As shown in fig. 4, when the wire rewinding device 1 normally operates, the protection rope 13 is only under the pulling force of the spiral spring 14 and is not under the action of an external force, or the acting force of the spiral spring 14 on the protection rope 13 is balanced with the external force borne by the protection rope 13, or the acting force of the spiral spring 14 on the protection rope 13 is slightly smaller than the external force borne by the protection rope 13, so that the elastic member 152 is not under the action of the external force, and the claw 151 and the locking member 153 are in the unlocking state of being disconnected, thereby ensuring that the wire rewinding device 1 can normally operate, and meanwhile, the wire winding bracket 12 can automatically wind up under the action of the spiral spring 14, so that the protection rope 13 is wound on the wire winding bracket 12, or the wire winding bracket 12 can realize wire unwinding under the action of the external force; as shown in fig. 5, when the external force that protection rope 13 bore is greater than scroll spring 14's pulling force far away, protection rope 13 drives winding support 12 and rotates with higher speed, make centrifugal force increase, make elastic component 152 extend, and simultaneously, the second end of jack catch 151 is close to towards locking part 153 under elastic component 152's drive, it cooperates and brakes winding support 12 to reach the second end of jack catch 151 and locking part 153 locking, the realization is locked winding support 12, avoid winding support 12 to continue to rotate, thereby lock protection rope 13, make the outside object of being connected with protection rope 13 stop at fixed position.

As shown in fig. 6, as a preferred embodiment, the winding frame 12 includes a first frame body and a second frame body, the first frame body includes a first plate body 121, a second plate body 122 and a winding part 123 for winding the protection rope 13, the first plate body 121 and the second plate body 122 are oppositely disposed, the winding part 123 is disposed between the first plate body 121 and the second plate body 122, and the winding part 123 is disposed with a through hole for passing the first end of the protection rope 13, so as to achieve reliable connection between the first end of the protection rope 13 and the winding part 123; the second frame body includes a third plate 124 and a positioning component 125, the third plate 124 is disposed opposite to the second plate 122, the positioning component 125 is disposed between the second plate 122 and the third plate 124, and the clamping jaw 151 and the elastic component 152 are disposed between the second plate 122 and the third plate 124, so as to axially limit the clamping jaw 151 and the elastic component 152, and prevent the clamping jaw 151 and the elastic component 152 from axially moving relative to the winding frame 12.
As a preferred embodiment, the positioning component 125 and the second plate 122 are detachably connected, for example, the positioning component 125 and the second plate 122 are fixed together by hole-site connection and screw fastening connection, so as to facilitate the installation of the clamping jaws 151 and the elastic component 152, and reduce the installation difficulty.
In a preferred embodiment, the shaft 16 is disposed separately from the bobbin 12, and as shown in fig. 6, a shaft hole 126 is formed in the middle of the bobbin 12, and the shaft 16 is fitted into the shaft hole 126. in this embodiment, the shaft hole 126 is preferably a waist-shaped hole, and the portion of the shaft 16 fitted into the shaft hole 126 is adapted to the shape of the shaft hole 126, so that the shaft 16 and the bobbin 12 are reliably connected to each other, and the shaft 16 is prevented from rotating relative to the bobbin 12, but in other embodiments, the shaft 16 may be integrally formed with the bobbin 12.
With continued reference to fig. 4 and 5, as a preferred embodiment, the positioning member 125 is disposed at a middle position of the winding frame 12, the positioning member 125 is preferably configured in a cylindrical shape, the jaw 151 is configured with a first arc-shaped concave 1512, the first arc-shaped concave 1512 is engaged with the positioning member 125, the positioning member 125 is configured to position the jaw 151, so that the jaw 151 can be disposed at a predetermined position, and in particular, in the present embodiment, the elastic member 152 is configured to provide a pulling force for the jaw 151 to keep the first arc-shaped concave 1512 engaged with the positioning member 125.
With continued reference to fig. 4 and 5, as a preferred embodiment, a connecting shaft 19 is further disposed between the second plate 122 and the third plate 124, a connecting hole 1511 is disposed at a first end of the jaw 151, and the connecting hole 1511 is rotatably engaged with the connecting shaft 19 so that the jaw 151 can rotate relative to the connecting shaft 19.
Referring to fig. 4, 5 and 7, in a preferred embodiment, the second end of the pawl 151 is provided with a second arc-shaped recess 1514, the second arc-shaped recess 1514 can be matched with the locking component 153, and the second arc-shaped recess 1514 is configured to reduce rebounding, so that the second end of the pawl 151 can be reliably matched with the locking component 153, and safety and reliability are further improved.
With continued reference to fig. 4 and fig. 5, as a preferred embodiment, the elastic component 152 is a tension spring, a first end and a second end of the tension spring are both provided with hooks, the second end of the claw 151 is provided with a hook groove 1513, the winding bracket 12 is provided with a positioning post 110, the hook of the first end of the tension spring is engaged with the hook groove 1513, and the hook of the second end of the tension spring is engaged with the positioning post 110.
In a preferred embodiment, an end cover 18 is disposed on the mounting housing 11, the end cover 18 is provided with a receiving groove 181 for mounting the spiral spring 14, the spiral spring 14 is located between the mounting housing 11 and the end cover 18, an inner end of the spiral spring 14 is fixed to the winding bracket 12, an outer end of the spiral spring 14 is fixed to the inside of the end cover 18, during unwinding, the winding bracket 12 rotates, the spiral spring 14 is applied with force and elastic potential energy is increased, when the winding bracket 12 is released, the spiral spring 14 releases potential energy, the winding bracket 12 rotates under the action of the spiral spring 14, and the lifting rope is wound back to the winding bracket 12.
As a preferred embodiment, one end of the rotating shaft 16 on the bobbin 12 extends into the end cover 18 to form a connecting end, the connecting end of the rotating shaft 16 is provided with a positioning groove 161, a snap-fit position 182 is arranged inside the end cover 18, the inner end of the spiral spring 14 is embedded in the positioning groove 161, and the outer end of the spiral spring 14 is fixed with the snap-fit position 182, so that the reliable connection between the spiral spring 14 and the bobbin 12 and the end cover 18 is realized.
The take-up 1 of the present invention can be used as an anti-falling device for preventing an external object connected to the protection rope 13 from falling.
As shown in fig. 8, the hand-operated clothes hanger with the safety protection function, which is provided with the take-up device 1 or the anti-falling device of the present invention, comprises a clothes pole 2, a power lifting rope 3, a steering gear 4, a hand-operated device 5 and the take-up device 1, wherein when in use, the steering gear 4 and the take-up device 1 are both fixed on the top surface of a wall, one end of the power lifting rope 3 is fixedly connected with the end part of the clothes pole 2, the other end of the power lifting rope 3 passes through the steering gear 4 and is fixedly connected with the hand-operated device 5, and the outer end of the protection rope 13 which passes through the outside of the installation shell 11 is fixed with the clothes.
As a preferred embodiment, the drying rods 2 may be a single drying rod 2 structure or a drying rod rack structure as shown in fig. 8, in the case of the single drying rod 2 structure, each drying rod 2 is preferably provided with a pair of wire winders 1, the outer ends of the protection ropes 13 in the pair of wire winders 1 are respectively connected with the two ends of the drying rod 2, so as to provide stable supporting force for the drying rod 2 when the power lifting rope 3 is accidentally disconnected, in the case of the drying rod rack structure, two pairs of wire winders 1 are preferably provided, and the two pairs of wire winders 1 are respectively provided at four corner positions of the drying rod rack structure, so as to provide stable supporting effect for the drying rod rack structure when the power lifting rope 3 is accidentally disconnected.
In a preferred embodiment, the outer end of the protection rope 13, which penetrates out of the mounting housing 11, passes through another steering gear 4 and then is fixed with the airing rod 2, so as to facilitate the steering of the protection rope 13.
It will be appreciated that both the protective rope 13 and the power lift rope 3 of the present invention may be steel wire or steel strip having a certain strength.
When the wire rewinding device 1 is applied to the hand-operated clothes hanger shown in fig. 8, the second end (outer end) of the protection rope 13 extending out of the mounting shell 11 is fixedly connected with the airing rod 2 in the hand-operated clothes hanger, the power lifting rope 3 bears the weight of the airing rod 2 and the external clothes in the normal operation state of the hand-operated clothes hanger, the protection rope 13 is only under the pulling force of the volute spiral spring 14 and is not under the pulling force of the airing rod 2, the elastic part 152 is not under the rotation action of the winding support 12 and keeps the normal stretching state, the clamping jaws 151 and the locking parts 153 are in the unlocking state shown in fig. 4, the wire rewinding device 1 can normally operate, meanwhile, the winding support 12 can realize automatic wire rewinding under the action of the volute spiral spring 14, the protection rope 13 is wound on the winding support 12, or the winding support 12 can realize wire unwinding under the pulling force of the airing rod 2, so that the hand-operated clothes hanger can be lifted normally; when the power lifting rope 3 is disconnected accidentally, the protection rope 13 bears the tension of the drying rod 2, at this time, the tension of the drying rod 2 borne by the protection rope 13 is far greater than the tension of the spiral spring 14, meanwhile, the elastic potential energy of the spiral spring 14 is greatly increased, under the action of the tension of the drying rod 2, the protection rope 13 drives the winding support 12 to rotate at an accelerated speed, so that the centrifugal force is increased, the elastic part 152 is extended, meanwhile, the second end of the clamping jaw 151 is close to the locking part 153 under the driving of the elastic part 152 until the second end of the clamping jaw 151 is matched with the locking part 153 to brake the winding support 12, the winding support 12 is locked, the winding support 12 is prevented from continuing to rotate, the protection rope 13 is locked to support the drying rod 2, the drying rod 2 is prevented from falling, accidents are avoided, the use safety is improved, and then, a user can recover the normal lifting function of the hand-operated clothes hanger by replacing the power lifting rope 3, after the airing rod 2 is normally lifted, the spiral spring 14 releases potential energy to make the winding support 12 reversely rotate to unlock the locking cooperation between the clamping jaws 151 and the locking parts 153, and meanwhile, the lifting rope is wound by the winding support 12, so that the winding device 1 is recovered to normally operate.
