Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of engine accessory manufacturing, in particular to an engine valve tappet body, aiming at solving the problems that the rolling lubrication between a roller and a roller pin is insufficient and the service life is influenced in the prior art, and the technical key points are as follows: the lubricating oil storage tank is arranged at one end of the body, a roller mounting groove is formed in the other end of the body, two convex lugs are arranged on the body in an extending mode and are arranged at one end of the roller mounting groove, a roller pin is arranged between the convex lugs, a roller is sleeved on the roller pin, an inclined oil inlet hole is formed in the roller pin, the inclined oil inlet hole is obliquely arranged, one end of the inclined oil inlet hole is located on the side edge of the roller pin, and the other end of the inclined oil inlet hole is oriented to the position of the roller pin and in a gap between the rollers. Through the oblique oil inlet hole on the roller pin, lubricating oil can enter a gap between the roller pin and the roller through the oblique oil inlet hole, so that the abrasion of the roller is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.

Background
The valve tappet is a main component of the valve transmission group except a cam shaft and is a driven part of the cam, and the tappet has the functions of transmitting the motion and acting force from the cam to a push rod or a valve and simultaneously bearing the lateral force applied by the cam and transmitting the lateral force to a machine body or a cylinder cover.
In the engine valve tappet disclosed in the prior art, the roller is in clearance fit with the roller pin, and the lubricating oil in the lubricating oil mounting groove lubricates the clearance between the roller and the roller pin, so that the lubricating efficiency is low, and the normal operation of the roller is easily influenced.

Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defect of insufficient lubrication between the roller and the roller pin in the prior art, and provide the engine valve tappet body.

Preferably, the number of the inclined oil inlet holes is two, the two inclined oil inlet holes are arranged in a crossed manner, and the ends, back to back, of the two inclined oil inlet holes are respectively located at the two ends of the roller pin in the length direction.
Preferably, a circular boss is arranged in the lubricating oil storage tank, the circular boss is located at the center of the bottom of the lubricating oil storage tank, at least two oil inlets are arranged in the lubricating oil storage tank, and the oil inlets are communicated with the lubricating oil storage tank and the roller mounting groove.
Preferably, the oil inlet hole is located on the side edge of the circular boss and is attached to the side edge of the circular boss.

Referring to fig. 1, the engine valve tappet body comprises a body 1, wherein the body 1 is cylindrical, a lubricating oil storage groove 11 is formed in one end of the body 1, a roller mounting groove 12 is formed in the other end of the body 1, a lug 2 extends from one end of the body 1, the number of the lugs 2 is two, the two lugs 2 are arranged oppositely, a roller pin 3 is arranged between the two lugs 2, a roller 31 is sleeved on the roller pin 3, and the axial directions of the roller 31 and the roller pin 3 are perpendicular to the axial direction of the body 1. In one embodiment, the end surfaces of the inner wall of the roller 31 are rounded to facilitate the introduction of the lubricant.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, a circular boss 13 is disposed in the lubricant storage tank 11, the circular boss 13 is located at a central position of the bottom of the lubricant storage tank 11, at least two oil inlets 111 are disposed in the lubricant storage tank 11, and the oil inlets 111 are communicated with the lubricant storage tank 11 and the roller mounting groove 12, in an embodiment, two oil inlets 111 are disposed, the two oil inlets 111 are located at a side edge of the circular boss 13 and are attached to a side edge of the circular boss 13, and in an embodiment, a connection line of the two oil inlets 111 passes through a center of the circular boss 13.
In one embodiment, an inclined oil inlet hole 32 is provided on the roller pin 3, the inclined oil inlet hole 32 is provided at an inclination, and one end of the inclined oil inlet hole 32 is located at a side of the roller pin 3 and the other end is located in a gap between the roller pin 3 and the roller 31. Through the arrangement of the inclined oil inlet hole 32, the lubrication between the roller 31 and the roller pin 3 can be increased, the friction force between the roller 31 and the roller pin 3 is reduced, meanwhile, the abrasion between the roller 31 and the roller pin 3 is reduced, and the service life of the valve tappet body of the engine is prolonged. In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, two oblique oil inlets 32 are provided, two oblique oil inlets 32 are arranged in an intersecting manner, and opposite ends of the two oblique oil inlets 32 are respectively located at two ends of the roller pin 3 in the length direction. Through the setting of two oblique inlet ports 32, the access passage of lubricating oil has been increased, simultaneously through the oblique inlet port of cross arrangement for form the lubricating oil holding tank in the cross, the lubricating oil that gets into through oblique inlet port 32 can keep in the cross, has kept the supply that can keep there being lubricating oil in oblique inlet port 32 all the time.
In another embodiment, the inclined oil inlet hole 32 is spirally formed, and the spiral inclined oil inlet hole 32 increases the internal oil storage space of the inclined oil inlet hole 32, thereby maintaining the supply of the lubricating oil at all times.
In one embodiment, the lug 2 is disposed at an angle from one end of the body 1 to the middle, a through groove 21 is disposed on the lug 2, and the roller pin 3 is fixed on the lug 2 through the through groove 21.
The application provides an engine valve tappet body, it is through lieing in the oblique inlet port 32 on gyro wheel pin 3 for lubricating oil can enter into the clearance between gyro wheel pin 3 and the gyro wheel 31 through oblique inlet port 32, thereby has reduced the frictional force before gyro wheel 31 and gyro wheel pin 3, makes gyro wheel 31 roll in-process, reduces the wearing and tearing of gyro wheel 31, has increased engine valve tappet body's life.
