to view stored items within the interior of the case 310 through the transparent window.
In some embodiments, the retaining cap 330 is provided with a pin shaft 333 at one side of the lower end, and a pin shaft hole 313 is provided at a position corresponding to the case 310, as shown in fig. 8, and fig. 8 shows a schematic view of assembling the retaining cap of the decoration according to an embodiment of the present application.
When the blocking cover 330 is assembled, the pin shaft 333 is inserted into the pin shaft hole 313 to rotate the blocking cover 330 around the pin shaft 333 to close and open the case 310. It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the blocking cover 330 may be implemented with a pin 333 disposed on two sides of the lower end thereof.
With continued reference to fig. 6, the decoration 300 further includes a front cover 340 disposed between the case 310 and the display device housing, and a front panel of the front cover faces a user after the assembly is completed, so that a gap between the decoration and the display device becomes smaller, and aesthetic appearance is improved.
In some embodiments, a blocking hook 334 is provided at the upper end of the blocking cover 330, and is used to engage a front cover hook (not shown in the figure) provided at the lower end of the front cover 340, so that the blocking cover closes the cavity of the box body. The blocking cover hook 334 is matched with the front cover hook to ensure that the blocking cover 330 is in a closed state in a non-stressed state; the user can disengage the cover blocking hook 334 from the front cover hook by using a certain force to operate the buckle 331.
When the blocking cover 330 is opened, a user can store articles in the cavity in the box body 310, and the cables can run at fixed positions through the wire outlet holes arranged on the rear side wall of the box body 310; when the blocking cover 330 is in a closed state, the stored articles can be hidden, so that the television area is more regular and tidy; meanwhile, the shielding cover 330 is provided with a transparent window or a semitransparent window, so that the operation of infrared equipment such as a remote controller on the decoration storage electronic device can be satisfied.

In some embodiments, the front panel of the front cover 340 is provided with a remote control receiving window 341, an effect lamp assembly 342, and a trademark pattern 343, so that the decoration 300 has the function of integrating components while beautifying the external appearance of the display device. In some embodiments, the front cover 340 further includes a routing cavity 344 disposed therein for circuit routing requirements of integrated components such as the effect light assembly 342, the remote control receiving window 341, and the like, as shown in fig. 10.
In some embodiments, the front cover 340 may be fixedly coupled to the case 310 by screws.
For example, the front cover 340 is provided at a lower end of a rear side thereof with a plurality of fixing screw holes, for example, 6 fixing screw holes, the case 310 is provided at an upper surface of a mounting position of the front cover 340 with a mounting partition plate including the fixing screw holes, and the front cover 340 and the case 310 can be assembled by penetrating the fixing screw holes of the front cover and the mounting partition plate through a plurality of screws.
FIG. 10 illustrates a schematic side view, in angular cross section, of a portion of a trim piece according to an embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, a rib 314 for preventing the stop cover 330 from turning into the cavity is disposed on the upper inner wall of the box 310 and at the edge of the opening, so as to avoid the damage to the stop cover 330 caused by misoperation of a user.
FIG. 11 shows a schematic rear view of a trim piece according to an embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments, the rear wall of the box 310 is provided with a circular wire outlet 315 and a bar-shaped wire outlet 316 for routing wires. For example, the strip-shaped wire outlet holes 316 are arranged at the isolating positions between the adjacent cavities, so that the wiring requirement of 2 cavities can be met. For example, the rear wall of the case 310 may be embodied to include 4 circular wire holes, 1 bar-shaped wire hole.
