The deep ultraviolet irradiates the inside of the tank body 4, and can be reflected for a plurality of times in the tank body through the coating film 5, so that the sterilization effect is improved.
During sterilization, the distance sensor 14 on the cover body 1 detects the distance from the deep ultraviolet LED13 to an article to be sterilized, the signal is transmitted to the control panel of the controller 3 through the driving wire 2, and the control program adjusts the output current according to the signal, so that the light intensity of the deep ultraviolet LED is controlled, and the electric energy is saved while the sterilization effect is met.
The deep ultraviolet rays are invisible to naked eyes, and the human body can be burnt after being exposed to the deep ultraviolet rays for a long time. In order to use the device more safely, a human body sensor 15 is attached to the cover 1. The human body sensor 15 can detect whether a human body exists in the deep ultraviolet irradiation range. This detection signal is transmitted to a control board of the controller 3 through the drive line 2. If human body is detected to exist, the output current is cut off immediately, and meanwhile, the control panel gives out sound-light alarm to remind a user of paying attention.
As shown in FIG. 3, the sterilizing component of the cover 1 is an ozone generator 17, which is installed and used in a manner substantially identical to the deep ultraviolet LED-based cover 1 shown in FIG. 2. The ozone generator 17 can generate ozone after being electrified, and the ozone has strong oxidizing property and can quickly kill bacteria and viruses. In order to ensure the sterilization effect and the safety in use, cover 1 is provided with ozone concentration sensor 16. When the ozone generator 17 is energized to generate ozone during sterilization, the ozone concentration sensor 16 stops supplying power when detecting that the ozone concentration in the sterilization space reaches the sterilization range. At this time, the ozone in the disinfection space is continuously decomposed into oxygen in addition to continuing sterilization. When the ozone concentration sensor 16 detects that the concentration of ozone in the disinfection space reaches a safe range, the user can be informed of the completion of disinfection through the information of the display screen 11 on the controller 3, and the articles to be sterilized and disinfected can be safely taken out.
The cover 1 shown in fig. 3 has the same first drive line interface, and therefore the same drive line 2 and controller 3 can be conveniently used. At the same time, the same internal thread 9 is provided inside the extension of the cover 1 based on the ozone concentration sensor 16, and therefore, the cover 1 based on the deep ultraviolet LED13 can be easily exchanged.
The circuit structure of the controller 3 is shown in fig. 6, the controller 3 includes a CPU module, and the second driving line interface 10 is composed of two parts: a sensor signal part and a deep ultraviolet LED or ozone generator power supply part. The sensor signal is input to the CPU module through the signal processing circuit. The program running in the CPU module controls the output of the power panel according to the input sensor signal, thereby controlling the working state of the deep ultraviolet LED or the ozone generator. The CPU module may also receive input from control keys 12 to display program status and parameters via LED display 11.
Embodiment 2 of a split type sterilization and disinfection apparatus of the present invention:
for more convenient carrying and use, the container in a split type sterilization and disinfection device shown in fig. 4 is a tent structure. In fig. 4, the top port 18 is supported by a plurality of support frames 19 to form an inner space for sterilization, and the cap 1 is attached to the top port 18. As shown in fig. 5, in use, the reflector 21 is covered with a fabric to enhance the sterilization effect. The protective reflector 21 is similar to a cone, and consists of a side surface and a bottom surface which are both fabrics with ultraviolet reflecting films inside. In order to facilitate the disassembly and assembly and the putting in/taking out of the objects to be sterilized and disinfected, zippers 20 (or nylon fasteners) are sewn at the side and bottom edge slotting parts of the protective reflecting cover 21.
The cover 1 of this embodiment is the same as the end cap 1 of embodiment 1, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
In use, the end cap 1 is screwed onto the end port of the tank 4 or the top end port 18 of the tent structure, and the sealing is good. Can prevent secondary pollution after sterilization and disinfection. If the sterilization needs to be carried out again, only a plug needs to be inserted, and the sterilization can be started again.

Claims (10)

1. A split sterilization and disinfection apparatus comprising:
the cover body is provided with a sterilization and disinfection component for sealing the port of the container and sterilizing and disinfecting articles in the container;
a container with a port detachably combined with the cover body and used for accommodating sterilized and disinfected objects;
the device is characterized in that a sensor and a first drive wire interface are arranged on the cover body; further comprising:
the controller is provided with a control key, a display screen and a second drive wire interface and is used for controlling the sterilization and disinfection part and receiving and sending signals;
and two ends of the driving wire are respectively connected with the first driving wire interface and the second driving wire interface and are used for transmitting power and transmitting signals.
2. The split type sterilization and disinfection device of claim 1, wherein the sterilization and disinfection component comprises a deep ultraviolet LED, and the sensor comprises a human body sensor.
3. The split type sterilization and disinfection apparatus of claim 1, wherein said sterilization and disinfection component comprises an ozone generator and said sensor comprises an ozone concentration sensor.
4. The split-type sterilization and disinfection apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the driving wire is a multi-core wire, and comprises a power wire for driving the sterilization and disinfection component and a signal wire for transmitting a signal to the sensor.
5. The split type sterilization and disinfection device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the container is a tank, the inner wall of the tank is provided with a coating layer, the outer wall of the port of the tank is provided with an external thread, the cover is provided with an internal thread, and the cover is hermetically fastened with the tank through a thread.

The split type sterilization and disinfection device according to claim 4, wherein the container is a tank, the inner wall of the tank is provided with a coating layer, the outer wall of the port of the tank is provided with an external thread, the cover is provided with an internal thread, and the cover is hermetically fastened with the tank through a thread.

The split type sterilization and disinfection device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the container is a tent structure, the tent structure comprises a support frame, a protective reflector and a top port, the top port is disposed at an upper end of the support frame, the protective reflector covers the support frame, the cover body is provided with internal threads, external threads are disposed on an outer side wall of the top port, and the cover body is screwed and fastened with the top port through threads.

The split-type sterilization and disinfection device according to claim 4, wherein the container is a tent structure, the tent structure comprises a support frame, a protective reflector and a top port, the top port is disposed at the upper end of the support frame, the protective reflector covers the support frame, the cover body is provided with internal threads, the outer side wall of the top port is provided with external threads, and the cover body is screwed with the top port through threads.
9. The split type sterilization and disinfection device according to claim 7, wherein a slit is formed on the protective reflector, and a zipper or a nylon fastener is formed on the slit.
10. The split type sterilization and disinfection apparatus of claim 2, wherein said sensor further comprises a distance sensor.
