The sector gear 208 reduces the occupation of the gear assembly space to the swing space of the swing rod, and the structure is more compact. The specific mounting structure is as follows: the sector gear 208 is provided with a gear shaft 215, two end faces are milled on the outer circumference of the gear shaft 215, the gear shaft 215 is fixed with the gear shaft 215 through a fastening screw on the sector gear 208, the gear shaft 215 is rotatably assembled with the right fixed seat 212 through a right flange bearing 216 which is oppositely arranged, and is fixed with a shaft sleeve through a step on the gear shaft 215, the sector gear 208 is rotatably assembled on the right fixed seat 212 through the gear shaft 215, the hinged end of the right swing rod 207 is fixedly assembled with the gear shaft 215, is fixed with a limiting groove on the sector gear 208 through a screw, and is integrally fixed with the sector gear 208.
The axis of the gear shaft 215 connected with the right swing rod 207 is coaxially assembled with the axis of the hollow shaft sleeve 203 of the left swing rod 201, and the rotatably assembled left flange bearing 213 and the oppositely assembled right flange bearing 216 both adopt ball bearings, so that the friction force generated when the swing rods rotate can be reduced.
The swinging power source further comprises a detection component for detecting the rotation angle of the sector gear 208, specifically, a sensor detection piece 210 rotating along with the sector gear 208 and a swinging sensor 211 fixedly arranged on the rotation track of the sensor detection piece, the swinging sensor 211 is a U-shaped photoelectric sensor and fixedly arranged on the right side fixing seat 212, a U-shaped opening of the swinging sensor detection piece 210 is positioned on a swinging path of the sensor detection piece 210 along with the sector gear, the position of the sensor detection piece 210 triggering the swinging sensor 211 corresponds to the position of the scanning head component swinging in place, the swinging sensor 211 is connected with the stepping motor 209 in a feedback control mode, the automatic control of the swinging scanning process of the scanning head is realized through the sensor and the stepping motor in a feedback control mode, the feedback control technology of the related sensor and the stepping motor is the existing conventional motor control technology, and the detailed description of the embodiment is omitted.
In addition, in this embodiment, two sets of limiting nut columns 205 are further disposed in the swing direction of the two sets of swing rods, each set of two limiting nut columns respectively defines two swing limit positions of the corresponding swing rod, the limiting nut columns 205 are fixedly disposed on the outer side of the side plate of the mobile cart through the rivet nut columns, and the swing angle of the scanning head defined by the limiting nut columns is slightly larger than the detection range of the swing sensor, so as to protect the scanning device when the sensor fails.
In this embodiment, the conductive slip ring and the swing power source are respectively disposed at the hinged ends of the left swing rod and the right swing rod, so as to balance the structures on both sides of the whole device, and in practical application, the positions of the swing rods on both sides of the conductive slip ring or the swing power source can be adjusted, or the conductive slip ring and the swing power source can be completely mounted at the hinged end of the same swing rod.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, when the detection sensor 14 on the moving trolley detects that the tray is a short tray 51, the moving trolley 1 moves to a position corresponding to the tray, after the tray hooking component 13 pulls the short tray 51 onto the moving trolley 1, the stepping motor of the swing rod scanning device is started, the swing rods on both sides swing together with the scanning head component from the lodging state in fig. 2 to the top of the moving trolley 1, the scanning element on the short tray scanning head component 2 is used for scanning and confirming the foreign currency medium bar codes in the short tray 51 on the moving trolley, after the scanning is completed, the stepping motor controls the swing rods on both sides and the short tray scanning head component to swing back from the top of the moving trolley 1 to the lodging state in fig. 2 in a reverse direction, and the moving trolley 1 performs subsequent dispensing actions.
Referring to fig. 1 again, the high-disk scanning head assembly 3 in this embodiment is telescopically arranged on the top of the apparatus by an electric push rod 31, and is staggered with the fetching gate 4 on the right side of the top of the apparatus.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, when the detection sensor 14 on the moving trolley detects that the tray is the high tray 52, the moving trolley 1 moves to the position corresponding to the tray, and after the tray hooking component 13 pulls the high tray 52 onto the moving trolley 1, the short-disc scanner head component 2 on the moving trolley 1 does not act at this time, the lodging state in fig. 2 is maintained, the moving trolley 1 moves to the lower side of the high-disc scanner head component 3 together with the high tray 52, the electric push rod 31 is started to extend the high-disc scanner head component 3, the foreign currency medium barcode inside the high tray 52 on the moving trolley 1 is subjected to moving scanning confirmation, after the scanning is completed, the electric push rod 31 drives the high-disc scanner head component 3 to retract, and the moving trolley 1 performs subsequent dispensing action.
Regarding the types of scanning heads for the short disc scanning head assembly 2 and the high disc scanning head assembly 3, reference may be made to the selection of the existing vending machine, and the details of this embodiment are not repeated herein.
The following describes in detail a specific method of the media dispensing device of the dual scanning structure of the present embodiment for scanning and dispensing trays of two heights, namely, a high height and a low height.
In the process of dispensing media, a moving trolley 1 aligns a detection sensor on the moving trolley with a luminous label on a tray through a horizontal transverse moving platform 12, then moves the moving trolley 1 along the height direction of the tray of the media to be dispensed through a vertical lifting platform 11, detects the distance of a reflective label 500 between the tray of the media to be dispensed and the tray above the tray through a detection sensor 14 on the moving trolley 1, and judges whether the tray of the media to be dispensed belongs to a short tray or a high tray by combining the standard heights of the short tray and the high tray, wherein in the embodiment, the tray with the height of 20-40 mm belongs to the short tray 51, and the tray with the height of 50-150 mm belongs to the high tray 52;
if the tray where the medium to be delivered is located is detected to be a short tray 51, after the tray where the medium to be delivered is taken out of the tray drawer to the movable trolley 1, scanning of the medium in the tray is performed through swinging of the short tray scanning head assembly 2 on the movable trolley 1, as shown in fig. 5, after scanning is completed, the tray where the medium to be delivered is moved to the lifting table 41 at the object taking gate 4 through the movable trolley 1, as shown in fig. 9, the lifting table 41 is controlled to lift the short tray to the object taking gate according to the height of the short tray, and the medium in the short tray 51 is delivered after the object taking gate 4 is opened;
if the tray on which the medium to be sent is located is detected to be the high tray 52, after the tray on which the medium to be sent is taken out from the tray drawer to the movable trolley 1, the movable trolley 1 moves the tray on which the medium to be sent to a fixed position below the high-disc scanning head assembly 3 to perform in-tray scanning, as shown in fig. 5, after the scanning is finished, the movable trolley 1 moves the tray on which the medium to be sent to the lifting table 41 at the position of the fetching gate 4, as shown in fig. 9, the fetching gate 4 is opened, and then the sending of the medium in the high tray 52 is completed.
The embodiment is described only for the hardware scheme of the medium dispensing device with the double-scanning structure, the specific determination mode for the detection tray of the mobile cart in the embodiment may be implemented by the existing computing module, and the subsequent automatic scanning and dispensing actions are implemented by combining the mature automatic control module and the control program of the self-service vending device, which is not described herein again.
The foregoing embodiments illustrate the principles and features of the present invention and their advantages, and it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited by the embodiments described above, which are merely illustrative of the specific principles of operation of the present invention, and that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (10)
1. Media dispensing device of a double scanning structure, characterized in that: the device comprises a moving trolley (1) for taking, placing and moving trays arranged in a tray drawer in the device, wherein the trays comprise a short tray and a high tray for placing media with different heights, a detected label is arranged at the same position of each tray in the height direction, a detection sensor (14) for detecting the detected label on the tray is arranged on the moving trolley (1), and the tray is judged to belong to the short tray or the high tray according to a detection signal of the detected label between adjacent trays in the moving process of the moving trolley in the height direction of the tray;
the device is characterized in that a short disc scanning head assembly (2) for scanning the medium in the short tray is arranged on the movable trolley (1), and a high disc scanning head assembly (3) for scanning the high tray on the movable trolley is arranged in the device.
2. The medium dispensing device with a double scanning structure as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an object-taking gate (4), wherein a lifting platform (41) for receiving the tray on the moving trolley is arranged inside the object-taking gate (4).

The medium dispensing apparatus of a dual scan structure as set forth in claim 1, wherein the moving cart (1) is disposed at an exit plane of the tray drawer through a vertical lifting platform (11) and a horizontal traverse platform (12), and the moving cart (1) is moved to be docked with any drawer exit through the vertical lifting platform (11) and the horizontal traverse platform (12), and a tray hooking assembly (13) for taking out and putting back the tray from the tray drawer is provided thereon.
4. The media dispenser of the double scanning structure according to claim 1, wherein the detection sensor (14) of the mobile cart (1) is a reflective photoelectric sensor, and the detection label provided on the tray is a reflective label (500) that reflects the detection sensor to detect light.

The medium dispensing device with the double scanning structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the short disc scanning head assembly (2) is mounted on the moving trolley (1) through a swing rod in a swinging manner, the short disc scanning head assembly (2) is fixed at a swinging end of the swing rod, a hinged end of the swing rod is hinged and assembled on a fixed seat through a conductive sliding ring (202), a torsion spring (206) is mounted between the swing rod and the fixed seat and is in transmission connection with a swinging power source on the fixed seat, a cable of the short disc scanning head assembly (2) is connected to an external wiring part of the conductive sliding ring (202), and a rotating conductive part in the conductive sliding ring (202) is electrically connected with a control unit of the short disc scanning head.

The media dispensing device with a dual scanning structure according to claim 5, wherein the swing link is provided with a cable-accommodating routing groove, the cable-accommodating routing groove is arranged through the swing link along the length direction of the swing link, one end of the cable-accommodating routing groove is connected to the short disc scanner head assembly (2), and the other end of the cable-accommodating routing groove is connected to an external connection portion of the conductive slip ring (202).

The medium dispensing apparatus of a double scanning structure according to claim 6, wherein the swing power source comprises a stepping motor (209) and a gear transmission mechanism, the stepping motor (209) is fixedly mounted with respect to the fixed base, a motor shaft of the stepping motor is in transmission connection with a driving gear of the gear transmission mechanism, a driven gear of the gear transmission mechanism is coaxially assembled with a hinge axis of the swing rod swing and is rigidly connected with the swing rod, the apparatus further comprises a sensor detecting piece (210) rotating with the driven gear and a swing sensor (211) fixedly arranged on a rotation track of the sensor detecting piece (210), and the swing sensor (211) is in feedback control connection with the stepping motor (209).

The medium dispensing apparatus with a dual scan structure as claimed in claim 7, wherein the swing links comprise two sets, swing ends of the two sets of swing links are respectively and fixedly connected to two ends of the short disc scanner head assembly to form a door-shaped swing bracket, and the conductive slip ring and the swing power source are respectively disposed at hinged ends of the two sets of swing links or at hinged ends of the same swing link.
9. The medium dispensing apparatus of a dual scan structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the high-disk scanning head assembly (3) is telescopically arranged on the top of the apparatus by a power-driven push rod (31).

The method of issuing a medium issuing apparatus of a double scan structure of any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that: in the process of issuing media by the equipment, the mobile trolley (1) moves along the height direction of a tray of the media to be issued, the distance of a detected label between the tray of the media to be issued and a tray above the tray is detected through a detection sensor (14) on the mobile trolley (1), and whether the tray of the media to be issued belongs to a short tray or a high tray is judged;
if the tray is a short tray (51), after the tray to be used for releasing the medium is taken out of the tray drawer to the mobile trolley (1), scanning in the tray is carried out through the swinging of the short tray scanning head assembly (2) on the mobile trolley (1), after the scanning is finished, the tray to be used for releasing the medium is moved to a lifting platform (41) at the position of the object taking gate (4) through the mobile trolley (1), the lifting platform (41) is controlled to lift the short tray to the door of the object taking gate according to the height of the short tray, and the object taking gate is opened to complete the releasing of the medium in the short tray (51);
if the tray is the high tray (52), after the tray to be used for releasing the medium is taken out of the tray drawer and is placed on the movable trolley (1), the tray to be used for releasing the medium is moved to a fixed position below the high-tray scanning head assembly (3) through the movable trolley (1) to perform in-tray scanning, after the scanning is finished, the tray to be used for releasing the medium is moved to the lifting platform (41) at the position of the fetching gate (4) through the movable trolley (1), and the fetching gate is opened to complete the releasing of the medium in the high tray (52).
