Because the screw connection is simple and the disassembly is convenient, the screw is used to connect the assembly portion 22 and the intermediate connecting member 4 in this embodiment.
The second fixed connection mode can also adopt the pin to replace the screw for fixed connection, is strong in connection reliability and easy to detach and maintain.
The third fixed connection mode can also adopt connection modes such as sticking or interference fit. The stepped portion 12 is formed to be recessed with respect to the end portion of the first mounting end 11, so that the stepped portion 12 is located inside the first mounting end 11, that is, the stepped portion 12 does not protrude to the outside of the first mounting end 11 of the intermediate bracket 1, so that a groove is formed between the stepped portion 12 and the inner side wall of the first mounting end 11, and thus the Zhou Bika of the first coupling end 42 formed with the slot 45 is received in the groove. In addition, the purpose of the slot 45 communicating with the fitting groove 41 is to: since the fitting portion 22 of the shaping member 2 of the intermediate bracket 1 is formed in the middle of the step portion 12, when the step portion 12 is connected with the insertion groove 45, the insertion groove 45 is communicated with the fitting groove 41, so that the purpose of double fixing the fitting portion 22 inserted into the fitting groove 41 after passing through the insertion groove 45 can be satisfied.
As shown in fig. 3b, the intermediate connector 4 is formed with a via hole 46 communicating with the slot 45, the via hole 46 is located at any one side or both sides of the assembly slot 41, and the via hole 46 is formed to extend in the same direction along the extending direction of the intermediate connector 4. The via holes 46 may act as a routing function, making the routing more regular.
As shown in fig. 7a, the middle bracket 1 is formed with a wire passing groove 13 located at any one side or two sides of the shaping component 2, the wire passing groove 13 penetrates through the extending direction of the middle bracket 1, and the wire passing groove 13 is communicated with a corresponding wire passing hole 46, so that the wire passing groove 13, the wire passing hole 46 and the inner cavity of the clamping arm 3 are sequentially communicated to form a wire passing path, and the arrow trend of fig. 8 and 9 is the wire passing path. Or, when the intermediate connecting piece 4 is provided with the clearance groove 44, the clearance groove 13, the clearance hole 46, and the clearance groove 44 are sequentially communicated with the inner cavity of the clamping arm 3 to form a clearance path, and the arrow trend referring to fig. 8 and 9 is the clearance path. Specifically, the wires of the massage assembly can be distributed through the wire passing paths, so that the wires are orderly arranged, and the wire arrangement function is achieved.
In addition, it should be understood that, since the shaping member 2 is fixedly connected with the intermediate connecting member 4, and the wire passing groove 13 is only used for passing wires, as shown in fig. 7a, it is obvious that the aperture of the wire passing groove 13 is smaller than the diameter of the shaping member 2, so that the whole support structure of the intermediate support 1 can be designed to be smaller, and the whole neck massage apparatus also tends to be miniaturized and lightweight so as to be convenient for carrying.
As shown in fig. 6b, the end of the clamping arm 3 is a second mounting end 31, the intermediate connecting piece 4 is provided with a second connecting end 47 connected with the second mounting end 31, the second mounting end 31 is provided with a containing cavity, the second connecting end 47 extends into the containing cavity, and the joint of the second mounting end 31 and the second connecting end 47 is provided with a second connecting hole 48 and a connecting post 321 which are connected in a matching way, so as to realize the fixing effect between the clamping arm 3 and the second connecting end 47 of the intermediate connecting piece 4, thereby preventing the intermediate connecting piece 4 and the clamping arm 3 from loosening. In summary, the intermediate connecting piece 4 prevents to take place pine through above two fixed modes between the intermediate support 1 at first, and secondly, prevents to take place pine through second connecting hole 48 and spliced pole connection between intermediate connecting piece 4 and the arm lock 3 again to take place relative whereabouts or pine takes place between intermediate support 1 and the arm lock 3, makes the connection reliability of whole neck massage appearance stronger. It should be understood that, as shown in fig. 6b, the aperture of the second connecting hole 48 may be identical to the aperture of the first connecting hole 43 or the specification is identical to the aperture of the first connecting hole, so that the specification of the screw and the connecting member is identical to improve the efficiency of selecting the connecting member and the screw.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, 8 and 9, the arm rest 3 includes an arm rest outer shell 32 and an arm rest inner shell 33, the arm rest inner shell 33 is connected with the arm rest outer shell 32 by a buckle, and specifically, a plurality of mutually matched buckle components 322 and buckling parts 332 are disposed on the peripheral walls of the opposite clamping connection between the arm rest outer shell 32 and the arm rest inner shell 33 along the peripheral edges of the arm rest outer shell 32 and the arm rest inner shell 33 at intervals, so as to realize the clamping connection between the arm rest outer shell 32 and the arm rest inner shell 33, which is a general connection mode between the arm rest inner shell 33 and the arm rest outer shell 32 of the existing neck massager, therefore, the comparison of the embodiment is not explained too much.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, a gap 491 is provided between the connecting post 321 of the intermediate connecting member 4 and the wire passing hole 46, a connecting rib 49 is formed on one side of the wire passing hole 46, the wire passing hole 46 is formed below the connecting rib 49, and the inner wall of the connecting rib 49 is formed with the above-mentioned fastening position, which may be a clamping groove, on which the fastening 331 of the inner shell 33 of the clip arm is connected, so as to fix the intermediate connecting member 4 and the inner shell 33 of the clip arm.
In addition, as for the specific structure of the catch 331, referring to fig. 9, the catch 331 includes an extension portion 3311 and a catch portion 3312, wherein the extension portion 3311 is located in the above-mentioned gap 491, the other end of the extension portion 3311 is connected to the catch portion 3312, and the catch portion 3312 is engaged in the engagement groove of the intermediate connection member 4. Meanwhile, it is understood that the space 491 provides a mounting space for the extension 3311, and the size of the space 491 is determined by the thickness of the extension 3311, and the size of the space 491 is generally slightly larger than the thickness of the extension 3311, so that the extension 3311 can be accommodated.
Since the user needs to frequently break apart the two arms 3 to wear when using the neck massage apparatus, the arm inner shell 33 receives the force given by the arm outer shell 32 near the middle connector 4 and the downward force given by the hand, which results in falling off or cracking between the arm inner shell 33 and the middle connector 4, and the buckle 331 is provided to improve the connection strength between the arm inner shell 33 and the middle connector 4, so as to ensure the connection stability.
In summary, the second connecting end 47 of the intermediate connecting member 4 is fastened to the outer shell 32 of the clamping arm through the connecting hole 3701, the connecting post 321 and the connecting member, and then the inner shell 33 of the clamping arm is fixed through the fastener 331, and meanwhile, the inner shell 33 of the clamping arm and the outer shell 32 of the clamping arm are fastened, so that the whole clamping arm 3 and the connection between the clamping arm 3 and the intermediate connecting member 4 are reliable, and are not easy to loose.
In addition, the wire of the massage component is sequentially communicated with the inner cavity of the clamping arm 3 through the wire slot 13, the wire passing hole 46 and the gap 491 to form a wire passing path, or the wire of the massage component is sequentially communicated with the inner cavity of the clamping arm 3 through the wire slot 13, the wire passing hole 46, the gap 491 and the clearance groove 44 to form a wire passing path, the wire led out by the massage component is led out from the gap 491 to enter the clearance groove 44 and then extend to the inner cavity of the clamping arm 3 after passing through the wire slot 13 and the wire passing hole 46, so that a good wire arrangement effect is achieved on the wire, and the disorder of the wire routing is prevented, so that the internal appearance is disordered or interference is caused with other components.
It should be understood that the shaping member 2 is one of a gooseneck or a bellows, and is specifically selected according to actual needs, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment. Specifically, the gooseneck is a metal hose, has excellent bending resistance and fatigue resistance, can be well suitable for bending operation of the middle bracket 1, and has long service life. The bellows is an elastic sensing element formed by connecting foldable corrugated sheets along the folding and stretching directions, so that the folding operation of the middle support 1 can be well adapted. As for the bellows, since the bellows has a very good sensitivity, it is generally widely used in instruments and meters, and the main purpose is to convert pressure into displacement or force as a measuring element of a pressure measuring instrument, and the bellows is suitable for measuring low pressure. In contrast, the gooseneck has good flexure resistance and fatigue resistance so that it is generally used in a neck massage machine, and therefore, in the present embodiment, the gooseneck can be preferentially selected as the shaping member 2 of the present embodiment.
The molding method for the intermediate bracket 1 and the shaping member 2 may be: the middle support 1 is made of silica gel material and is provided with a shell structure with a hollow structure, the shaping part 2 penetrates through and extends into the shell structure with the hollow structure, namely, the middle support 1 is firstly shaped to be provided with the hollow structure capable of accommodating the shaping part 2, the shaping part 2 penetrates through the hollow structure, namely, the middle support 1 and the shaping part 2 are respectively shaped and then are connected into a whole after secondary shaping; or, the middle bracket 1 and the shaping part 2 are integrally formed, so that the processing procedure can be saved, and the production efficiency is improved. The specific molding manner of the intermediate bracket 1 and the shaping member 2 may refer to the above two examples, and this embodiment is not limited in particular.
Further, the outer contours of the clamping arms 3 and the middle support 1 are smoothly transited, so that flatness is guaranteed, and bad feelings of being in touch by a user due to the abrupt nature of the surface of the transition part of the clamping arms 3 and the middle support 1 are avoided. In addition, the material of the clamping arm 3 may be made of a silica gel material or a plastic material, which is specifically selected according to actual needs, and this embodiment is not limited in particular.
In addition, the contour of the middle support 1 can be designed to be matched with the contour of the neck of the user, so that the fit area of the middle support 1 and the neck of the user is increased, and the fit area of the massage assembly and the neck of the user is further increased, so that better massage experience is obtained.

the two ends of the middle bracket are first mounting ends;
clamping arms positioned at two ends of the middle bracket;
the shaping component comprises a component main body and assembling parts connected to two ends of the component main body, the component main body penetrates through the middle support, the component main body can be bent and can stay in any bending state, the component main body is arranged along the surrounding direction of the middle support, and the component main body can maintain the deformation of the middle support; the method comprises the steps of,
the middle connecting piece is provided with a first connecting end, one end of the middle connecting piece, facing the middle bracket, is provided with an assembling groove, and the assembling groove extends from the first connecting end along the extending direction of the middle connecting piece in the same direction;
wherein the assembly part extends out from two ends of the middle bracket, or the assembly groove extends into the middle bracket;
the assembly part is fixedly assembled in the assembly groove, the first connecting end is connected with the first mounting end, and the clamping arm can drive the middle support and the part main body to deform through the middle connecting piece.
2. The neck massage apparatus according to claim 1, wherein,
the shaping part is arranged in the middle support in a penetrating mode, and two ends of the shaping part are connected with the clamping arms.
3. The neck massage apparatus of claim 1, wherein the bottom of the fitting groove is provided with a first connection hole, and the fitting part and the fitting groove are fixedly connected with a screw through the first connection hole.
