The invention discloses a lubricating and cooling system for a cold rolling refinement process, which comprises an intelligent control platform, an instruction sending data optimization platform and a refinement supply unit, wherein the intelligent control platform and the instruction sending data optimization platform are connected through an instruction sending data line, the instruction sending data optimization platform and the refinement supply unit are connected through an instruction sending data line, the refinement supply unit is connected with a working surface oil film forming system supply line and a roller system surface temperature control system supply line, the working surface oil film forming system supply line is connected with a working surface oil film forming system intelligent supply module, and the roller system surface temperature control system supply line is connected with a roller system surface temperature control system intelligent supply module. The invention has the following advantages: the diversified selections of refined supply, lubrication and cooling are realized, and the environment-friendly, energy-saving and efficient development of cold rolling production is facilitated.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a lubricating and cooling system for a cold rolling refinement process.
Background
The lubricating and cooling system of the traditional cold rolling process consists of one or more sets of process lubricating and cooling medium supply systems. The effective carrier of the medium of the supply system is oil-water mixed liquid formed by rolling oil and desalted water according to a certain process index proportion, and the oil-water mixed liquid is called emulsion. The emulsion is pressurized by a power pump and then is conveyed to the surfaces of the roller and the strip steel by a pipeline, oil and water in the emulsion are separated to a certain degree under the action of thermal separation, and the separated oil and water respectively realize the process lubrication and cooling action in the cold rolling process. Due to the difference of the state of the emulsion, the difference of different rolling working condition parameters and the fluctuation of power parameters of a conveying system, the thermal separability of the emulsion is influenced. The instability of emulsion heat separation efficiency in the actual production process is caused, and the instability of heat separation efficiency causes the quantity and quality of effective lubricating oil and cooling water on the working surface to be unstable, which is the main reason for the problems of insufficient lubrication or over-lubrication, insufficient cooling or overcooling in the actual cold rolling production and becomes the key point for restricting the quality of cold rolling products and the production efficiency from being further improved.

The intelligent, high-quality and high-efficiency production purpose of the process lubrication and cooling system in the cold rolling process is realized. The problems of insufficient lubrication and over-lubrication, insufficient cooling and over-cooling of a process lubrication and cooling system in the cold rolling production process at present are solved, and the product quality is further improved; the invention can realize refined supply, change the independent supply of the lubricating medium and the cooling medium, realize the diversified selection of lubrication and cooling, and is more beneficial to the environmental protection, energy conservation and high-efficiency development of cold rolling production.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: the core algorithm of the intelligent control platform adopts hundred-degree PaddlePaddle. One of the two independent supply systems is a supply line of a working surface oil film forming system, and the other one is a supply line of a roller system surface temperature control system. The two systems can work independently and can coordinate with each other to realize the mutual matching under different working conditions, and the rolling lubrication and cooling tasks under extremely harsh conditions are completed together. The intelligent control platform receives real-time data detected by the intelligent sensor, performs data analysis and calculation processing to form control signals, sends commands to the two sets of supply systems through the command sending data optimization platform, performs calculation processing on real-time detection result data and target data, and continuously optimizes the target data. The working surface oil film forming system supply line is connected with a control command, and supplies rolling oil to different working surfaces through a rolling oil supply pipe according to the command. The roller system surface temperature control system supply line is connected with a control command, and supplies a specified amount of cooling medium to different working surfaces through a cooling medium supply pipe according to the command.
