The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a visiting method is applied to a museum visiting system, position information of a visitor is obtained, whether the visitor is in a specific exhibition area or not is judged, and when the visitor is in the specific exhibition area, explanation information in a database is preliminarily screened to obtain a preliminary commentary set;
and optimizing the preliminary commentary set by using a selection algorithm according to the visitor information to obtain the target commentary.
Preferably, audio information fed back by the visitor to the target commentary is acquired, keywords are extracted by using a DTW algorithm, and the preliminary commentary set is further optimized by using a selection algorithm in combination with the visitor information to obtain another target commentary.
In any of the above schemes, preferably, the position information of the visitor is obtained by reading GPS information of the terminal device or scanning an identification code of the display area by the terminal device.
In any of the above schemes, preferably, when the position information of the visitor is obtained by reading GPS information of the terminal device, the terminal device uploads the GPS information to the background server in real time, and the background server determines whether the visitor is at the exhibition position according to the preset longitude and latitude values and the position threshold value of each exhibition position.
In any of the above schemes, preferably, when the position information of the visitor is obtained by scanning an identification code of the exhibition area by the terminal device, the identification code is an electronic tag.
In any of the above schemes, preferably, the background server obtains information of the number of visitors at each exhibition position, sets a threshold, and sends prompt information to the terminal device when the number of visitors exceeds the threshold.
In any of the above schemes, preferably, after the explanation is completed, the visitor scores the explanation content, the background server collects the score of the explanation content spoken by the visitor, sets a certain threshold for the score, and modifies the explanation content when the score is lower than the threshold.
In any of the above schemes, preferably, the terminal device is provided with a download code, and the visitor mobile terminal scans the download code to obtain a download path of the target commentary.
The visiting device comprises terminal equipment and a background server, wherein the terminal equipment and the background server are pre-provided with programs and used for executing the visiting method, the terminal equipment is used for recording visitor information, acquiring visitor voice information and text information and playing explanation words, and the terminal equipment is connected with the background server.
Preferably, the background server is any one of a PC, a cloud storage, and a block chain.
In any of the above schemes, preferably, the terminal device includes a central processing unit, an internal memory, an external memory, an audio acquisition device, and a display device, and the internal memory, the external memory, the audio acquisition device, and the display device are connected to the central processing unit through an I/O interface via a transmission bus.
In any of the above schemes, preferably, the central processing unit is an embedded microprocessor.
In any of the above embodiments, it is preferable that the internal memory has a storage capacity of 2GB or more and the external memory has a storage capacity of 64GB or more.
The visiting method and the visiting device have the advantages of being high in intelligent degree, capable of conducting personalized explanation and saving workers.

The terminal equipment is connected with the background server in any one of a 2G network, a 3G network, a 4G network, a 5G network, Bluetooth, wifi, ZigBee, IrDA and TransferJet. The background server can be any one of a PC server and a cloud server.
When the background server is a cloud server, besides information collection communication of an internal system of the museum, a museum with a larger range and even social information network connection are required to be established, and a stronger information communication platform in the same industry is established, so that the related professional knowledge amount is not expanded, and an information acquisition channel is increased.
It should be noted that the database may be stored in the terminal device, and may also be stored in the background server. Or a part of the data can be stored in the terminal device, and the other part of the data can be stored in the background server, namely the specific storage position of the database is not limited. In order to facilitate upgrading and maintaining data in the database, in this embodiment, the database is stored in the background server.
It is understood that the main body of execution of the visiting method related to the present application is implemented by combining the terminal device and/or the background server with software provided in the terminal device and/or the terminal server.

In this embodiment, audio information fed back by the visitor to the target commentary is acquired, keywords are extracted by using the DTW algorithm, and the preliminary commentary set is further optimized by using the selection algorithm in combination with the visitor information, so as to obtain another target commentary.
The execution program designed based on the DTW algorithm can be arranged in the terminal equipment, and the keywords of the voice information of the visitor can be extracted in the terminal equipment and then transmitted to the background server. Or an executive program designed based on the DTW algorithm can be arranged in the background server, the terminal equipment transmits the collected voice information of the visitor to the background server, and the keywords in the voice information of the visitor are extracted in the background server; the visitor voice information can be a question of the visitor before the target commentary is formed and/or feedback of the visitor after the target commentary is completely explained.
As shown in fig. 2, the visiting method, when in use, comprises the following steps:

Specifically, the algorithm and the obtaining method involved in this step are the same as those in S205, and will not be described herein too much.
Example 2:
on the basis of the embodiment, in order to improve the intelligentization level of the visiting system and facilitate the use of the visitors, the position information of the museum where the visitors are located is obtained by reading the GPS information of the terminal equipment or scanning the exhibition area identification code by the terminal equipment.
When the position information of the museum where the visitor is located is obtained by reading the GPS information of the terminal device, the background server stores the latitude and longitude information of each exhibition area, the terminal device is provided with a GPS positioning device, the terminal device uploads the GPS information to the background server in real time, the background server compares the obtained GPS information of the terminal device with the stored latitude and longitude information of each exhibition area, and when it is determined that the terminal device is located at the position threshold and stays within the position threshold for more than 10 seconds, the visiting method in embodiment 1 is performed. It will be appreciated that the 10 second time threshold is set to prevent the system from misinformation of data when the visitor merely passes through the display area and inadvertently stops.
And when the position information of the museum where the visitor is located is acquired in a mode that the terminal equipment reads the identification code of the exhibition area, the identification code is an electronic tag. Specifically, the electronic tag is disposed at each exhibition area for distinguishing each exhibition area, the terminal device is provided with an electronic tag identification device, when the visitor is located in the exhibition area, the electronic tag identification device on the terminal device identifies the electronic tag of a specific exhibition area and transmits the acquired information to the background server in real time, and when the visitor stays for more than 10 seconds, the visiting system performs the visiting method in the above embodiment. It will be appreciated that the 10 second time threshold is set to prevent the system from misinformation of data when the visitor merely passes through the display area and inadvertently stops.
Example 3:
on the basis of the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2, the background server acquires the information of the number of visitors at each exhibition position, sets a threshold value, and directionally sends prompt information to the terminal equipment when the number of visitors exceeds the threshold value.
Specifically, the background server judges the real-time number of people at a specific exhibition position through the equipment identification code of the terminal equipment, the number threshold is set in the background server, when the number of people exceeds the threshold, the background server sends prompt information to the terminal equipment and workers which do not reach the specific exhibition position to remind visitors of avoiding the exhibition position, and the workers can go deep into the field to dredge according to the prompt information.
Example 4:
on the basis of the embodiment, after the target explanation word is completely explained, the visitor scores the explanation content, the background server collects the score of the explanation content of the visitor, sets a certain threshold value for the score, and modifies the evaluation content when the score is lower than the threshold value.
Specifically, in order to objectively and efficiently collect the evaluation of the explanation word by the visitor, for example, evaluation scores of at least 10 visitors may be collected and an average score thereof may be calculated, a threshold may be set for the average score, and when the average score is lower than the set threshold, the manager may delete the explanation word or optimize the explanation word.
Building a system of atto B and tto a display stands, viewers can modify questions and get answers quickly. In order to better realize the maintenance of the database, the working personnel can also carry out statistical analysis system and logic judgment system on the 'inquiry of big data of visitors': the system will summarize all the questions of the visitors each day, especially for questions outside the strategy and designer. Aiming at the new problems, the interest points and the knowledge points of more visitors are found out, the system information base is continuously supplemented and perfected, more choices and convenience are brought to the future inquiry of audiences, and the burden of background workers can be gradually relieved.
In this embodiment, the terminal device is provided with a download code, and the visitor mobile terminal scans the download code to obtain a download path of the target commentary.
The download codes are associated with the terminal equipment, after the visit is finished, the mobile terminal of the visitor scans the download codes arranged on the terminal equipment, a download path of the commentary in each exhibition area is obtained from the background server, and the commentary in each exhibition area is downloaded to the mobile terminal so as to be convenient for later viewing.
Specifically, the download link does not directly transmit the exhibit information to the visitors without any details, but after the questions, answers and big data are analyzed and integrated, the system works out personalized and interesting knowledge summary for each visitor, and also works out a one-time system summary of the questions as an interactive knowledge result to bring back the visitors.
Example 5:
a visiting device, as shown in fig. 3, includes a terminal device and a background server, where the terminal device and the background server are used to execute the visiting method in the above embodiments, the terminal device is used to record visitor information, collect visitor audio information, text information, feedback information, GPS position information, and play explanation words, and the terminal device is connected to the background server.
In this embodiment, the backend server is any one of a PC, a cloud storage, and a block chain, and is connected to the terminal device through any one of a 2G network, a 3G network, a 4G network, a 5G network, bluetooth, wifi, ZigBee, IrDA, and TransferJet.
In this embodiment, the terminal device includes a central processing unit, an internal memory, an external memory, a voice collecting device, a display device, a GPS positioning device, and a broadcasting device, where the internal memory, the external memory, the voice collecting device, the display device, the GPS positioning device, and the broadcasting device are connected to the central processing unit through an I/O interface via a transmission bus. The display device can be a touch display screen, in order to meet the data processing requirement, the central processing unit can be an embedded microprocessor, the storage capacity of the internal memory is more than 2GB, and the storage capacity of the external memory is more than 64 GB.
