In this embodiment, the middle collar 22 is ring-shaped without elasticity; the length of the intermediate collar 22 is thus limited; the length of the middle collar 22 is set according to the outer diameter of the inner ring 1, so that the middle collar 22 provided with the rotating piece 21 can be limited on the outer wall surface of the inner ring 1; this achieves a stable connection between the rotor 21, the central shaft ring 22 and the inner ring 1.
Grooves 13 are formed between the first flange 111 and the second flange 112, and between the third flange 121 and the fourth flange 122; the rotating member 21 includes a rotating protrusion 214, and the rotating protrusion 214 is located between the first recess 212 and the second recess 213; the rotating projection 214 cooperates with the recess 13. Mounting holes 211 are provided on both sides of the rotation boss 214; through the recess 13, with the rotating projection 214; thus, the fitting effect of the rotating member 21 and the inner ring 1 is good. The mounting hole 211 is provided on the rotating boss 214. The first flange 111 and the second flange 112 are symmetrically arranged with respect to the axial direction of the mounting hole, the third flange 121 and the fourth flange 122 are symmetrically arranged with respect to the axial direction of the mounting hole 211, and the shape of the first flange 111 is the same as the convex shape of the third flange 121, and the shape of the second flange 112 is the same as the shape of the fourth flange 122. So that the rotating member can rotate on the first boss and the second boss; meanwhile, the matching effect is good. In the present embodiment, the shapes of the first flange 111, the second flange 112, the third flange 121, the fourth flange 122, the rotation convex member 214, the first concave portion 212, the second concave portion 213, and the groove 13 are arc-shaped; by providing the arc-shaped first flange 111, second flange 112, third flange 121, fourth flange 122, rotation boss 214, first recess 212, second recess 213, and groove 13; the matching effect of the rotating piece 21 and the inner ring 1 is good; the rotation member 21 has a good rotation effect on the first boss 11 and the second boss 12.
The first bulge 11 and the second bulge 12 are respectively connected with one side of the inner ring 1 with an arc transition surface 14. By arranging the arc transition surface, the first bulge 11 and the side surface of the inner ring 1 are smoothly transited with the second bulge 12 and the side surface of the inner ring 1; the use is safe; is comfortable to wear.
Example IV
As shown in fig. 1-8, 10; a ring comprises an inner ring 1 and an outer ring rotor set 2; the outer ring rotor set 2 is arranged on the outer wall surface of the inner ring 1; the outer wall surface of the inner ring 1 is provided with more than two first protruding parts 11 and more than two second protruding parts 12; the first protruding part 11 and the second protruding part 12 are uniformly distributed on the outer wall surface of the inner ring 1; the first protruding portions 11 and the second protruding portions 12 are arranged in a staggered manner, and the first protruding portions and the second protruding portions protrude in a direction away from the outer wall surface of the inner ring 1.
The first boss 11 includes a first flange 111 and a second flange 112; the first flange 111 and the second flange 112 are distributed from one side of the outer wall surface of the inner ring 1 to the other side; the protrusion height of the first flange 111 is greater than the protrusion height of the second flange 112; the second boss 12 includes a third flange 121 and a fourth flange 122; the third flange 121 and the fourth flange 122 are distributed from one side of the outer wall surface of the inner ring 1 to the other side; the third flange 121 is positioned on one side of the outer wall surface of the inner ring 1, which is provided with the second flange 112, and the fourth flange 122 is positioned on one side of the outer wall surface of the inner ring 1, which is provided with the first flange 111; the protrusion height of the third flange 121 is greater than the protrusion height of the fourth flange 122; the protruding heights of the first flange 111 and the third flange 121, and the second flange 112 and the fourth flange 122 are the same.
The outer ring rotor set 2 comprises a rotating piece 21 and a middle shaft ring 22, and the rotating piece 21 is provided with more than one; the middle collar 22 connects more than one rotating piece 21 in series, and the middle collar is sleeved on the outer wall surface of the inner collar. In the present embodiment, the rotating member 21 has a hollow structure; through setting up hollow structure's rotation ring, can save the cost like this. The rotating member 21 has a mounting hole 211; the middle collar 22 passes through the mounting hole 211 to connect one or more rotating members 21 in series. A gap is provided between each rotating member 21 and the outer wall surface of the inner ring 1.
In this embodiment, the middle collar 22 is provided with more than one clamping section 221, the rotating member 21 is wrapped outside the clamping section 221, and a gap is provided between the mounting hole 211 and the clamping section 221. By providing the clip 221; meanwhile, the rotating piece 21 is of a hollow structure; thus, the nodes can be better wrapped; thus, the connecting effect of the rotating piece 21 and the middle shaft ring 22 is good.
The rotating member 21 is provided with a first recess 212 and a second recess 213 which are respectively matched with the first flange 111 and the fourth flange 122, and the second flange 112 and the third flange 121. By arranging the middle shaft ring 22, a plurality of rotating pieces 21 are arranged on the middle shaft ring 22 in a penetrating way, so that the outer ring rotor set 2 is convenient to install on the inner ring 1; thereby realizing the rotation of the rotating member 21 along the middle shaft ring 22; while preventing the rotation member 21 from falling off. By arranging a middle shaft ring 22 with a clamping joint; a rotating member 21 is wrapped around a clip; so that the rotating piece 21 is stably connected with the middle shaft ring 22; while the rotating member 21 rotates along the bottom bracket 22; the rotating member 21 can drive the middle collar 22 to rotate synchronously.
In this embodiment, the middle collar 22 is a non-elastic ring-shaped member; the length of the intermediate collar 22 is thus limited; the length of the middle collar 22 is set according to the outer diameter of the inner ring 1, so that the middle collar 22 provided with the rotating piece 21 can be limited on the outer wall surface of the inner ring 1; this achieves a stable connection between the rotor 21, the central shaft ring 22 and the inner ring 1.
Grooves 13 are formed between the first flange 111 and the second flange 112, and between the third flange 121 and the fourth flange 122; the rotating member 21 includes a rotating protrusion 214, and the rotating protrusion 214 is located between the first recess 212 and the second recess 213; the rotating projection 214 cooperates with the recess 13. Mounting holes 211 are provided on both sides of the rotation boss 214; through the recess 13, with the rotating projection 214; thus, the fitting effect of the rotating member 21 and the inner ring 1 is good. The mounting hole 211 is provided on the rotating boss 214. The first flange 111 and the second flange 112 are symmetrically arranged with respect to the axial direction of the mounting hole, the third flange 121 and the fourth flange 122 are symmetrically arranged with respect to the axial direction of the mounting hole 211, and the shape of the first flange 111 is the same as the convex shape of the third flange 121, and the shape of the second flange 112 is the same as the shape of the fourth flange 122. So that the rotating member can rotate on the first boss and the second boss; meanwhile, the matching effect is good. In the present embodiment, the shapes of the first flange 111, the second flange 112, the third flange 121, the fourth flange 122, the rotation convex member 214, the first concave portion 212, the second concave portion 213, and the groove 13 are arc-shaped; by providing the arc-shaped first flange 111, second flange 112, third flange 121, fourth flange 122, rotation boss 214, first recess 212, second recess 213, and groove 13; the matching effect of the rotating piece 21 and the inner ring 1 is good; the rotation member 21 has a good rotation effect on the first boss 11 and the second boss 12.
The first bulge 11 and the second bulge 12 are respectively connected with one side of the inner ring 1 with an arc transition surface 14. By arranging the arc transition surface, the first bulge 11 and the side surface of the inner ring 1 are smoothly transited with the second bulge 12 and the side surface of the inner ring 1; the use is safe; is comfortable to wear.
A first boss 11 and a second boss 12 are arranged in a staggered manner; so that when the outer ring rotor set 2 rotates relative to the outer wall surface of the inner ring 1; the outer ring rotor set 2 is contacted with the first bulge 11 and the second bulge 12 in sequence; the first flange 111 has a greater projection height than the second flange 112 and the third flange 121 has a greater projection height than the fourth flange 122; so that the protrusion height of the first protrusion 11 is lowered from one side to the other side; the protrusion height of the second protrusion 12 also decreases from one side to the other; meanwhile, the first flange 111 and the fourth flange 122 are positioned on the same side, and the second flange 112 and the third flange 121 are also positioned on the same side; the descending direction of the projections of the first projecting portion 11 is opposite to the descending direction of the projections of the second projecting portion 12; while the first recess 212 of the rotating member 21 is engaged with the first flange 111 and the fourth flange 122; the second concave part 213 is matched with the second flange 112 and the third flange 121; when the rotating member 21 rotates to the first protruding portion 11 with respect to the outer wall surface of the inner ring 1, the first recessed portion 212 of the rotating member 21 is inclined from high to low toward the second recessed portion 213; when the rotating member 21 rotates to the second boss 12 with respect to the outer wall surface of the inner ring 1; the inclination direction of the first concave part 212 of the rotating piece 21 to the second concave part 213 is from low to high; the inclination directions of the first concave portions 212 of the adjacent rotating members 21 toward the second concave portions 213 are different; the form of the rotating member 21 changes continuously when it rotates; the left-right swing of the rotating piece is realized during the rotation; and because a gap is arranged between the rotating piece 21 and the outer wall surface of the inner ring 1; when the rotating piece 21 rotates, the friction force between the rotating piece 21 and the outer wall surface of the inner ring 1 is small; the rotating effect is good, and the use experience is good.
The rotation method of the invention comprises the following steps:
(1) If the rotating piece is contacted with the top of the first bulge part, the rotating piece is arranged from the first concave part to the second concave part; the rotating piece is inclined from high to low; the inclination angle between the rotating piece and the inner wall surface of the inner ring reaches the maximum; step (2) is performed; if the rotating piece is contacted with the top of the second bulge part, the rotating piece is moved from the second concave part to the first concave part; the rotating piece is inclined from high to low; the inclination angle between the rotating piece and the inner wall surface of the inner ring reaches the maximum; step (4) is performed;
(2) Rotating the rotating member; the rotating piece moves away from the first protruding part to a direction approaching to the second protruding part; moving out a rotating member adjacent to the rotating member, and then moving the rotating member to a position corresponding to the rotating member; the height of the first concave part gradually decreases; the height of the second concave part gradually rises; the inclination angle between the rotating piece and the inner wall surface of the inner ring is gradually reduced;
(3) When the rotating piece is contacted with the second protruding part, continuing to rotate the rotating piece in the same direction; moving out a rotating member adjacent to the rotating member, and then moving the rotating member to a position corresponding to the rotating member; the height of the first concave part gradually rises; the height of the second concave part gradually decreases; the inclination angle between the rotating piece and the inner wall surface of the inner ring is gradually increased; step (4) is carried out when the rotating piece is contacted with the top of the second protruding part; when the rotating piece is contacted with the second protruding part, continuing to enter the step (3);
(4) Rotating the rotating member; moving out a rotating member adjacent to the rotating member, and then moving the rotating member to a position corresponding to the rotating member; the rotating piece moves away from the second protruding part to a direction approaching to the first protruding part; the height of the first concave part gradually rises; the height of the second concave part gradually decreases; the inclination angle between the rotating piece and the inner wall surface of the inner ring is gradually reduced;
(5) When the rotating piece is contacted with the first protruding part, continuing to rotate the rotating piece in the same direction; moving out a rotating member adjacent to the rotating member, and then moving the rotating member to a position corresponding to the rotating member; the height of the first concave part gradually decreases; the height of the second concave part gradually rises; the inclination angle between the rotating piece and the inner wall surface of the inner ring is gradually increased; step (2) is carried out when the rotating piece is contacted with the top of the first protruding part; and (5) continuing to enter the step (5) when the rotating piece is contacted with the first protruding part.
The method comprises the following steps: in the step (2) and the step (5), "moving out a rotating member adjacent to the rotating member and then moving the rotating member to a position corresponding to the rotating member" specifically includes: if the middle collar is of an annular structure made of elastic materials, when the rotating piece is rotated, the middle collar is in a pulled-up state, so that the rotating piece adjacent to the rotating piece is moved out, then the rotating piece is moved to a corresponding position of the rotating piece, a first concave part and a second concave part of the rotating piece are respectively corresponding to the first flange and the second flange, and the rotating piece is also moved to the position adjacent to the rotating piece;
If the middle collar is of a fixed-length annular structure, the rotating piece is rotated, under the action of a gap between the rotating piece and the outer wall surface of the inner ring, the rotating piece adjacent to the rotating piece is moved out of the first protruding portion, then the rotating piece is moved to a position corresponding to the rotating piece, the first concave portion and the second concave portion of the rotating piece are respectively corresponding to the first flange and the second flange, and the rotating piece is also moved to a position adjacent to the rotating piece.
The step (4) and the step (3) of "moving out a rotating member adjacent to the rotating member and then moving the rotating member to a position corresponding to the rotating member" specifically include: if the middle collar is of an annular structure made of elastic materials, when the rotating piece is rotated, the middle collar is in a pulled-up state, so that the rotating piece adjacent to the rotating piece is moved out, then the rotating piece is moved to a corresponding position of the rotating piece, a first concave part and a second concave part of the rotating piece are respectively corresponding to the flange III and the flange IV, and one rotating piece is also moved to the position adjacent to the rotating piece;
if the middle collar is of a fixed-length annular structure, rotating the rotating piece, moving out the rotating piece adjacent to the rotating piece under the action of a gap between the rotating piece and the outer wall surface of the inner ring, moving one rotating piece to a position corresponding to the rotating piece, and respectively corresponding a first concave part and a second concave part of the rotating piece to a third flange and a fourth flange, wherein the height of the first concave part is gradually increased; the height of the second concave part gradually decreases; a rotating member is also moved to a position adjacent to the rotating member.
In step (2) and step (5), "moving a rotating member adjacent to the rotating member and then moving the rotating member to a position corresponding to the rotating member" specifically includes: if the middle shaft collar is provided with a clamping joint, when the rotating piece rotates, the rotating piece adjacent to the rotating piece is moved out, then the rotating piece is driven by the clamping joint to move to the corresponding position of the rotating piece, the first concave part and the second concave part of the rotating piece are respectively corresponding to the first flange and the second flange, and the rotating piece is driven by the clamping joint to also move to the position adjacent to the rotating piece.
In step (4) and step (3), "moving a rotating member adjacent to the rotating member and then moving the rotating member to a position corresponding to the rotating member" specifically includes: if the middle shaft collar is provided with a clamping joint, when the rotating piece rotates, the rotating piece adjacent to the rotating piece is moved out, then the rotating piece is driven by the clamping joint to move to the corresponding position of the rotating piece, the first concave part and the second concave part of the rotating piece are respectively corresponding to the third flange and the fourth flange, and the rotating piece is driven by the clamping joint to also move to the position adjacent to the rotating piece.
The method is that when the rotating piece rotates relative to the outer wall surface of the inner ring; the rotating piece is contacted with the first protruding part and the second protruding part in sequence; the protruding height of the first flange is larger than that of the second flange, and the protruding height of the third flange is larger than that of the fourth flange; so that the protrusion height of the first protrusion portion is lowered from one side to the other side; the protrusion height of the second protrusion part also descends downwards from one side to the other side; meanwhile, the first flange and the fourth flange are positioned on the same side, and the second flange and the third flange are positioned on the same side; the descending direction of the bulges of the first bulge part is opposite to the descending direction of the bulges of the second bulge part; meanwhile, the first concave part of the rotating piece is matched with the first flange and the fourth flange; the second concave part is matched with the second flange and the third flange; when the rotating piece rotates to the first protruding part relative to the outer wall surface of the inner ring, the first recessed part of the rotating piece inclines downwards from top to bottom towards the second recessed part; when the rotating piece rotates to the second protruding part relative to the outer wall surface of the inner ring; the inclination direction of the first concave part of the rotating piece from the first concave part to the second concave part is from low to high; the inclination directions of the first concave parts of the adjacent rotating parts towards the second concave parts are different; the form of the rotating member changes continuously when the rotating member rotates; the left-right swing of the rotating member is realized when the rotating member rotates.
Claims (6)
1. A ring comprising an inner ring and an outer ring rotor set; the outer ring rotor group is arranged on the outer wall surface of the inner ring; the method is characterized in that: the outer wall surface of the inner ring is provided with more than two first protruding parts and more than two second protruding parts; the first bulge and the second bulge are uniformly distributed on the outer wall surface of the inner ring; the first protruding parts and the second protruding parts are arranged in a staggered manner and protrude towards the direction away from the outer wall surface of the inner ring;
the first bulge comprises a first flange and a second flange; the first flange and the second flange are distributed from one side of the outer wall surface of the inner ring to the other side; the protruding height of the first flange is larger than that of the second flange; the second bulge comprises a third flange and a fourth flange; the third flange and the fourth flange are distributed from the other side of the outer wall surface of the inner ring to one side; the flange is three on the outer wall of the inner ring one side of the surface provided with the second flange, the flange IV is positioned on the outer wall surface of the inner ring one side provided with a first flange; the protrusion height of the third flange is larger than that of the fourth flange; the heights of the protrusions of the first flange and the third flange and the protrusions of the second flange and the fourth flange are the same;
