Then, in some embodiments, when there is only one av channel in the corresponding self-selection group, the av playback command is directly triggered to play the videos in the memories 14a and 14b in the av playback frame 38, and the sound of the video (i.e., the audio track in the video) or the audio in the memories 14a and 14b is played back by the speakers 26a and 26 b; when the audio without video is downloaded (e.g. by broadcasting a channel), the video frame 38 can be used to display the text information of the currently played audio (e.g. the program name, brief content, and Podcasting information of the video channel). For example: the video of a video channel is originally played in a silent manner by a certain video playing frame 38, and a user operates a remote controller to generate an amplification instruction (for example, pressing a double-click OK button or pressing one of four short-cut keys, not shown in the figure), at this time, the amplified video playing frame 38 is amplified in a fixed ratio (for example, 2 times), and simultaneously plays the video or audio in a normal volume. In some embodiments, the so-called fixed ratio is "2 by 2" times the original size (i.e., the length after magnification is 2 times the original size and the width after magnification is also 2 times the original size); in some embodiments, the so-called fixed ratio is "3 by 3" times the original size (i.e., the magnified length is 3 times the original size and the magnified width is also 3 times the original size). After the audio/video playing frame 38 is enlarged, the optional share quotation module 34 automatically adjusts the display position of the quotation information (i.e., quotation frame) in the optional quotation view 40 to match the enlarged audio/video playing frame 38, so that the quotation information can be prevented from being displayed by the audio/video playing frame 38 in a shielding manner. Similarly, when the av operation module 36 receives the restore command to restore the av playback frame 38 to the original size and display it on the screens 24a and 24b, the stock quotation module 34 automatically restores the display position of the quotation information (quotation frame 42) in the stock quotation view 40 to match the av playback frame 38 restored to the original size.
Referring to fig. 4, an overview view 44 of an embodiment of the present invention is shown on screen 24a or screen 24b. The overview view 44 of an embodiment of the present invention can be used to view quote information for the same type of financial product (e.g., cement industry, food industry, chemical industry …, etc., not shown in the drawings), or to view video and audio (e.g., legend) for the same type of audio/video channel. The illustration of fig. 4 is an overview view 44 of "patron channels" listing all of the patron channels available for viewing and subscription by the user, and this illustration merely marks the audiovisual playback box 38 in plain text with different patron channel names. In some embodiments, the overview view 44 of the AV channel is to automatically play all videos directly in a mute manner for the user to preview part of the content of the AV channel in the AV play box 38. The user can select the desired audio/video channel by manipulating the arrow keys (i.e., up, down, left, and right keys, not depicted) of the remote control (or by manipulating the remote control with a touch pad or touch screen), and the selected audio/video frame 38 is displayed with a highlight (Highlighted) effect, or a "cursor box" is displayed on the outer layer of the "watch aaa" audio/video frame 38 as shown in the upper left corner of the figure. After selecting an audio/video channel, the user can select a corresponding fast key by using a remote controller, for example: double-click OK button is connected to amplify (generate amplification instruction) the AV channel. The invention is convenient for users to quickly check interesting video and audio channels in the future, and the users can directly use the remote controller to generate a new optional instruction to add the video and audio channels into an optional group, for example: one of the four-color shortcut keys of the remote controller is pressed (a new optional command is generated), and then an optional group to be added is selected according to a prompt (not shown in the figure) on a screen.
Referring to fig. 5, a first schematic diagram of the optional offer view 40 and the audio/video playing frame 38 according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown on the screen 24a or the screen 24b. The optional offer view 40 of the present embodiment is illustrated as providing an offer box 42 of a corresponding quantity (i.e., the number of offer boxes 42 equals the quantity of financial commodities in the optional group of the optional stock list) to display offer information for the optional financial commodities. Each quotation box 42 correspondingly displays a financial commodity, and the illustration is a financial commodity in taipei stock market in china as an example, for example: the invention relates to a method for processing a Chinese file, which comprises the steps of weighting index (weighting index of Chinese Taipei stock market), platform index near (index futures of Chinese Taipei stock market), platform mud, medium steel and honghai …, and the like. And, the legend also has a corresponding number of audiovisual playback boxes 38 to display the audiovisual channels that the user has selected. The illustration assumes that the user has added two AV channels "finance 123" and "patronage aaa" to "discretionary group one" through the operation of the add-on-pick command of FIG. 4, and the original size AV playback box 38 of the present embodiment is the same size as the quotation box 42. The video playback frame 38 of this embodiment enables the user to watch or listen to the video channel played by the video playback frame 38 while watching the offer information of the financial product in the optional offer view 40. When the video/audio playing frame 38 plays audio without video images (e.g. news audio of a financial channel, stock market opening audio), the video/audio playing frame 38 only needs to display simple audio-related text information (not depicted), and thus the video/audio playing frame 38 only needs to be displayed in the original size in the view. The cursor box in the legend stays in the bid box 42 for the "weighted finger".
Referring to fig. 6, a second schematic diagram of a selective offer view 40 and an audio/video playing frame 38 according to an embodiment of the invention. When the user is viewing the optional quote view 40, if the video played by the video playback box 38 is exactly the content that the user is interested in, the user can operate the cursor frame to move to the video playback box 38 by the arrow key of the remote controller (the remote controller of the network television set-top box or the remote controller of the smart television, not depicted), and then enlarge the video playback box 38 by the shortcut key (for example, one of the four shortcut keys, pressing the enlargement instruction) to watch the video content. In the optional group one of the legend, because two video and audio channels are set, in some embodiments, videos of the two video and audio channels are played simultaneously in a mute mode; in some embodiments, the video is played only when the cursor frame is moved to one of the av playing frames 38 (the onfocus attribute is obtained); in some embodiments, the audio/video channel that was originally played in a mute mode is played at a normal volume (i.e., mute-canceled) when the cursor frame is moved to the audio/video playing frame 38.
Referring to fig. 7, a third schematic diagram of the offer view 40 and the audio/video playing frame 38 according to an embodiment of the present invention illustrates that after the offer frame 42 or the audio/video playing frame 38 obtains the onfocus attribute, the user can edit the arrangement position of the offer frame 42 or the audio/video playing frame 38 by pressing a shortcut key (e.g., one of the four-color shortcut keys, not shown in the figure) of the remote controller; then, move the quotation box 42 or the video/audio playing box 38 by the arrow key; finally, the arrangement position of the latest quotation box 42 or the video playing box 38 can be stored in the optional stock list by pressing the OK button of the remote controller.
Referring to fig. 8, a fourth schematic view of the optional offer view 40 and the av playing frame 38 according to an embodiment of the present invention illustrates that the user displays a certain av playing frame 38 in the optional offer view 40 in an enlarged manner (for example, the user uses a remote controller to operate a "double click OK button" to generate an enlargement instruction). The video operation module 36 receives the zoom instruction, zooms the video playing frame 38 at a fixed ratio, and notifies the optional share quotation module 34, so that the optional share quotation module 34 readjusts the arrangement of the quotation frame 42 to prevent the quotation information from being shielded by the zoomed video playing frame 38. The illustration is to move the three price boxes 42 originally located next to the original size av playback box 38 in fig. 7 to the next row for display. The legend is magnified at a fixed scale of "2 by 2" (i.e., approximately 4 original sized video playback boxes 38). If the user wants to restore the video playback frame 38 to the original size, the user can operate the remote controller (for example, "double click OK button" to generate the restoration instruction, or press one of the four-color shortcut keys), and the method can revert to the method shown in FIG. 5. In other embodiments, the operation of the embodiment is the same as that of the embodiment, which is enlarged by a fixed ratio of "3 times 3" (not shown), and thus, the description is omitted.
Referring to fig. 9, a fifth schematic diagram of the optional quote view 40 and the video/audio playing box 38 according to an embodiment of the present invention illustrates that in this embodiment, when the video/audio playing box 38 is enlarged, the window may be set to a "movable" attribute, and the user may use the arrow keys on the remote controller to arbitrarily move the enlarged video/audio playing box 38. In this embodiment, when the enlarged video playback frame 38 is moved to a new position, the other quotation frames 42 and the video playback frame 38 are rearranged to prevent the quotation information from being hidden by the enlarged video playback frame 38.
In some embodiments, the enlarged video playback box 38 also has an "Always-On-Top" attribute. In such embodiments, the other of the quotation boxes 42 and the AV play box 38 are hidden from view, and thus, need not be rearranged.
Referring to fig. 10, an operation flow chart of the embodiment of the present invention is an operation flow chart in which a user executes an application 16 by using a network television set-top box, a television stick or a smart television, and adds an audio/video channel to a self-selection group, and finally switches to a self-selection offer view 40 to view self-selection stock offer information and an operation flow of a self-selection audio/video channel, please refer to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 5 at the same time, where the operation flow includes:
step S101: the present application 16 is executed on the device 10. The user executes the application 16 (stock quote software or stock exchange software) of the present invention on the device 10 (web tv set-top box or tv stick) that adds the av channel to the tv application ad hoc group or the device 28 (smart tv) that adds the av channel to the tv application ad hoc group.
Step S102: a connection is established with the server. After the network modules 20a and 20b establish an Internet (Internet) network connection, the data transmission module 30 establishes a connection with a server (i.e., a quotation server) to transmit or receive data. In some embodiments, before this step, the user needs to log in the authentication job with an account number and a password.
Step S103: and adding the video-audio channel to the self-selection group of the self-selection stock list according to the newly added self-selection instruction. Assuming that a user wants to add an audio/video channel which is frequently watched to a self-selection group of a self-selection share list, in some embodiments, the user can search in a mode of 'searching for the audio/video channel', and then press one of four-color shortcut keys (generating a new self-selection instruction) to add the audio/video channel to the selected self-selection group after selecting a search result by a remote controller; in some embodiments, the user can browse the overview view 44 (as shown in fig. 4), browse all the video channels, and add the video channels to the selected self-selection group by using the arrow keys (moving the cursor frame) and the shortcut keys (generating the new self-selection command) of the remote controller. After receiving the new optional instruction, the optional share editing module 32 adds the optional audio/video channel to the optional group of the optional share list. In some embodiments, the video channel is added to the self-selected share list to store the URL corresponding to the video channel; in some embodiments, all the video channels stored in the optional share list are represented by non-repetitive identification IDs, and the server maintains a list to correspond the identification IDs to URLs of the video channels. After the optional stock editing module 32 executes the new optional instruction, the list of the optional stocks is stored in the memories 14a and 14b of the devices 10 and 28.
Step S104: and uploading the self-selected stock list to a server. After the self-selected stock list is updated (for example, a self-selected financial commodity or a video channel is added), the self-selected stock list is uploaded to the server through the data transmission module 30.
Step S105: and downloading the quotation information of the corresponding financial commodity according to the self-selected stock list. Assuming that the user switches to the optional quote view 40 by operating the remote controller, the optional share quote module 34 downloads the quote information of the corresponding financial goods through the data transfer module 30 according to the list of the optional shares, and stores the quote information into the memories 14a and 14b.
Step S106: a resulting discretionary offer view 40 is displayed on screens 24a, 24b. After downloading the quote information of the corresponding financial commodity, the optional share quote module 34 generates an optional quote view 40, where the optional quote view 40 includes an audio/video playing box 38 corresponding to the number of audio/video channels in the optional group and a quote box 42 corresponding to the number of the financial commodity in the optional group. Each of the selected channels corresponds to an audio/video playing box 38, each of the selected financial products corresponds to a quotation box 42, and the quotation boxes have the same size as the original size of the audio/video playing box 38, as shown in fig. 5.
The operation method of the present invention can be interchanged between step S105 and step S106, and in some embodiments, when the user selects to switch to the optional offer view 40 by operating the remote controller, step S105 is executed first and then step S106 is executed, that is, the offer information is downloaded first and then the optional offer view 40 is generated; in some embodiments, when the user selects to switch to the optional offer view 40 by operating the remote controller, step S106 is executed first and then step S105 is executed, that is, the optional offer view 40 is generated first (at this time, no offer information exists in the view, only a blank table is displayed, and is not depicted), then the offer information is downloaded, and the display of the optional offer view 40 is updated after the download.
Step S107: the AV channel is downloaded from the server and played in the AV playback frame 38. In some embodiments, after the user switches to the optional offer view 40 (i.e., the optional offer view 40 is displayed on the screens 24a and 24 b), the video and audio download instruction is automatically triggered, and after receiving the video and audio download instruction, the video and audio operation module 36 automatically downloads the video and audio of all the optional video and audio channels through the data transmission module 30 and stores the video and audio in the memories 14a and 14b. Next, in the optional group one in the illustration of fig. 5, two video channels are set, and in some embodiments, the video operation module 36 plays videos of the two video channels simultaneously in a mute manner; in some embodiments, the user needs to move the cursor frame to one of the av playback frames 38 (to obtain the focus attribute) to play the video, as shown in fig. 6; in some embodiments, the audio/video channel that was originally played in a mute mode is played at a normal volume (i.e., mute-canceled) when the cursor frame is moved to the audio/video playing frame 38.
The above operation flow is exemplified by financial products in taipei stock market in china, and the present invention is not limited to be applied to a specific financial market, and can be applied to any other financial market.
It is understood that the various embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by program instructions executed by a computer to perform the various blocks of the flowchart, combinations of blocks in the flowchart, and steps in the various embodiments. The program instructions may be provided to a processor to produce a machine, or to produce a resource in which hardware and software operate in conjunction, such that the instructions, which execute on the processor, create means for implementing the actions or techniques specified in the flowchart block or blocks. Different sets of program instructions may cause at least some of the operational steps shown in the flowchart blocks to be performed in parallel, and the technical content represented by the various program instructions of an application may vary from embodiment to embodiment. Furthermore, some of these steps may be performed on more than one processor, such as where the microprocessor and the peripheral interface processor of the present invention operate in conjunction. Furthermore, one or more blocks or combinations of blocks in the flowchart may be performed simultaneously with other blocks or combinations of blocks, or even in a different order than shown, without departing from the scope or spirit of the invention, e.g., step S105 and step S106 may be performed simultaneously in some embodiments, step S105 may be performed before step S106 in some embodiments, and step S106 may be performed before step S105 in some embodiments.
Accordingly, blocks of the flowchart illustrations support combinations of means for performing the specified actions or technical effects, combinations of steps for performing the specified actions or technical effects, and program instruction means for performing the specified actions or technical effects. It will also be understood that the specific acts or technical effects are performed by special purpose hardware-based systems or combinations of special purpose hardware and program instructions which operate in conjunction with the flow chart diagrams and flow chart diagrams.
In summary, the present invention provides a technology for adding an audio/video channel to a tv application program self-selection group, which solves the problem that the prior art cannot allow a user to add a self-selection audio/video channel to a self-selection offer view, and can not only pay attention to offer information, but also watch or listen to the audio/video channel, and can further centrally manage the self-selection audio/video channel, thereby making up for the deficiencies of the prior art.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made therein by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (17)

1. An apparatus for adding video channels to a television application program-free group, comprising:
the network module is used for establishing Internet network connection;
the data transmission module is used for establishing connection with a server to transmit or receive data;
the self-selection stock editing module is used for adding one or more audio-video channels of a plurality of financial commodities to one of at least one self-selection group of a self-selection stock list according to a newly added self-selection instruction, deleting the financial commodities or the audio-video channels in the self-selection group of the self-selection stock list according to a self-selection deletion instruction, and modifying the financial commodities or the audio-video channels in the self-selection group of the self-selection stock list according to a self-selection modification instruction;
the system comprises a self-selected stock quotation module, a self-selected stock quotation view and a display module, wherein the self-selected stock quotation module downloads corresponding quotation information from a server according to financial commodities contained in a self-selected group of a self-selected stock list, generates and displays the self-selected quotation view on a screen, the self-selected quotation view comprises at least one quotation frame corresponding to the quantity of the at least one financial commodity of the self-selected group and at least one video and audio playing frame corresponding to the quantity of the at least one video and audio channel, one quotation frame corresponds to one financial commodity to present the quotation information of the financial commodity, and one video and audio playing frame corresponds to one video and audio channel to present the video and audio channel;
the video and audio operation module receives a video and audio playing instruction to play a video or an audio of the video and audio channel;
the memory is used for installing an operating system and storing an application program, the quotation information, the optional stock list, the video or the audio of the audio-video channel, wherein the application program comprises the data transmission module, the optional stock editing module, the optional stock quotation module and the audio-video operating module;
the screen is used for displaying a graphical user interface of the application program; and (c) a second step of,
one or more processors coupled to the memory and the screen and executing the application.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the optional share editing module further comprises:
receiving an editing position instruction to edit the financial commodity or the video and audio channel in the optional group of the optional stock list at the arrangement position of the optional quotation view.
3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the video operating module further comprises:
when the video and audio playing frame obtains the focus attribute, the video and audio playing command is automatically executed to play the video or the audio of the corresponding video and audio channel.
4. The apparatus for adding video channels to the tv application program self-selection group as claimed in claim 1, wherein the video operation module further comprises:
when the optional group corresponding to the optional quotation view is switched, the video playing instruction is automatically executed to play the video or the audio of the video channel.
5. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the video operating module further comprises:
receiving an audio and video playing stopping instruction to stop playing the video or the audio, or receiving an amplifying instruction to amplify and display the audio and video playing frame on the screen.
6. The device for adding av channels to the tv application self-selection group of claim 5, wherein when the av manipulation module receives the zoom-in command of the av playback frame, the av playback command is automatically executed to play the video or audio of the av channel corresponding to the zoomed-in av playback frame.
7. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein one of the four-color shortcut keys of a remote control associated with the apparatus is configured to correspond to one of the following commands: a new add-on selection command, an enlargement command, a restoration command or an edit position command.
8. A method for adding video and audio channels into a television application program self-selection group is applied to a network television set top box or an intelligent television, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
establishing connection with a server;
adding at least one of the one or more video channels of the financial commodities to one of the at least one optional group of an optional stock list according to a newly added optional instruction;
uploading the self-selected stock list to the server;
downloading corresponding quotation information from the server according to the financial commodity contained in the self-selected group of the self-selected stock list; and the number of the first and second groups,
and generating a self-selection offer view and displaying the self-selection offer view on a screen, wherein the self-selection offer view comprises an offer frame corresponding to the number of the financial commodities of the self-selection group and an audio-video playing frame corresponding to the number of the audio-video channel, one offer frame corresponds to one financial commodity to present the offer information of the financial commodity, and one audio-video playing frame corresponds to one audio-video channel to present the audio-video channel.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
receiving an editing position instruction to edit the financial commodity or the video and audio channel in the optional group of the optional stock list at the arrangement position of the optional quotation view.
10. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
according to an audio-video playing instruction, a video or an audio of the audio-video channel is played.
11. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
when the video and audio playing frame obtains the focus attribute, the video and audio playing command is automatically executed to play the video or the audio of the corresponding video and audio channel.
12. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
when the self-selection group corresponding to the self-selection quotation view is switched, the video and audio playing instruction is automatically executed to play the video or the audio of the video and audio channel.
13. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
receiving an audio and video playing stopping instruction to stop playing the video or the audio; or the like, or a combination thereof,
receiving a video and audio pause playing instruction to pause playing the video or the audio; or the like, or, alternatively,
receiving an amplifying instruction to amplify and display the video and audio playing frame on the screen, and automatically adjusting a display position of the quotation frames to match the zooming of the video and audio playing frame.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein when the zoom-in command of the video playback box is received, the video playback command is automatically executed to play the video or audio of the video channel corresponding to the zoomed-in video playback box.
15. The method as claimed in claim 8, wherein one of the four-color shortcut keys of a remote control corresponding to the apparatus is configured to correspond to one of the following commands: a new add-on selection command, an enlargement command, a restoration command or an edit position command.
16. A computing device having a screen, comprising: a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the processor executes the computer program to implement the steps of the method for adding an av channel to the tv application program self-selection group according to any one of claims 8 to 15.
17. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method for adding an av channel to an ad-hoc group of tv applications of any one of claims 8 to 15.
