Optionally, the container includes a bottom plate, a side plate, a front end plate and a rear end plate, the side plate is connected to the bottom plate, the front end plate and the rear end plate to enclose the storage lane, wherein the front end plate and the rear end plate are disposed opposite to each other, the chute is disposed on the bottom plate, and the propelling member is slidably mounted on the bottom plate.
Optionally, the propelling part includes push plate portion and sliding part, the sliding part with a terminal surface of push plate portion is connected, sliding part slidable mounting in the bottom plate, another terminal surface of push plate portion is used for pushing away the goods.

As shown in FIGS. 1-2, the goods pusher 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises a container 10, a pushing assembly 20, and a display screen 30, wherein the pushing assembly 20 and the display screen 30 are mounted on the container 10. In some embodiments, the container 10 comprises a bottom plate 13, side plates 14, a front end plate 15 and a rear end plate 16, the side plates 14 are connected with the bottom plate 13, the front end plate 15 and the rear end plate 16 to form the receiving cargo channel 11, wherein the front end plate 15 and the rear end plate 16 are oppositely arranged, the sliding groove 12 is arranged on the bottom plate 13, and the pushing member 21 is slidably mounted on the bottom plate 13. Further, the propelling part 22 includes a coil spring, the coil spring has a winding end 221 and a starting end 222, the starting end 222 is fixedly connected to the front end plate 15, the winding end 221 is fixedly connected to the propelling part 21, when the coil spring is wound, the propelling part 21 pushes the goods to move along the chute 12, so that the goods move towards the position of the front end plate 15. In the present embodiment, the winding end 221 is fixedly and rotatably mounted to the sliding portion 212, but the winding end 221 may be fixedly and rotatably mounted to the front end plate 15. In some other embodiments, the pushing member 22 may be another structure, such as a tension spring, one end of which is connected to the pushing member 21, and the other end of which is connected to the front end plate 15.
As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments, the article mover 100 further includes a detection assembly 40 mounted to the side panel 14, and the detection assembly 40 is disposed adjacent to the front end panel 15, the detection assembly 40 being configured to detect the presence of an article at the rear end of the front end panel 15. In this embodiment, the detecting assembly 40 includes an infrared emitter 41 and an infrared receiver 42, the number of the side plates 14 is two, and the two side plates are a first side plate 141 and a second side plate 142 respectively, the first side plate 141 and the second side plate 142 are connected to two ends of the bottom plate 13 respectively, the infrared emitter 41 is mounted on the first side plate 141, and the infrared receiver 42 is mounted on the second side plate 142. Understandably, in order to make the light that infrared emitter 41 launched can detect smoothly whether there is the goods in the front end plate 15 rear end, first curb plate 141 and second curb plate 142 all correspond and are provided with the hole of dodging, if there is not the goods in the front end plate 15 rear end, this moment the light that infrared emitter 41 launches will by infrared receiver 42 receives smoothly, the surface this moment the goods of putting in accommodating goods way 11 have sold the sky. If goods exist at the rear end of the front end plate 15, the light emitted from the infrared emitter 41 is blocked by the goods and cannot be received by the infrared receiver 42. Thus, the infrared transmitter 41 and the infrared receiver 42 are engaged with each other, whereby the condition of the commodity at the rear end of the front panel 15 can be detected.
In some embodiments, the goods pusher 100 further comprises a distance measuring sensor 50 and a processor 60, the processor 60 is electrically connected to the distance measuring sensor 50 and the display screen 30, the distance measuring sensor 50 is installed at one end of the container 10 far away from the display screen 30, and the distance measuring sensor 50 is used for sensing the position of the pushing member 21. In this embodiment, the distance measuring sensor 50 is an infrared distance measuring sensor, and the infrared distance measuring sensor detects the position of the pushing plate portion 211, so as to calculate the distance between the pushing plate portion 211 and the infrared distance measuring sensor, and thus calculate through the processor, so as to obtain the number of the goods left in the currently-accommodated goods passage 11. It should be noted that the same size of the goods are stored in the storage lane so that the remaining number of the goods can be known by the distance and the uniform thickness of the goods, and the remaining result is displayed on the display screen 30.
In some embodiments, the goods mover 100 further comprises an LED lamp (not shown) mounted at an end of the container 10 near the display screen 30, the LED lamp being connected to the processor 60. After the processor 60 receives the detection result of the detection component 40, the frequency of the flashing of the LED lamp can be controlled according to the detection result to communicate the condition of the goods, for example, the LED lamp is usually on to indicate that there is no goods in the storage lane 11, and the LED lamp is not on or flashes to indicate that there is goods in the storage lane 11.
The article pusher 100 provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes: a container 10 having a cargo receiving passage 11 and a chute 12, the cargo receiving passage 11 receiving cargo; a display screen 30 mounted on the container 10; the propelling component 20 comprises a propelling member 21 and a driving member 22, the propelling member 21 is accommodated in the accommodating channel 11, one end of the driving member 22 is fixedly connected with one end of the container 10, the other end of the driving member 22 is connected with the propelling member 21, and the driving member 22 is used for driving the propelling member 21 to move along the chute 12 so as to push the goods to move along the chute 12. With the above structure, when an article in the storage lane 12 is taken away, the driving member 22 can automatically drive the pushing member 21 to move, so that the article in the future can fill the empty space after the article is taken away, and the use is more convenient.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a shelf (not shown) including the article pusher 100 and a support frame (not shown) in the above embodiments, wherein a plurality of article pushers 100 are correspondingly displayed on the support frame, so that different articles can be placed for sale.
In another embodiment, please refer to fig. 5 and fig. 6, the present invention further provides a method for managing shelves applied in the above embodiment, the method includes the following steps:
step S201: acquiring the positions of the propelling pieces 21 detected by the ranging sensors in each accommodating goods channel in the goods shelf;
step S202: determining the quantity of goods in each goods accommodating channel according to the positions;
step S203: updating the quantity of the goods in each goods accommodating channel 11 to a preset goods database;
it will be appreciated that the item database may be a database created by a local server or may be a database on the remaining lines.
Step S204: acquiring goods information of goods in each goods accommodating channel from a goods database;
the item information includes an item kind, an item price, and a remaining quantity of the item. The item types may be user-preset, such as a item A corresponding to be stored in one item pusher and a item B corresponding to be stored in another item pusher.
Step S205: and controlling the display screen 30 to display the quantity and the goods information of the goods in the corresponding goods accommodating channel 11.
Further, the management method further comprises:
step S206: collecting user information of a user;
the user information refers to face information of a user, and can be acquired through a face recognition device, and when the user enters a store or approaches a goods shelf, the face recognition device can recognize the face information of the user. The face recognition device can be a camera or other devices.
Step S207: acquiring a historical purchase record of the user;
the historical purchase records of the users are obtained from a local database and are purchased by other users.
Step S208: analyzing the goods favored by the user according to the historical purchase record;
step S209: and controlling the display screen corresponding to the goods favored by the user to output prompts.
The output prompt may be a highlight or a flash on the display screen, or may be a sound emitted by a speaker built in the display screen. Understandably, when the display screen outputs prompts, a user can quickly walk to the goods propeller corresponding to the favorite goods to quickly take the frequently purchased goods.
