Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣片。
背景技术
洗衣机用洗涤剂到目前为止通常使用了粉末类型洗涤剂、液态洗涤剂。然而,粉末类型洗涤剂有飞粉的缺点,而液态洗涤剂因其重量大存在不便于搬运或者使用的缺点。
据此,作为新类型的洗涤剂,美国授权专利第4,605,509号公开了将液态洗涤剂及柔软剂包在水溶性薄膜袋的洗涤剂。然而,存在非常降低产品的存放稳定性的问题,诸如在产品的存放或者搬运时密封破裂内容物泄漏的现象、向薄膜的表面渗出有效成分的现象等。
为了对此进行改良,开发了片型固体洗涤剂作为洗衣片,但是因为其呈碱性,存在刺激或者损伤皮肤的风险,而且片材本身的溶解性也不是很令人满意。
发明内容
(要解决的问题)
本发明的目的在于提供一种作为片洗涤剂清洁力优秀、溶解性、柔韧性等各种性能优秀新的洗衣片。
(解决问题的手段)
为了达到上述目的,本发明的一示例提供一种洗衣片,作为使用聚乙烯醇(以下,“PVA”)或者聚乙烯醇类共聚物制造并且含有表面活性剂的洗衣片,所述表面活性剂包含主表面活性剂和助表面活性剂;所述主表面活性剂包含第一主表面活性剂和第二主表面活性剂;所述第一主表面活性剂和所述第二主表面活性剂不同,彼此分别独立地包含碳数为8~18的烷基硫酸盐碱金属盐;所述助表面活性剂包含2种以上相互不同的表面活性剂,其中一种包含脂肪酸烷基烷氧基化物,而另一种包含非离子性表面活性剂。
(发明的效果)
本发明的洗衣片作为片洗涤剂,使用便利,并且完全溶解于水,在洗涤之后无需去除,而且不仅清洁力优秀,还减少对皮肤的刺激,柔软性也优秀。

具体实施方式
以下,说明本发明的一示例的洗衣片。
本发明的一示例提供一种洗衣片,作为使用聚乙烯醇或者聚乙烯醇类共聚物制造并且含有表面活性剂的洗衣片,所述表面活性剂包含主表面活性剂和助表面活性剂,所述所述主表面活性剂包含第一主表面活性剂和第二主表面活性剂,所述第一主表面活性剂和所述第二主表面活性剂不同,彼此分别独立包含碳数为8~18的烷基硫酸盐碱金属盐,所述助表面活性剂包含2种以上相互不同的表面活性剂,其中一种为脂肪酸烷基烷氧基化物,而另一种为非离子性表面活性剂。
聚乙烯醇或者聚乙烯醇类聚合物用作形成洗衣片的主要成分。作为形成片的基材聚乙烯醇或者聚乙烯醇类聚合物具有比聚丙烯酸、聚乙二醇、聚丙烯酰胺更加优秀的片成型性,而且具有比纤维素更加优秀的水溶解度的优点。另外,作为形成片的主要成分使用作为水溶性或者水分散性材料的聚乙烯醇或者聚乙烯醇聚合物来代替作为不溶性或者难溶性材料的无纺布、织布,进而在洗涤时该片可容易溶于水。
对于使用的聚乙烯醇或者聚乙烯醇类聚合物的分子量,只要适合用于形成洗衣片,则不作特别限制,但是优选数均分子量为10,000至100,000,更加优选为20,000至60,000。对于聚乙烯醇或者聚乙烯醇类聚合物的皂化也没有特别限制,只要其适合用于形成洗衣片即可。
优选为,聚乙烯醇或者聚乙烯醇类共聚物以组合物总重量为基准包含30至40重量%。
表面活性剂作为洗衣片的清洁活性成分,包含主表面活性剂和助表面活性剂。
主表面活性剂是指洗衣片包含的主要清洁活性成分,而助表面活性剂是指除了主表面活性剂以外追加性、辅助性使用的清洁活性成分。
在本发明的一示例中,以洗衣片总重量的100重量%为基准主表面活性剂的优选含量为10重量%以上,更加优选为20至36重量%。
主表面活性剂包含2种以上的表面活性剂。其中,含量更多的称为第一主表面活性剂,而含量更少的称为第二主表面活性剂。优选为,第一主表面活性剂和第二主表面活性剂为以洗衣片总重量100重量%为基准分别包含10至18重量%。
所述第一主表面活性剂和所述第二主表面活性剂相互不同,分别包含碳数为8~18的烷基硫酸盐碱金属盐。所述第一主表面活性剂和所述第二主表面活性剂可以碳数不同或者碱金属的种类不同,或者这两者都可以不同,但是优选为碱金属的种类不同。烷基硫酸盐碱金属盐为在碳数在12~16的情况下,因为与作为薄膜形成基材的聚乙烯醇或者聚乙烯醇类聚合物的相容性优秀,因此该情况是优选的。金属优选为碱金属,更加优选为钠或者钾。尤其是,第一主表面活性剂优选为十二烷基硫酸盐碱金属盐,更加优选为十二烷基硫酸钠。
本发明的一示例为除了所述主表面活性剂以外还包含助表面活性剂。在此,助表面活性剂为除了包含所述碳数为8~18的烷基硫酸盐碱金属盐的主表面活性剂以外作为用作清洁活性成分的成分还包含2种以上的相互不同的表面活性剂。在作为助表面活性剂包含2种以上的表面活性剂的情况下,从含量高的开始以第一助表面活性剂、第二助表面活性剂的顺序命名。
这种助表面活性剂包含烷基酯烷氧基化物,除了所述烷基酯烷氧基化物以外还包含非离子性表面活性剂。另外,作为助表面活性剂也可使用缓冲液(buffer)。
在用作助表面活性剂的脂肪酸烷基烷氧基化物(fatty acid alkyl esteralkoxylate)中对烷基没有特别限制,但是优选为具有C1-C6的烷基,对烷氧基化物没有特别限制,但是优选为甲氧基化物、乙氧基化物、戊氧基化物。尤其优选为脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(以下,“FMEE”或者“FAMEE”)。这是因为在脂肪酸烷基烷氧基化物的情况下,相比于脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(alkyl ethoxylates(AEO))、烷基糖苷(alkyl polyglucoside(APG))在清洁力、皮肤刺激性等方面更加有利。
对于可用作助表面活性剂的非离子性表面活性剂举例说明,可以是从由聚氧乙烯烷基醚(polyoxyethylene alkyl ether)、椰油酰二乙醇胺(coconut diethanolamide)、脂肪酸链烷醇胺(fatty acid alkanolamine)、氧化胺(amine oxide)、烷基糖苷(alkylpolyglucoside)、甲基聚乙烯烷基醚(methyl polyethylene alkyl ether)或者糖醚(sugar ether)构成的群组中选择的一种以上。对于聚氧乙烯烷基醚举例说明,可以是聚氧乙烯十六烷基醚、聚氧乙烯硬脂基醚、聚氧乙烯油醚、烷基糖苷(alkyl polyglucoside(APG))等。作为非离子性表面活性剂尤其优选为包含椰油酰二乙醇胺。
将使用2种以上相互使用的表面活性剂用作助表面活性剂的情况下,对于各个助表面活性剂的含量可考虑成型性或者清洁力等进行适当的选择。
对于助表面活性剂,除了所述非离子性表面活性剂以外还可使用用作缓冲剂的成分,并且没有特别限制,但是优选为使用2-吗啉乙磺酸水合物(2-Morpholinoethanesulfonic acid(MES)Monohydrate)、三羟甲基甲胺基乙磺酸(N-Tris(hydroxymethyl)methyl-2-aminoethanesulfonic acid;TES),尤其优选为使用MES水合物。
以总重量为基准所述助表面活性剂的含量之合优选为14至22重量%。
在作为助表面活性剂使用3种以上的表面活性剂的情况下,以总重量为基准第一助表面活性剂的含量优选为7至10重量%;以总重量为基准第二助表面活性剂的含量优选为5至8重量%;以总重量为基准第三助表面活性剂的含量优选为2至4重量%。对于用作第一助表面活性剂、第二助表面活性剂、第三助表面活性剂的表面活性剂的种类,只要是上述的助表面活性剂,就没有特别限制,但是举例说明作为第一助表面活性剂优选使用用作缓冲剂的成分,例如MES水合物;作为第二助表面活性剂优选使用脂肪酸烷基烷氧基化物;作为第三助表面活性剂优选使用非离子性表面活性剂。
可包含以下的其他成分(参照表1)。

本发明的一示例的洗衣片为为了提高洗涤性能或者成膜性,在不破坏存放稳定性、制造容易度等的范围内还可包含崩解剂、崩解助剂、香料、酵素、荧光增白剂、助碱剂、织物柔软剂、漂白剂、杀菌消毒剂等其他成分。
例如,作为崩解剂/崩解助剂可使用淀粉、纤维素衍生物、氯化钠、柠檬酸、甘油、丙二醇等,作为酵素可使用纤维素酶、蛋白酶等。作为助碱剂,例如可使用氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、偏硅酸钠、碱性硅酸钠、中性硅酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、焦磷酸钠、硼酸钠、沸石(铝硅酸钠)、碳酸氢三钠、MEA、TEA等。另外,作为漂白剂,例如可使用过硼酸盐、过碳酸盐、过磷酸盐、二酰基、四酰基过氧化物等;作为杀菌消毒剂,例如可以有次氯酸钠、过氧化氢、过氧化脲等。
本发明的洗衣片厚度优选为1μm至1㎝,更加优选为5μm至0.5㎝。若洗衣片的厚度小于1μm,则强度不够,无法包含足够的活性成分而难以获取期望的性能;若洗衣片的厚度大于1㎝,则溶解时间过长可降低洗涤性能。
以下,说明本发明的一示例的洗衣片的制造工艺。
1)将聚乙烯醇(PVA)放入乳化剂之后进行搅拌,同时在此还添加主表面活性剂,以使原料均匀地完全溶解并混合。
2)均匀地混合原料之后添加香料、防腐剂溶解并进行混合。
3)之后依次添加助表面活性剂,如有必要的情况下添加其他添加剂的同时进行搅拌,以使均匀的溶解。
(原则上,在1)~3)中所有的原料为现有的已混合的原料充分溶解之后添加)。
4)清洗制片机之后进行加热,之后注入经过1)~3)混合的原料来制造洗衣片。
以外,为了帮助理解本发明,详细说明实施例等。然而,本发明的实施例可变形成各种不同的形状,不得以以下的实施例限定本发明的范围。本发明的实施例是为了给在所属领域具有平均知识的人更加完整地解释本发明而提供的。
实施例1
根据所述制造过程制造的洗衣片的成分及含量如下表2。

比较例1
作为比较例1,洗衣片包含聚乙烯醇、作为表面活性剂包含月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚及十二烷基硫酸纳、1,2-丙二醇、甘油、醋酸钠、香料等(LG生活健康,“汰寇洗衣片”)。比较例1的洗衣片包含30%以上的表面活性剂(高级酒精类负离子、高级酒精类非离子表面活性剂),并且包含酵素、碱性剂、香料、配方剂、稳定剂、小苏打(洗衣辅助剂)。
比较例2
比较例2为从以组合物总重量为基准包含PVA 29重量%、十二烷基硫酸钾25重量%、十二烷基硫酸钠20重量%,作为助表面活性剂包含月桂醇聚醚(Laureth)-7 10重量%、月桂醇聚醚(Laureth)-9 2重量%,并且包含其他填充剂、柠檬酸、香料、酵素的组合物形成洗衣片。
实验例1-助表面活性剂的洗涤力试验
(1)作为助表面活性剂使用15%的FMEE执行了针对炭黑、蛋白质、脂肪的洗涤力试验。另外,作为助表面活性剂使用15%的APG(烷基糖苷)执行了针对炭黑、蛋白质、脂肪的洗涤力试验。其结果在图1示出。
(2)作为助表面活性剂使用了15%的FMEE、15%的AEO、15%的APG分别执行了皮肤刺激测试,在经过9天的时间期间测量并记录了皮肤刺激数值。其结果在图2示出。
(3)作为助表面活性剂使用FMEE执行了生物降解试验(OECD 301,B测试),其结果在图3示出。
(4)对于各种烷基多糖苷执行了生物毒性(Ecotoxicity)实验。其结果在以下表3示出。

试验结果,FMEE相比于APG表现出更加优秀的洗涤力。尤其是,对蛋白质、脂肪的洗涤效果优秀。而且,对皮肤的刺激也少,不仅如此生物降解性高、生物毒性低、由此表现出环保性。
实验例2-滚动(压延)及柔软度试验
切割实施例1的洗衣片一部分来缠绕直径在50mm的圆柱体上,经过30秒之后观察是否有裂纹或损坏。在洗衣片的任意一处都没有发现损坏。而且,柔软度(softness)也表现良好。
实验例3~6洗涤力试验
根据GB/T13174-2008的方法在20HZ下搅拌15分钟的同时针对被污染的衣物6x6cm利用实施例1、比较例1、比较例2的洗衣片进行洗涤,之后测量洗涤前后的白度来评价了洗涤力。
实验例3
首先,评价针对碳黑污染的洗涤力,其结果在表4示出。

实验例7PH试验(皮肤刺激试验)
将实施例1、比较例1、比较例2洗衣片通过GB/T 6368在水溶性溶液1%溶解度下测量pH,其结果如下表8。

比较例1的情况下在用手洗涤的期间可引起皮肤刺激,但是实施例1、比较例2的情况为接近中性未引起刺激。
实验例8溶解度试验
将实施例1、比较例1、比较例2的洗衣片切割成3cmx3cm的尺寸之后浸入水中,经过30秒之后比较了溶解度。
图4至图6是分别示出了针对实施例1、比较例1、比较例2洗衣片的试验结果的照片。
由此,可以知道相比于比较例1、2,实施例1的溶解度更高。
实验例9
将实施例1、比较例1、比较例2的洗衣片切割成3cmx3cm的尺寸之后浸入水中,经过60秒之后比较了溶解度。
图7至图9是分别示出了针对实施例1、比较例1、比较例2洗衣片的试验结果的照片。
实施例1的洗衣片几乎完全溶解,但是与此相反比较例1、2的洗衣片并未溶解仍有残留。

1.一种洗衣片,作为使用聚乙烯醇或者聚乙烯醇类共聚物制造并且含有表面活性剂的洗衣片,其特征在于,
所述表面活性剂包含主表面活性剂和助表面活性剂;
所述主表面活性剂包含第一主表面活性剂和第二主表面活性剂;
所述第一主表面活性剂和所述第二主表面活性剂不同,彼此分别独立地包含碳数为8~18的烷基硫酸盐碱金属盐;
所述助表面活性剂包含2种以上相互不同的表面活性剂,其中一种包含脂肪酸烷基烷氧基化物,而另一种包含非离子性表面活性剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣片,其特征在于,
所述第一主表面活性剂包含十二烷基硫酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣片,其特征在于,
所述第二主表面活性剂包含钠以外的其他碱金属。
4.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣片,其特征在于,
所述第二主表面活性剂包含十二烷基硫酸钾。
5.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣片,其特征在于,
所述聚乙烯醇或者聚乙烯醇类共聚物包含30至40重量%,所述主表面活性剂为对比总重量包含20至36重量%,所述助表面活性剂对比总重量包含14至22重量%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣片,其特征在于,
第一主表面活性剂为对比总重量包含10至18重量%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣片,其特征在于,
所述非离子性表面活性剂为从由聚氧乙烯烷基醚(polyoxyethylene alkyl ether)、椰油酰二乙醇胺(coconut diethanolamide)、脂肪酸链烷醇胺(fatty acidalkanolamine)、氧化胺(amine oxide)、烷基糖苷(alkylpolyglucoside)、甲基聚乙烯烷基醚(methyl polyethylene alkyl ether)或者糖醚(sugar ether)组成的群组中选择的一种以上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣片,其特征在于,
所述脂肪酸烷基烷氧基化物为脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣片,其特征在于,
作为所述助表面活性剂还包含MES水合物。
10.根据权利要求1所述的洗衣片,其特征在于,
所述助表面活性剂包含3种相互不同的表面活性剂,所述3种相互不同的表面活性剂为对比总重量包含第一助表面活性剂的含量为7至10重量%,包含第二助表面活性剂的含量为5至8重量%,包含第三助表面活性剂的含量为2至4重量%。
