Abstract

Background
The public water supply system of the pumped storage power station (hereinafter referred to as pumped storage power station) mainly provides water sources for users of electromechanical equipment fire fighting, building fire fighting, air conditioning systems, SFC, air compressors, deep well water pumps, domestic water and the like, and is used as a standby water source for unit technology water supply, so that the reliability of the public water supply system of the pumped storage power station is particularly important for the operation of the pumped storage power station. At present, most domestic pumped storage power stations adopt underground plants, and due to natural fall, a public water supply system is simple and economical to take water from downstream. c. opening a drain valve on a drain pipeline of a water taking main pipe of the public water supply system, draining accumulated water in the water taking main pipe of the public water supply system before a first valve, and overhauling the first valve of the water taking main pipe of the public water supply system connected with a lower reservoir after draining;
d. after the first valve is overhauled, opening a valve on a water taking main pipe of the public water supply system at the downstream of the first valve, and introducing another public water supply source for flat pressure;
e. after the flat pressing, the diver launches again, takes off the maintenance cover and lifts the maintenance cover out through the lifting equipment.
f. And opening the first valve to enable the public water supply system to recover to be normal.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: aiming at the underground factory building type pumped storage power station with the lower warehouse provided with only one accident gate, the invention can ensure the reliable water intake of the public water supply system and can also create the maintenance condition for the first valve connected with the lower warehouse by temporarily plugging the water intake through the maintenance sealing cover. The water intake and the maintenance sealing cover adopt a structure that the groove is matched with the eccentric handle, so that the operation is simple, and the operation of a diver under water is convenient; when the maintenance sealing cover handle is tightly pressed, the sealing washer at the bottom of the maintenance sealing cover handle is tightly pressed with the water intake body, so that a water supply pipeline system is reliably isolated from a flow channel and is prevented from leaking water; the lug that the closing cap back set up can link to each other with equipment of lifting by crane, offers convenience for overhauing the closing cap and goes out water and income water. Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment is a water intake structure with an access cover applied to an open-water intake of a certain power station. The lower reservoir of a certain pumping power station is only provided with a gate 100, a public water supply system takes water from the lower reservoir, and a public water supply water intake is arranged on the outer side wall of a gate well 14 of the lower reservoir, is positioned below the dead water level of the reservoir and is close to the dead water level of the reservoir. The overhaul capping mainly comprises a capping body 13, an eccentric handle 11, a handle seat 9, a pin shaft 10, a sealing washer 12 and a lifting lug 14 to form an integrated capping, wherein the capping body 13 is provided with a circle of cylindrical skirt 131 which can be just sleeved outside the water intake body, the handle seat 9 is arranged on the cylindrical skirt 131, the lifting lug 14 is arranged at the center of the outer side of the capping body 14, and the structure is favorable for lifting the overhaul capping and tool-free installation.
When the maintenance sealing cover is plugged, firstly, the eccentric handle 11 is lifted, the maintenance sealing cover is sleeved outside the water intake body 6, and at the moment, the short shaft of the eccentric wheel is in contact with the water intake body 6 and can be smoothly sleeved; then the eccentric handle 11 is pressed down, and the long shaft of the eccentric wheel is clamped into the groove 61 of the water intake body 6 to be pressed and fixed.
The eccentric handles 11 and the handle seats 9 are uniformly distributed around the cylindrical skirt 131 of the seal cover body 13, the number of the eccentric handles is determined according to the size of the seal cover, and four eccentric handles are arranged in the embodiment.
The sealing washer 12 is arranged at the bottom of the sealing cover body 13 and clamped in a groove at the bottom of the sealing cover body 13, and when the eccentric handle 11 is pressed and blocked, the sealing washer 12 is tightly matched with the outer end face of the water intake body 6.
The eccentric handle 11 is connected with the handle seat 9 through a pin shaft 10, and the handle seat 9 is firmly welded with the sealing cover body 13.
When the power station runs for years, the first valve 18 of the water intake main pipe of the public water supply system connected with the lower reservoir is likely to have the problems of seal aging, water leakage and the like, the first valve needs to be overhauled (the overhaul includes or does not include replacement), and when the water level of the lower reservoir is close to the dead water level elevation, the overhauling method is as follows:
a. after closing the valve 17 on the water intake main of the public water supply system at the downstream of the first valve 18, the maintenance cover is hoisted to the vicinity of the water intake port of the water through a permanent or temporary hoisting device 16;
b. the diver 15 goes into the water and sleeves the overhaul sealing cover into the water intake, compresses the eccentric handle 11 and seals;
c. opening a drain valve 19 on a drain pipeline of a water taking main pipe 1 of the public water supply system, draining accumulated water in the water taking main pipe 1 of the public water supply system into a water collecting well or other places, and after emptying, overhauling a first valve 18 connected with a lower warehouse;
d. after the first valve 18 is overhauled, the valve 17 is opened, and the other path of public water supply source is introduced for flat pressure;
e. after the flat pressing, the diver 15 again descends, lifts the eccentric handle 11, takes off the access cover, and lifts the access cover out by the lifting device 16.
f. The valve 18 is opened and the public water supply system returns to normal.
