the resistance plate (61) is a circular sheet body and is fixed on the rotating shaft (62), the resistance plate (61) is arranged above the discharge hole (22) through the rotating shaft (62), a resistor support (35) is fixed on the feeding and refluxing bin (3), the rotating shaft (62) is inserted in the resistor support (35) and can rotate around a central shaft of the rotating shaft, one end of the arm rod (63) is fixed on the rotating shaft (62), the other end of the arm rod is connected with one end of the tension spring (64), the tension spring (64) provides downward pressure for the resistance plate (61), materials can only pass through the discharge hole (22) after pushing the resistance plate (61), the other end of the tension spring (64) is connected with the adjusting screw (65), the adjusting screw (65) is arranged on the fixing clamp (66), and the fixing clamp (66) is fixed on the feeding and refluxing bin (3);
the adjusting screw (65) adjusts the position height through an adjusting nut (67) so as to adjust the tension of the tension spring (64), the resistance plate (61) provides resistance to the material coming out of the discharge hole (22) through the tension spring (64), and the resistance is adjusted through the adjusting screw (65).
