Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of cloth rolling machines, and particularly relates to a cloth rolling machine which is simple to operate. The cloth rolling machine comprises a frame, a driving device, a friction roller, two sliding groove structures and a cloth rolling roller. The driving device is arranged on the frame. The friction roller is rotatably arranged on the frame and is in driving connection with the driving device. The two sliding groove structures are respectively arranged on two sides of the frame, and the upper ends of the two sliding groove structures are both opening structures. Two ends of the cloth roller are respectively connected with the two chute structures in a sliding manner and are respectively limited in the two chute structures to move up and down. The cloth roller is pressed on the friction roller by gravity. When the cloth rolling machine works, a paper tube is sleeved on a cloth rolling roller, then two ends of the cloth rolling roller are installed in two sliding groove structures, the cloth rolling roller is pressed on a friction roller by gravity, unfolded cloth is rolled on the paper tube for a circle, a driving device is started, the driving device drives the friction roller to rotate, the cloth pressed on the friction roller rotates around the cloth rolling roller, and cloth is rolled on the paper tube to form a cloth roll. The cloth roller 5 is pressed against the rubbing roller 3 by gravity. Specifically, the cloth roller 5 is a metal roller, and the metal roller has the advantages of high density and heavy weight.
When the cloth rolling machine works, the cloth rolling roller 5 is taken out from the opening structure 41 at the upper ends of the chute structures 4a and 4b, a paper tube is sleeved, then two ends of the cloth rolling roller 5 are installed in the two chute structures 4a and 4b, the cloth rolling roller 5 is pressed on the friction roller 3 under the action of gravity, the unfolded cloth is wound on the paper tube for one circle, the driving device 2 is started, the driving device 2 drives the friction roller 3 to rotate, the cloth pressed on the friction roller 3 rotates around the cloth rolling roller 5, and the cloth is rolled on the paper tube to form a cloth roll; after the cloth rolling is finished, the cloth rolling roller 5 is taken out from the opening structure 41 at the upper end of the chute structures 4a and 4b, the cloth roll can be taken down, when the cloth is rolled again, the paper tube is sleeved on the cloth rolling roller 5, and the operation is repeated. The cloth rolling machine is simple in structure, low in failure rate, simple to operate and high in working efficiency. In addition, the cloth rolling machine can form cloth rolls with various diameters as long as two ends of the cloth rolling roller 5 do not exceed the height of the upper ends of the two chute structures 4a and 4b during cloth rolling.
In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 4, the two chute structures 4a, 4b of the cloth rolling machine are disposed on the frame 1 in an upward inclined manner. The purpose of the above arrangement is: when two ends of the cloth roller 5 are arranged on the two chute structures 4a and 4b, the cloth roller 5 can automatically slide and press on the friction roller 3, and the cloth roller 5 is convenient to install and take out.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 4, the two chute structures 4a and 4b of the cloth rolling machine are symmetrically arranged, and both of them form an angle of 30 to 60 ° with the horizontal direction, specifically, the angle of 30 °, 40 °, 50 ° or 60 °, and more preferably 45 °. The arrangement can ensure that the fabric winding angle is kept in a certain range when the fabric is wound, so that the fabric winding is facilitated.
In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 4, each of the two chute structures 4a, 4b of the cloth rolling machine includes an outer sidewall 42, an upper sidewall 43 and a lower sidewall 44, the upper sidewall 43 is integrally formed on the upper side of the outer sidewall 42, the lower sidewall 44 is integrally formed on the lower side of the outer sidewall 42, the upper sidewall 43 and the lower sidewall 44 enclose a groove 45, and the opening structure 41 is formed at the upper end of the groove 45. The sliding groove structures 4a and 4b have the advantages of simple structure and easiness in processing.
In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the cloth rolling machine further includes a guiding roller 7 and a material placing frame 8. The guide roller 7 is rotatably arranged on the frame 1 and positioned above the cloth roller 5. The discharging frame 8 is arranged on the rack 1 and is positioned below the material guide roller 7. The unwinding frame 8 is used for storing cloth rolls to be unwound. The guide roller 7 is used for turning the cloth, and the cloth bypasses the guide roller 7 to turn after being unreeled from the material unreeling frame 8.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the frame 1 of the cloth rolling machine is further provided with a meter counter 11. The meter counter 11 is located on the guide roller 7 and is used for calculating the length of the cloth passing through the guide roller 7. The meter counter 11 may be a mechanical meter counter or an electronic meter counter, wherein the electronic meter counter may be connected to the control unit 6 for controlling the length of the cloth roll.
In another embodiment of the invention, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the discharge frame 8 of the cloth rolling machine comprises two fixed end plates 81a, 81b, a plurality of discharge rollers 82, a first support bar 83, a second support bar 84 and two adjustable end plates 85a, 85 b. The two fixed end plates 81a and 81b are fixed to two sides of the frame 1, respectively. Two ends of the plurality of discharging rollers 82 are respectively rotatably connected with the two fixed end plates 81a and 81b and enclose a storage tank 86, and specifically, the rotatable connection is a rotating shaft connection. During operation, the cloth roll to be unreeled can be placed in the material storage tank 86, and when the cloth roll is unreeled, the material unreeling roller 82 rotates to facilitate unreeling.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, two ends of the first supporting rod 83 are fixedly connected to one side of the two fixed end plates 81a and 81b, respectively. Two ends of the second support rod 84 are respectively and fixedly connected to the other sides of the two fixed end plates 81a and 81 b. The two adjustable end plates 85a and 85b are movably arranged at two ends of the storage trough respectively, and two ends of the storage trough are screwed with the first support rod 83 and the second support rod 84 respectively. The two adjustable end plates 85a and 85b are used for limiting two ends of a cloth roll to be unreeled and preventing the cloth roll from shifting when unreeling. During adjustment, the bolts fixing the two ends of the adjustable end plates 85a, 85b are loosened, the adjustable end plates 85a, 85b are moved to the proper positions, and then the bolts are tightened to fix the two fixed ends of the adjustable end plates 85a, 85b to the first support bar 83 and the second support bar 84, respectively.
In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the cloth rolling machine further includes a cloth tensioning adjusting mechanism 9. The cloth tensioning adjusting mechanism 9 is arranged on the rack 1 and is positioned between the guide roller 7 and the material placing frame 8. The cloth tensioning adjusting mechanism 9 is used for adjusting the tightness of the cloth during feeding.
In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, the cloth tension adjusting mechanism 9 of the cloth rolling machine includes a ratchet 91, a ratchet baffle 92 and two adjusting rods 93a, 93 b. The ratchet wheel 91 is rotatably connected with the frame 1. The ratchet baffle 92 is rotatably connected with the frame 1 and is used for limiting the rotation of the ratchet 91 in a single direction. The two adjusting rods 93a and 93b are parallel to each other, one ends of the two adjusting rods are fixedly connected with the ratchet wheel 91, and the other ends of the two adjusting rods are fixedly connected with each other and rotatably connected with the rack 1.
The working principle of the cloth tensioning and adjusting mechanism 9 is as follows: when the cloth is rolled, the cloth passes through the two adjusting rods 93a and 93b, when the cloth needs to be tightened, the ratchet wheel 91 is rotated, the ratchet wheel baffle 92 automatically pops open at the moment, the rotation of the ratchet wheel 91 is not influenced, and after the cloth is adjusted, the ratchet wheel 91 is clamped by the ratchet wheel baffle 92 and cannot rotate in the opposite direction. The two adjusting rods 93a and 93b deform the linear cloth into a folded line shape, thereby tightening the cloth, and otherwise, loosening the cloth.
In another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the cloth rolling machine further includes a mounting rod 12 and two end position-limiting strips 121a, 121 b. The mounting rod 12 is fixedly arranged on the frame 1. One end of each of the two end limiting strips 121a and 121b is tightly fitted on the mounting rod 12, and the other end extends downwards to two ends of the cloth roller 5. The end limiting strips 121a and 121b are used for blocking two ends of the cloth, so that the rolled cloth is tidy.
