Claims (9)

1. A heat exchanger dedicated to food frying products, comprising: the electric heating frying device comprises a frying box (1), an electric heating box (2) and a pair of frying inner boxes (3) with the same structure, and is characterized in that the pair of frying inner boxes (3) and the electric heating box (2) are arranged in the frying box (1), a heating shunt structure is arranged in the frying box (1), a telescopic moving structure is arranged at the bottom end of the frying box (1), and a limiting fixing structure is arranged on the frying inner boxes (3);
the heat exchange structure comprises a pair of coiling pipes (4) with the same structure, a pair of heat exchange drainage pipes (5) with the same structure, a discharge pipe (6), an oil tank, a high-temperature heat exchange kettle, a low-temperature heat exchange kettle, a vacuum pump and a preheating sleeve (7);
the pair of the coiling pipes (4) are respectively coiled and installed on the side walls of the pair of the frying inner boxes (3), the two ends of the pair of the coiling pipes (4) are respectively inserted into the high-temperature heat exchange kettle and the low-temperature heat exchange kettle, the vacuum pump is installed on the low-temperature heat exchange kettle, the oil tank is installed on the high-temperature heat exchange kettle, the pair of the heat exchange drainage pipes (5) are respectively inserted into the pair of the frying inner boxes (3), the preheating sleeve (7) is sleeved on the pair of the coiling pipes (4), the preheating sleeve (7) is sleeved on the heating shunting structure, the discharge pipe (6) is connected onto the preheating sleeve (7), and the discharge pipe (6) is inserted into the frying boxes (1);
the heating and shunting structure comprises: the device comprises a preheating box (12), a preheating drainage tube (13), an electric heating plate (14), a pressure pump (15), a shunt valve (16) and two pairs of drainage tubes (17) with the same structure;
the preheating box (12) is arranged in the frying box (1), the preheating box (12) is located at the bottom end of the frying inner box (3), the electric heating plate (14) is arranged below the bottom end of the frying inner box (3), a plurality of drainage holes with the same structure are formed in the frying box (1) and the preheating box (12), the preheating drainage tube (13) is connected to the preheating box (12), the shunt valve (16) is connected to the preheating drainage tube (13), the two pairs of drainage tubes (17) are connected to the shunt valve (16), the other ends of the two pairs of drainage tubes (17) are respectively connected to the bottom end of the frying inner box (3), and the preheating sleeve (7) is sleeved on the preheating drainage tube (13).

The heat exchanger as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixing structure comprises: a plurality of concave limiting blocks (8) with the same structure, a plurality of limiting plates (9) with the same structure, a plurality of limiting support bars (10) with the same structure and a plurality of preheating pipes (11) with the same structure;
a plurality of concave type stopper (8) install respectively in a pair of on the fried inner box (3) both sides, a plurality of limiting plate (9) activity cartridge respectively in a plurality of in concave type stopper (8), a plurality of limit support strip (10) install respectively in a pair of in the fried inner box (3), and a plurality of limit support strip (10) are located a plurality of respectively on limiting plate (9) bottom, a plurality of preheating tube (11) activity cartridge respectively in a plurality of in concave type stopper (8), and a plurality of preheating tube (11) and a plurality of limit support strip (10) both sides are connected respectively in a pair of on coiling pipe (4).

The heat exchanger as claimed in claim 2, wherein the telescopic moving structure comprises: a pair of moving shafts (20) with the same structure, two pairs of moving wheels (21) with the same structure, two pairs of moving bearing circular blocks (22) with the same structure and a lifting assembly;
two pairs of arc grooves (23) with the same structure are formed in the side wall of the bottom end of the frying box (1), a pair of lifting grooves (24) with the same structure are formed in the two pairs of arc grooves (23), the two pairs of moving bearing circular blocks (22) are movably arranged in the two pairs of arc grooves (23) respectively, the pair of moving shafts (20) are movably inserted in the two pairs of moving bearing circular blocks (22), and the two pairs of moving wheels (21) are respectively provided with the pair of moving shafts (20).
4. The heat exchanger special for the food frying product according to claim 3, wherein the inner side of the frying tank (1) is provided with a heat insulation layer.
5. The heat exchanger special for the food frying product according to claim 4, characterized in that the inside and the outside of the preheating box (12) are provided with dehumidifying structures;
the dehumidification structure includes: the drying bag comprises a first clip-shaped bracket, a second clip-shaped bracket, a drying bag and a plurality of magnet blocks with the same structure;
the drying bag comprises a first rectangular bracket, a second rectangular bracket, a magnet block, a drying bag and a fixing piece, wherein the first rectangular bracket and the second rectangular bracket are provided with a plurality of fixing grooves with the same structure, the magnet block is arranged in the fixing grooves respectively, the first rectangular bracket and the second rectangular bracket are magnetically connected through the magnet block, and the drying bag is movably arranged between the first rectangular bracket and the second rectangular bracket.

The heat exchanger as claimed in claim 6, wherein the lifting assembly comprises: the pair of scissors type brackets (25) with the same structure, the pair of limiting shafts (26) with the same structure, a threaded rod (27), the pair of threaded moving blocks (28) with the same structure, the two pairs of connecting rods (18) with the same structure and a rotating handle (19);
the pair of limiting shafts (26) are mounted at the bottom end of the frying box (1), the pair of scissor type supports (25) are movably mounted on the pair of limiting shafts (26), the threaded rod (27) is movably mounted at the bottom end of the frying box (1) through a bearing, the pair of thread moving blocks (28) are mounted on the threaded rod (27), the two pairs of connecting rods (18) are respectively mounted on two sides of the pair of thread moving blocks (28), the other ends of the two pairs of connecting rods (18) are respectively mounted at the moving ends of the pair of scissor type supports (25), and the rotating handle (19) is mounted on the threaded rod (27).
8. The heat exchanger special for the food frying product as claimed in claim 7, wherein the two pairs of moving bearing circular blocks (22) are respectively provided with a limiting moving groove.
9. The heat exchanger special for the food frying product according to claim 8, characterized in that a humidity sensor is arranged in the preheating tank (12).
