The use method of the invention comprises the following steps: the device is arranged on the top surface of the dance room, and when the device is not used, the lower waist auxiliary mechanism is moved to one side of the guide rail through the position adjusting mechanism to be stored; when the device is used, the sleeve travelling wheels are dragged to move on the guide rails, the sliding blocks move on the sliding rails along with the guide rails, and when the position adjustment is completed, the adjusting plates are adjusted through the locking bolts to insert in the sleeve, so that the height of the waist-lowering auxiliary mechanism is adjusted to adapt to trainers with different heights; then a trainer stands on the right side of the elastic plate, the waist of the trainer leans against the elastic plate, the driving motor is started, the output end of the driving motor drives the rotating shaft to rotate, so that the winding shaft winds the stay rope on the outer side wall of the winding shaft, the elastic plate is bent, the upper side edge of the elastic plate slowly moves downwards after being subjected to the pulling force of the stay rope in the process of gradually winding the stay rope, the middle of the elastic plate is bent, the trainer gradually descends the waist in cooperation with the elastic plate, and the trainer is effectively prevented from suddenly descending the waist to cause lumbar injury; when the trainer needs to get up, the driving motor rotates reversely, and the resilience force of the elastic plate gradually restores the upper body of the trainer to a vertical state.
After adopting the structure, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the bending flexibility of the elastic plate can be matched with the bending degree of the lumbar of a trainer for training, so that the flexibility of the trunk can be effectively exercised;
2. the driving motor drives the rotating shaft to rotate, the reel gradually tightens the guy cable, the trainer can be effectively ensured to lower the waist gradually, and the training is prevented from damaging the lumbar of the trainer;
3. position adjustment mechanism can accomodate one side of dance classroom with waist complementary unit down, reduces the occupation in space, simultaneously, convenient operation.
