The coating machine is a production device which can carry out organic film coating, water-soluble film coating, slow and controlled release coating on tablets, pills, candies and the like. The traditional granulator can only carry out granulation production, and the coating machine can only carry out coating production. And traditional granulator and capsule machine can't carry out continuous production, and efficiency is relatively poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a continuous granulating and coating machine which can carry out granulation and coating production with two specifications, can carry out continuous production and improve the production efficiency.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the utility model provides a continuous pelletization capsule machine, is including sealed organism, dust remover, a plurality of spray gun subassembly, feed bin, air shutoff machine and discharge gate, the dust remover is arranged on the upper portion of organism, and the organism be located the dust remover top and be equipped with the air outlet, the lower part of organism is furnished with the cabin of a plurality of intercommunications, and the spray gun subassembly corresponds the lower part of arranging every cabin except that after the cabin of afterbody, and the lateral part of every cabin is equipped with the fresh air inlet, the feed bin communicates with the cabin of head, and air shutoff machine communicates with the cabin of afterbody.
Preferably, each cabin is in a shape of an inverted hopper, the lower part of each cabin is provided with a cabin air inlet, and the end part of the spray gun assembly extends into the cabin through the cabin air inlet.
Preferably, the spraying gun further comprises an air deflector which is fixedly connected to the spraying gun assembly and located at an air inlet of the cabin, two air guide pipes are arranged at the air inlet of the cabin close to the air deflector, and a gap S is formed between the air guide pipes and the air deflector.
Preferably, two sides of the vertical section of the air deflector are concave arc-shaped surfaces.
Preferably, each of the compartment sides has an openable sealed purge door.
Preferably, each chamber has a corresponding glass-sealed viewing aperture at an upper portion thereof.
The invention provides a continuous granulating and coating machine, which has the following beneficial effects:
the invention is provided with a plurality of cabins, the storage bin can contain powder or particles, and the spray gun can continuously spray adhesive or coating liquid. The material in the bin continuously enters the first chamber, and is granulated or coated through a plurality of chambers by wind power and then discharged from the discharge port. Therefore, the two specifications of granulation and coating can be produced, and continuous production can be realized, so that the efficiency is improved.

FIG. 2 is a side view of FIG. 1;
fig. 3 is an enlarged view of a portion I of fig. 2.
Detailed Description
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
First embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 3, a continuous granulating and coating machine includes a sealed body 1, a dust collector 2, four spray gun assemblies 3, a bin 4, an air-lock blower 5 and a discharge port 6, wherein the dust collector 2 is disposed at an upper portion of the body 1, an air outlet 11 is formed at a position above the dust collector 2 of the body 1, four communicating compartments 7 are provided at a lower portion of the body 1, the spray gun assemblies 3 are disposed corresponding to a lower portion of each compartment 7 except for a rearmost compartment 7, the rearmost compartment 7 is used for drying, so that the spray gun assemblies 3 cannot be disposed, and an air inlet 71 is formed at a side portion of each compartment 7, the bin 4 is communicated with the compartment 7 at the head, and the air-lock blower 5 is communicated with the compartment 7 at the rear.
Referring to fig. 3, each of the chambers 7 is shaped like an inverted funnel, a chamber air inlet 72 is formed at the lower part of the chamber 7, and the end of the spray gun assembly 3 extends into the chamber 7 through the chamber air inlet 72. The adhesive or coating liquid sprayed from the end of the spray gun assembly 3 is just right opposite to the material to be sprayed, and the material in the hopper-shaped chamber 7 can not fall off.
Referring to fig. 3, the spray gun assembly further comprises an air deflector 8, the air deflector 8 is fixedly connected to the spray gun assembly 3 and is located at a cabin air inlet 72, two air guide pipes 9 are arranged at the cabin air inlet 72 close to the air deflector 8, and a gap S is formed between the air guide pipes 9 and the air deflector 8. The strong wind from the wind inlet openings 72 of each compartment 7 enters the compartment 7 through the gap S, and rolls the material in the compartment 7.
Referring to fig. 3, two sides of the vertical section of the air deflector 8 are concave arc surfaces. The wind power is guided by the concave arc-shaped surface of the wind deflector 8 in the process of entering the cabin 7 from the gap S, so that the rotating wind power can be formed, and the material granulation or coating is more uniform.
Referring to fig. 1, each of the bins 4 has an openable sealing and washing door 73 at a side thereof. The interior of the cabin 7 is cleaned after convenient use.
Referring to fig. 1, a glass-sealed viewing port 74 is provided at the upper portion of each of the bins 4. It is convenient to observe the granulation or coating process in the chamber 7 during use.
When the invention is used, the material can be powder or granules, and the material can be granulated or coated. The materials are put into the bin 4, the cabin air inlet 72 at the lower part of each cabin 7 conveys wind power through the fan, and the air outlet 11 leads out the wind power through the fan to form an air flue which is inclined upwards and is the power of the materials passing through the cabins 7. When granulation is required, the spray gun component 3 sprays adhesive or water; when coating is required, the spray gun assembly 3 sprays coating liquid. The material continuously falls from the silo 4 into the first compartment 7 of the head, then passes through four compartments 7 in succession and is discharged from the discharge opening 6 and the air shutter 5. And because the material rises, consequently need set up dust remover 2 in the upper portion of organism 1, dust remover 2 can adopt the sack cleaner, avoids the material to see through air outlet 11 polluted environment. The invention can carry out continuous granulation or coating treatment on the materials and improve the production efficiency.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
