The invention discloses a method for automatically reporting real-time position information by UE (user equipment) based on an LTE (Long term evolution) communication system, which comprises the following specific steps of: s1, after UE accesses a base station, a positioning module is started to receive GPS/Beidou data in real time, and meanwhile, a data frame containing position information is screened out and packaged into a UDP packet together with an identification number of the current UE, and the UDP packet is sent to a Server end of a network manager through an LTE network service channel; s2, the EPC monitors the state of the UE in real time, and reports the message to a network manager when the state of the UE changes such as online, offline and cross-region switching; and S3, after receiving the EPC and the data reported by the UE, the webmaster performs summary analysis, arranges the data into a database, simultaneously tracks the state and the position of each UE in a topological graph for updating, and issues the data to the base station according to the requirement.
