In the present embodiment, the water pipe 1 is provided with a routing pipe 15 leading to the smart component installation room 4, and the third electromagnetic valve 23, the fourth electromagnetic valve 24 and the cables between the infrared sensor 11 and the circuit control board 10 are all routed from the routing pipe 15.

Claims (10)
1. An intelligent control faucet with an anti-corrosion function comprises a water delivery pipe, an intelligent element packaging box, an infrared sensor, a first electromagnetic valve and a circuit control board, wherein the infrared sensor and the first electromagnetic valve are both electrically connected with the circuit control board, the water delivery pipe penetrates through the upper side and the lower side of the intelligent element packaging box and is provided with a water inlet positioned at the lower side of the intelligent element packaging box and a water outlet positioned at the front side of the intelligent element packaging box, the first electromagnetic valve is arranged at a position close to the water inlet,
the intelligent element packaging box is internally divided into a water pipe cleaning liquid storage chamber and an intelligent element mounting chamber;
the intelligent element installation chamber is provided with the first electromagnetic valve, the circuit control board, and a liquid pump and a second electromagnetic valve which are electrically connected with the circuit control board;
the side part of the water pipe is also connected with a cleaning liquid input pipe, the inlet of the cleaning liquid input pipe is communicated with the bottom of the water pipe cleaning liquid storage chamber, and the outlet of the cleaning liquid input pipe is communicated with the water pipe and is close to the first electromagnetic valve;
the liquid pump and the second electromagnetic valve are both arranged on the cleaning liquid input pipe, and the second electromagnetic valve is positioned between the water conveying pipe and the liquid pump;
and the inner pipe walls of the cleaning liquid input pipe and the water conveying pipe are both provided with anti-corrosion coatings.

The intelligent control faucet with the anti-corrosion function according to claim 1, wherein the water pipe is rigidly connected with an upper baffle and a lower baffle, the intelligent element packaging box is located between the upper baffle and the lower baffle, and both the upper baffle and the lower baffle are fixed with the intelligent element packaging box through bolts.
3. The intelligent control faucet with anti-corrosion function according to claim 1, wherein the volume of the water pipe cleaning solution storage chamber is 3L or more.
4. The intelligent control faucet with anti-corrosion function according to claim 1, wherein a filling opening equipped with a sealing cover is provided at the top of the water pipe cleaning solution storage chamber.
5. The corrosion prevention intelligent control faucet of claim 1, wherein the smart component installation chamber is provided with a chamber door.
6. The intelligent control faucet with anti-corrosion function according to claim 1, wherein the distance between the outlet of the cleaning solution input pipe and the first solenoid valve is not more than 1 cm.
7. The intelligent control faucet with the anti-corrosion function according to claim 1, wherein a side wall of the water pipe cleaning solution storage chamber is provided with a transparent observation window for observing the storage amount of the internal cleaning solution, and a side edge portion of the transparent observation window is provided with scale marks for indicating the storage amount of the cleaning solution.

The intelligent control faucet with the anti-corrosion function according to claim 1, wherein the water pipe penetrates through the water pipe cleaning solution storage chamber and the intelligent element installation chamber, a gap between the water pipe and the top wall of the water pipe cleaning solution storage chamber is sealed by a sealing ring I, and a gap between the water pipe and the top wall of the intelligent element installation chamber is sealed by a sealing ring II; and a gap between the cleaning liquid input pipe and the side wall of the water pipe cleaning liquid storage chamber is sealed by a sealing ring III.

The intelligent control faucet with the anti-corrosion function according to claim 1, wherein a third electromagnetic valve and a liquid return pipe provided with a fourth electromagnetic valve are arranged at a position of the water delivery pipe close to the water outlet; the third electromagnetic valve and the fourth electromagnetic valve are both positioned in a packaging box; the inlet of the liquid return pipe is communicated with the water delivery pipe and is close to the third electromagnetic valve, the third electromagnetic valve is positioned between the liquid return pipe and the water outlet, and the outlet of the liquid return pipe is communicated to the top of the water pipe cleaning liquid storage chamber; and the third electromagnetic valve and the fourth electromagnetic valve are electrically connected with the circuit control board.
10. The intelligent control faucet with anti-corrosion function according to claim 1, wherein the water pipe is provided with a routing pipeline leading to the intelligent component installation chamber, and cables between the third solenoid valve, the fourth solenoid valve and the infrared sensor and the circuit control board are all routed through the routing pipeline.
