In the food field, the biological cellulose gel product is generally called high-fiber coconut or coconut, which is a natural cellulose product prepared by taking coconut water as a main raw material of a culture medium, fermenting the biological cellulose gel product by acetobacter xylinum or acetobacter gluconicum, cleaning, cutting and the like, has a unique gel structure, is crisp and smooth in taste, good in chewiness and extremely low in calorie, and is widely applied to the production of various foods such as cans, jellies, yoghourt and the like at present. The high-fiber coconut is rich in dietary fiber, can promote intestinal peristalsis, inhibit harmful substances from being absorbed by human bodies, can effectively regulate blood sugar and reduce the rise of cholesterol in blood, and has ideal health care effect.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects, the invention provides a lipstick product with moisturizing and color fixing effects, which adopts natural pigments and is nontoxic and harmless to skin; can also avoid the defect that natural pigment is easy to oxidize, has the functions of moisturizing and fixing color, and is not easy to fade when in use.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a lipstick product with moisturizing and color fixing effects is provided, wherein the lipstick product contains biological cellulose gel particles. The biological cellulose has a three-dimensional net-shaped three-dimensional structure, strong water locking performance and high biocompatibility, reaches medical and edible levels, can endow a lipstick product with a moisturizing effect, can replace a synthetic wax product commonly used in lipsticks, and moistens and maintains the lip skin. Meanwhile, the biological cellulose gel particles preferably contain natural pigments, so that the lipstick product is endowed with various rich colors. The natural pigment is selected, so that the toxicity of the synthetic pigment is avoided, and the natural pigment does not cause any damage to human bodies even if the natural pigment is smeared on lips and is taken. The natural pigment is water-soluble pigment or oil-soluble pigment. Such pigments include, but are not limited to: chlorophyll, anthocyanins, beta-anthocyanins, carotenoids, flavonoid pigments; wherein carotenoids include, but are not limited to: lutein, carotene, lycopene; wherein flavonoid pigments include, but are not limited to: flavones and anthocyanins. Wherein the anthocyanins are selected from cyanidin, pelargonidin, delphinidin, malvidin, and peoniflorin.
According to the technology, natural pigments are preferably wrapped in the biological cellulose gel particles, and the pigments are protected by utilizing the three-dimensional net-shaped three-dimensional structure of the biological cellulose gel, so that the easily oxidized natural pigments can be protected from being easily oxidized; meanwhile, the color display sense is three-dimensional and rich, the water is moist and transparent, the color-keeping liquid also has the function of moisturizing when being coated on lips, and the color is not easy to fade or fade during the use.
When the pigment is a water-soluble pigment, the pigment is directly added into a biological cellulose fermentation culture medium before fermentation, and a biological cellulose producing strain is inoculated for fermentation production to obtain a biological cellulose gel film containing the pigment which is uniformly distributed; and then the biological cellulose gel particles containing the pigment are obtained after dehydration, sterilization, grinding and other treatments.
When the pigment is a water-soluble pigment, preparing the pigment into an aqueous solution, dehydrating the biological cellulose gel film obtained by fermentation until the water content is lower than 30 wt%, soaking the biological cellulose gel film in the pigment aqueous solution for rehydration, and obtaining the biological cellulose gel film containing the pigment which is uniformly distributed after the rehydration; and then the biological cellulose gel particles containing the pigment are obtained after dehydration, sterilization, grinding and other treatments.
When the pigment is an oil-soluble pigment, preparing the pigment into an oil-in-water emulsion, dehydrating the biological cellulose gel film obtained by fermentation until the water content is lower than 20 wt%, soaking the biological cellulose gel film in the pigment emulsion for rehydration, and obtaining the biological cellulose gel film containing the pigment which is uniformly distributed after the rehydration; and then the biological cellulose gel particles containing the pigment are obtained after dehydration, sterilization, grinding and other treatments.
The lipstick product also contains humectant, antioxidant, essential oil, emulsifier and/or aromatic.
The particle size of the biological cellulose gel particles is between 0.1 and 2mm, and the content is 8 to 15 weight percent.
The biological cellulose gel particles are obtained by obtaining a hydrogel film through static tray fermentation production or dynamic fermentation production, and then carrying out dehydration, sterilization, grinding and other treatments. The fermentation is to adopt biological cellulose producing bacteria, and carry out microbial fermentation in a fermentation medium at the fermentation temperature of 34-36 ℃ to obtain the biological cellulose gel. Wherein the biological cellulose producing bacteria comprise acetobacter xylinum or acetobacter gluconicum, the fermentation medium contains proper amounts of carbon source, nitrogen source and trace elements, and the carbon source comprises one or more of glucose, sucrose, maltose and lactose; the nitrogen source comprises beef extract or peptone, and glacial acetic acid or citric acid is used for adjusting the pH value of the culture medium to 3.5-5.0. The fermentation medium is preferably supplied with coconut water as a carbon source, preferably containing 80-90% by volume of coconut water.
The dehydration method can be mechanical compression dehydration or vacuum freeze drying dehydration. The end point of drying can be selected according to the actual need, preferably to a moisture content of less than 25%, more preferably less than 15%.
According to the invention, the non-toxic harmless edible natural pigment is added into the biological cellulose gel particles and is wrapped in the three-dimensional net structure of the biological cellulose gel, so that the defect that the natural pigment is easy to oxidize can be avoided, and the color of the natural pigment can be fixed, so that the natural pigment is not easy to fade and fade when in use. Meanwhile, the biological cellulose gel has high water content and good hydrogel property and has natural moisturizing effect. The biological cellulose can also be used as a moisturizing agent, an excipient, a substrate, a thickening agent and the like of the lipstick, the shape, the taste and the color of the lipstick can be better fixed, a lipstick product prepared by the technology has no irritant taste, is good in taste, is easy to dye on lips and is not easy to fade, no allergy or discomfort exists on human bodies after the lipstick product is used, the skin of the lips can be improved, the smell is improved, and healthy, soft, moist and full lips are provided for people. It is also suitable for children and pregnant women.
Detailed Description
To further illustrate the present invention, reference is made to the following examples:
the biological cellulose gel of the present invention can be prepared by the prior art, such as static tray fermentation or dynamic fermentation tank fermentation, and one preparation method of the biological cellulose gel involved in the examples is: preparing a biological cellulose fermentation culture medium, wherein the culture medium contains a proper amount of carbon sources such as glucose and sucrose, a proper amount of nitrogen sources and trace elements are added, the pH value is adjusted to 3.5-5.0, 10% (volume ratio) of fermentation bacteria are inoculated into the culture medium after sterilization, and the fermentation bacteria can be acetobacter xylinum or acetobacter xylinum; fermenting at 34 deg.C in tray for 7 days to obtain a biocellulose hydrogel film with a thickness of at least 2cm on the surface of the tray. Washing with ethanol or water, and mechanically compressing to dehydrate to water content of about 40%.
The lipstick product in the invention comprises lipstick, lip stick, lip gloss, lip glaze and the like, and contains pigment, humectant, antioxidant, essential oil, emulsifier and/or aromatic and the like. The formulation of these products is known to those skilled in the art and can be made using any existing lipstick formulation, by simply replacing appropriate amounts of the pigments, humectants, bases or thickeners therein with the natural pigment-containing biocellulose gel particles of the present invention.
Humectants that may be encountered are for example: amino acids, chondroitin sulfate, diglycerin, erythritol, fructose, glucose, glycerol polymers, ethylene glycol, 1, 2, 6-hexanetriol, honey, hyaluronic acid, hydrogenated honey, hydrogenated starch hydrolysate, inositol, lactitol, maltitol, maltose, mannitol, PEG-15 butanediol, polyglycerol sorbitol, salts of pyrrolidone carboxylic acid, potassium PCA, propylene glycol, sodium glucuronate, sodium PCA, sorbitol, sucrose, trehalose, urea, xylitol, and the like.
Substrates such as: carnauba wax, beeswax, synthetic wax, and the like.
Thickeners such as: natural substances such as xanthan gum, gellan gum, guar gum, gum arabic, sodium alginate, and carrageenan, semisynthetic substances such as methylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and carboxymethylcellulose, and synthetic substances such as carboxyvinyl polymer and sodium polyacrylate.
The lipstick of the invention can be added with proper amount of components such as essential oil, aromatic agent and the like according to requirements.
Essential oils include, but are not limited to: tea tree essential oil, evening primrose essential oil, sage essential oil, rosemary essential oil, rose essential oil, frankincense essential oil, jasmine essential oil, juniper berry essential oil, lavender essential oil, lemon essential oil, chamomile essential oil, orange essential oil, myrrh essential oil, bitter orange flower essential oil, orange essential oil, sandalwood essential oil, mint essential oil and the like.
The aromatic can be selected from various synthetic or natural essences, and is used in a proper amount according to the requirements of specific products, but is not used as much as possible.
Example 1: preparation of biological cellulose gel particles containing lycopene
Lycopene is oil soluble pigment, lycopene is prepared into oil-in-water emulsion, the prepared biological cellulose gel film is dehydrated by a vacuum freeze drying method until the water content is lower than 20 weight percent, and is soaked in the lycopene emulsion for rehydration treatment, and the biological cellulose gel film containing uniformly distributed lycopene is obtained after the rehydration treatment; then the biological cellulose gel particles with the particle diameter of about 2mm and showing red color are obtained after the treatments of vacuum freeze drying dehydration, grinding and the like. The color shade can be adjusted according to the requirement of the final product to prepare the red biological cellulose gel particles with different degrees by adjusting the concentration of the lycopene emulsion.
Example 2: preparation of biological cellulose gel particles containing pelargonium pigment
Preparing water solution of pelargonium pigment, dewatering the prepared biological cellulose gel film by vacuum freeze drying method until the water content is lower than 30 wt%, soaking in the pigment water solution for rehydration treatment, and obtaining the biological cellulose gel film containing pelargonium pigment uniformly distributed; then the biological cellulose gel particles with the particle size of about 0.5mm and red color are obtained after the treatments of vacuum freeze drying dehydration, superfine grinding and the like. The concentration of the color is adjusted according to the requirements of the final product, and the red biological cellulose gel particles with different degrees are prepared by adjusting the concentration of the pelargonium pigment aqueous solution.
Example 3: preparation of lipstick

Putting the components with the numbers 1-9 into an emulsifying pot, heating and stirring, heating to about 85 ℃, and stirring until the materials are completely dissolved; then adding the components with the numbers of 10-17, controlling the temperature to be about 75 ℃, and stirring until the components are completely dissolved to obtain a mixed material; and (3) when the temperature of the mixed material is reduced to about 65 ℃, injecting the mixed material into a mold, cooling to 8 ℃, and demolding to obtain the lipstick.
Example 4: preparation of lipstick
The formula and the dosage are as follows:

Putting the components with the numbers 1-6 into an emulsifying pot, heating and stirring, heating to about 85 ℃, and stirring until the materials are completely dissolved; then adding the components with the numbers of 7-16, controlling the temperature to be about 75 ℃, and stirring until the components are completely dissolved to obtain a mixed material; and (3) when the temperature of the mixed material is reduced to about 65 ℃, injecting the mixed material into a mold, cooling to 8 ℃, and demolding to obtain the lipstick.
Trial tests were performed on the lipstick products prepared in examples 3 and 4. Volunteer testers were drawn at random: 30 women, age group 20-45 years, randomized into 3 groups of 10 persons each, given to the first group: trial use of the lipstick product of example 3; second group: trial use of the lipstick product of example 4; third group: some well-known brand lipstick products are sold on the market for trial.
And (3) trial time: the product is used once a month in the morning and is uniformly applied to lips.
And (4) trial results: the volunteers of the first group and the second group feed back that the products are not easy to fade, the color holding time is more than 8 hours, and the lips have no drying cracks after the use; the color duration was longer than that of volunteers using the third group of products.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and do not limit the scope of the present invention, and various modifications and improvements made to the technical solution of the present invention by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention shall fall within the protection scope defined by the claims of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A lipstick product with moisturizing and color fixing effects is characterized in that the lipstick product contains biological cellulose gel particles.
2. A lipstick product as claimed in claim 1 wherein said bio-cellulose gel particles contain natural pigments.
3. A lipstick product as claimed in claim 2 wherein said natural pigment is a water soluble pigment or an oil soluble pigment.
4. The lipstick product as claimed in claim 3, wherein when the pigment is water-soluble pigment, the pigment is added into a biological cellulose fermentation medium directly before fermentation, and a biological cellulose producing strain is inoculated for fermentation production to obtain a biological cellulose gel film containing uniformly distributed pigment; and then the biological cellulose gel particles containing the pigment are obtained after dehydration, sterilization, grinding and other treatments.
5. The lipstick product as claimed in claim 3, wherein when the pigment is water-soluble pigment, the pigment is prepared into an aqueous solution, the bio-cellulose gel film obtained by fermentation is dehydrated to a water content of less than 30% by weight, and is soaked in the aqueous pigment solution for rehydration to obtain a bio-cellulose gel film containing uniformly distributed pigment; and then the biological cellulose gel particles containing the pigment are obtained after dehydration, sterilization, grinding and other treatments.
6. The lipstick product as claimed in claim 3, wherein when the pigment is oil soluble pigment, the pigment is prepared into oil-in-water emulsion, the bio-cellulose gel film obtained by fermentation is dehydrated to water content lower than 20 wt%, and is soaked in the pigment emulsion for rehydration to obtain a bio-cellulose gel film containing uniformly distributed pigment; and then the biological cellulose gel particles containing the pigment are obtained after dehydration, sterilization, grinding and other treatments.
7. A lipstick product as claimed in claim 1 further comprising a humectant, antioxidant, essential oil, emulsifier and/or fragrance.
8. A lipstick product as claimed in claim 2 or claim 3 wherein said coloring means comprises: chlorophyll, anthocyanins, beta-anthocyanins, carotenoids, flavonoid pigments; wherein carotenoids include, but are not limited to: lutein, carotene, lycopene; flavonoid pigments include, but are not limited to: flavones and anthocyanins.
9. A lipstick product as claimed in claim 1 characterised in that said biocellulose gel particles have a size comprised between 0.1 and 2mm and are present in an amount comprised between 8 and 15% by weight.
10. A lipstick product as claimed in claim 1 wherein said biocellulose gel particles are produced by static tray fermentation or dynamic fermentation to produce hydrogel films which are then dehydrated, sterilized, milled, etc.
