Abstract
The invention discloses a lubricating anti-collapse agent for drilling fluid and a preparation method thereof, wherein the lubricating anti-collapse agent comprises 20-40 parts by weight of a first monomer, 1-3 parts by weight of a second monomer, 20-40 parts by weight of a third monomer and 5-7 parts by weight of a dispersing agent, the first monomer is one of methyl acetate, ethyl acetate or ethyl acrylate or a mixture of methyl acetate, ethyl acetate and ethyl acrylate, the second monomer is phenyltrimethoxysilane, the third monomer is one of acrylic resin, phenolic resin or epoxy resin or a mixture of acrylic resin, phenolic resin or epoxy resin, and the dispersing agent is one of an emulsifier type dispersing agent, an inert powder dispersing agent and a nano dispersing agent or a mixture of the emulsifying agent type dispersing agent, the inert powder dispersing agent and the nano dispersing agent. The prepared anti-collapse agent has environmental protection property, is high temperature resistant, has the highest tolerance temperature of 180 ℃, and is a high-efficiency anti-collapse agent suitable for a solid-free organic salt system and a KCl salt water system; in addition, the preparation method of the anti-collapse agent is simple and easy to implement, the raw materials are easy to obtain, the cost is low, and the market popularization and application are facilitated.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of petroleum, natural gas and shale gas exploitation operation, in particular to a lubricating anti-collapse agent for an anti-drilling fluid by taking phenyltrimethoxysilane as a copolymer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of the petroleum industry in China, the contradiction between economic development and environmental protection is increasingly prominent, and most of materials cannot meet the requirements of site construction and environmental protection at the same time. The main body is as follows: drilling fluid treating agents such as high-performance lubricants, anti-collapse agents and the like mainly comprise waste oil products and asphalt products or modified products, have high biological toxicity and cause great hidden danger of environmental pollution. The conventional environment-friendly treating agent is generally a natural polymer material, has poor temperature resistance and cannot meet the use requirement of a complex stratum.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a temperature-resistant and environment-friendly lubricating anti-sloughing agent for drilling fluid, which can effectively replace the existing commonly used asphalt lubricating anti-sloughing agent, and a preparation method thereof.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a lubricating anti-collapse agent for drilling fluid comprises 20-40 parts by weight of a first monomer, 1-3 parts by weight of a second monomer, 20-40 parts by weight of a third monomer and 5-7 parts by weight of a dispersing agent, wherein the first monomer is one of methyl acetate, ethyl acetate or ethyl acrylate or a mixture of methyl acetate, ethyl acetate and ethyl acrylate, the second monomer is phenyltrimethoxysilane, the third monomer is one of acrylic resin, phenolic resin or epoxy resin or a mixture of acrylic resin, phenolic resin and epoxy resin, and the dispersing agent is one of an emulsifier type dispersing agent, an inert powder dispersing agent and a nano dispersing agent or a mixture of the emulsifying agent type dispersing agent, the inert powder dispersing agent and the nano dispersing agent.
The preparation method of the lubricating anti-collapse agent for the drilling fluid comprises the steps of uniformly stirring the first monomer and the third monomer in a reaction kettle, adding the second monomer and the dispersing agent, uniformly stirring, heating the reaction kettle to 40-60 ℃, reacting for 1-2 hours, pouring, cooling and crushing to obtain the lubricating anti-collapse agent for the drilling fluid.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the lubricating anti-collapse agent for the drilling fluid is free flowing powder, has good filtration reduction capacity, lubricating capacity and shale expansion inhibition capacity, is a high-efficiency borehole wall stabilizer for the drilling fluid, can greatly improve the inhibition of a system, and effectively solves the problem of serious collapse of a shale stratum.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the following embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without making any inventive step are within the scope of the present invention.
The lubricating anti-collapse agent for the drilling fluid comprises 20-40 parts by weight of a first monomer, 1-3 parts by weight of a second monomer, 20-40 parts by weight of a third monomer and 5-7 parts by weight of a dispersing agent, wherein the first monomer is one of methyl acetate, ethyl acetate or ethyl acrylate or a mixture of methyl acetate, ethyl acetate and ethyl acrylate, the second monomer is phenyltrimethoxysilane, the third monomer is one of acrylic resin, phenolic resin or epoxy resin or a mixture of acrylic resin, phenolic resin and epoxy resin, and the dispersing agent is one of an emulsifier type dispersing agent, an inert powder dispersing agent and a nano dispersing agent or a mixture of the emulsifying agent type dispersing agent, the inert powder dispersing agent and the nano dispersing agent.
The preparation method of the lubricating anti-collapse agent for the drilling fluid comprises the steps of uniformly stirring the first monomer and the third monomer in a reaction kettle, adding the second monomer and the dispersing agent, uniformly stirring, heating the reaction kettle to 40-60 ℃, reacting for 1-2 hours, pouring, cooling and crushing to obtain the lubricating anti-collapse agent for the drilling fluid.
Compared with the prior similar anti-collapse agent, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the anti-collapse agent provided by the invention is a multifunctional treating agent and has the effects of reducing filtration loss, lubricating and preventing collapse.
2. The preparation method of the anti-collapse agent provided by the invention has the advantages of easily available raw materials and lower cost, and is more favorable for field popularization and application.
Example 1
Placing 20 parts of methyl acetate and 20 parts of acrylic resin in a reaction kettle at room temperature, uniformly stirring, then adding 1 part of phenyltrimethoxysilane and 5 parts of emulsifier dispersant, uniformly stirring, heating the reaction kettle to 40 ℃, reacting for 1 hour, pouring out, cooling and crushing to obtain the anti-collapse agent taking phenyltrimethoxysilane as a copolymer.
Example 2
And (2) placing 30 parts of ethyl acetate and 30 parts of phenolic resin in a reaction kettle at room temperature, uniformly stirring, adding 2 parts of phenyl trimethoxy silane and 6 parts of inert powder dispersing agent, uniformly stirring, heating the reaction kettle to 50 ℃, reacting for 1.5h, pouring, cooling and crushing to obtain the anti-collapse agent taking phenyl trimethoxy silane as a copolymer.
Example 3
And (2) placing 40 parts of ethyl acrylate and 40 parts of epoxy resin in a reaction kettle at room temperature, uniformly stirring, adding 3 parts of phenyl trimethoxy silane and 7 parts of nano dispersing agent, uniformly stirring, heating the reaction kettle to 60 ℃, reacting for 2 hours, pouring, cooling and crushing to obtain the anti-collapse agent taking phenyl trimethoxy silane as a copolymer.
Fluid loss evaluation
The anti-collapse agent used in this example was the product prepared in example 1 and the ability of the product to reduce fluid loss was tested using the API fluid loss test method. The test method comprises the following steps: preparing 1000ml of bentonite base slurry with the mass fraction of 4%, taking 400ml of base slurry, and adding sulfonated asphalt with the mass fraction of 2% under the stirring state; and taking 400ml of base slurry, adding a product with the mass fraction of 2% while stirring, testing the medium pressure filtration loss of the slurry added with the sulfonated asphalt and the product on a six-connection medium pressure filtration loss instrument, and reading the filtration loss value for 30 min. Table 1 shows the measurement results of the fluid loss.

Inhibition of shale expansion properties
The anti-collapse agent used in this example was the product obtained in example 1. The capability of the product for inhibiting the shale expansion is tested by adopting an NP-1 shale expansion instrument, and the test method comprises the following steps: preparing 1000ml of bentonite base slurry with the mass fraction of 4%, taking 400ml of base slurry, and adding sulfonated asphalt with the mass fraction of 2% under the stirring state; and taking 400ml of base slurry, and adding a product with the mass fraction of 2% under the stirring state. Weighing 10g of dry bentonite in two parts, compacting for 5min under 4MPa, respectively measuring 10ml of filtrate of the two slurries, and testing the linear expansion amount for 8 h. The data obtained are compared with the base slurry test data and the test results are shown in table 2.

Improving the lubricating property of the drilling fluid
The anti-collapse agent used was the product obtained in example 1. And respectively testing the adhesion coefficients of the bentonite slurry added with the sulfonated asphalt with the mass fraction of 2% and the bentonite slurry added with the product with the mass fraction of 2% by adopting an adhesion coefficient tester. The data obtained are compared with the base slurry test data and the test results are shown in table 3.

Claims (2)

The lubricating anti-collapse agent for the drilling fluid is characterized by comprising 20-40 parts by weight of a first monomer, 1-3 parts by weight of a second monomer, 20-40 parts by weight of a third monomer and 5-7 parts by weight of a dispersing agent, wherein the first monomer is one of methyl acetate, ethyl acetate or ethyl acrylate or a mixture of methyl acetate, ethyl acetate and ethyl acrylate, the second monomer is phenyltrimethoxysilane, the third monomer is one of acrylic resin, phenolic resin or epoxy resin or a mixture of acrylic resin, phenolic resin or epoxy resin, and the dispersing agent is one of an emulsifier type dispersing agent, an inert powder dispersing agent and a nano dispersing agent or a mixture of the emulsifying agent type dispersing agent, the inert powder dispersing agent and the nano dispersing agent.
2. The preparation method of the lubricating anti-sloughing agent for drilling fluid as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first monomer and the third monomer are uniformly stirred in a reaction kettle, then the second monomer and the dispersing agent are added and uniformly stirred, the reaction kettle is heated to 40 ℃ to 60 ℃ to react for 1 to 2 hours, and then the mixture is poured out, cooled and crushed to obtain the lubricating anti-sloughing agent for drilling fluid.
