As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the movable disc raceway 21, the upper fixed disc raceway 51, the lower fixed disc raceway 61, and the locking disc raceway 31 define a circle of column frame accommodating cavity having a rectangular cross-sectional shape, and the column frame accommodating cavity accommodates the column frame 7 therein. In this embodiment, three movable disk rollers 73 and two fixed disk rollers 74 are arranged at right angles to each other in each pillar portion 71 at intervals and intersecting each other, so that smooth rotation of the movable disk 2 relative to the upper fixed disk 5 and the lower fixed disk 6 is ensured, and the rotation speed capability is high.

When the adjustment of the seat rotation position is completed and the acting force applied to the lug 46 is released, the return spring 45 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 43, so that the return spring 45 returns and drives the rotating shaft 43 to rotate inwards, the locking claw 41 is inserted into the locking claw locking hole 521 and the movable disc locking hole 24, the rotary disc changes the previous unlocking state into the locking state, and the rotary disc is in the complete locking state.
