Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment discloses a socket fixing device, which includes an adjustable bracket 1 and at least one clamping assembly 2, where the adjustable bracket 1 includes a fixing frame 11 and a horizontal sliding rail 12, the fixing frame 11 is used to be fixed on a machine table 5, the vertical position of the horizontal sliding rail 12 is adjustably connected to the fixing frame 11 to adjust a distance between the horizontal sliding rail 12 and a surface of the machine table 5, the clamping assembly 2 includes a plurality of clamping fixing members 21, one end of each of the plurality of clamping fixing members 21 is connected to the horizontal sliding rail 12 in a horizontal sliding manner, and each two adjacent clamping fixing members 21 are configured to clamp one socket 3 so as to fix a plurality of sockets 3 of plugs 4 that are inserted in parallel on the machine table 5. After the vertical position and the horizontal position of the clamping and fixing pieces 21 relative to the sockets 3 are adjusted to the right, the clamping and fixing pieces 21 are respectively locked on the horizontal slide rails 12, and one end of each adjacent clamping and fixing piece 21 far away from the horizontal slide rail 12 is locked and connected through the locking accessory 22. Referring to fig. 4 and 5, a first positioning hole 213 is formed at one end of the clamping fixture 21 connected to the lateral slide rail 12, the lateral slide rail 12 is provided with a plurality of second positioning holes 122 arranged at intervals in the lateral direction, and the clamping fixture 21 can be positioned at a corresponding position of the lateral slide rail 12 by the first positioning element 212 penetrating through the first positioning hole 213 and the corresponding second positioning hole 122; specifically, in the present embodiment, when two adjacent clamping and fixing members 21 clamp the corresponding socket 3 in place, the first positioning holes 213 of the two adjacent clamping and fixing members 21 respectively correspond to one of the second positioning holes 122 on the transverse slide rail 12, and the first positioning members 212 are inserted into the first positioning holes 213 and the corresponding second positioning holes 122, so that the clamping and fixing members 21 are fixed on the transverse slide rail 12, and the effect of the clamping and fixing members 21 in clamping and fixing the socket 3 is enhanced.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, two sides of the transverse slide rail 12 are respectively provided with a sliding slot 121 extending transversely, a locking slot 214 adapted to the shape of the transverse slide rail 12 is formed on the holding and fixing member 21, and locking protrusions 215 adapted to the shapes of the two sliding slots 121 are formed on two sides of the locking slot 214. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the cross section of the locking protrusion 215 is V-shaped, and the sliding groove 121 is a V-shaped groove adapted to the locking protrusion 215, when one end of the transverse sliding rail 12 is not connected to the fixed frame 11, the locking groove 214 formed by the clamping fixing member 21 is aligned with one end of the transverse sliding rail 12, the locking protrusions 215 formed on two sides of the locking groove 214 can be engaged with the sliding grooves 121 formed on two sides of the transverse sliding rail 12, and then the clamping fixing member 21 is slidably connected to the transverse sliding rail 12. The embodiment of the invention also discloses a method for fixing the socket 3 by using the socket fixing device, which comprises the following steps:
(1) The positions of the clamping and fixing pieces 21 are adjusted by utilizing the sliding of the clamping and fixing pieces 21 along the transverse sliding rail 12, so that gaps formed between every two clamping and fixing pieces 21 respectively correspond to the sockets 3;
(2) Placing the plurality of holding and fixing members 21 corresponding to the plurality of sockets 3 so that the plurality of sockets 3 are respectively located in gaps formed between every two of the plurality of holding and fixing members 21;
(3) The vertical positions of the clamping fixing pieces 21 relative to the sockets 3 are adjusted by utilizing the vertical movement of the transverse sliding rail 12 along the fixing frame 11, and the fixing frame 11 is fixed on the machine table 5;
(4) The plurality of clamping and fixing pieces 21 are adjusted to clamp the corresponding sockets 3 respectively, the plurality of clamping and fixing pieces 21 are locked on the transverse slide rail 12 respectively, and the ends of the adjacent clamping and fixing pieces 21 far away from the transverse slide rail 12 are locked and connected through the locking accessories 22.
Specifically, the method of fixing the socket 3 by the socket fixing device described above is as follows: after the plurality of sockets 3 are connected with the plurality of plugs 4 arranged on the machine table 5 in parallel, the locking accessory 22 is rotated to loosen the two adjacent clamping fixing pieces 21, and the positions of the plurality of clamping fixing pieces 21 are adjusted by utilizing the sliding of the plurality of clamping fixing pieces 21 along the transverse sliding rail 12, so that gaps formed between every two clamping fixing pieces 21 respectively correspond to the plurality of sockets 3; then, the plurality of clamping and fixing pieces 21 are placed corresponding to the plurality of sockets 3 so that the plurality of sockets 3 are respectively positioned in gaps formed between every two of the plurality of clamping and fixing pieces 21; then, according to the type and height of the socket 3, the vertical positions of the plurality of clamping fixing pieces 21 relative to the plurality of sockets 3 are adjusted by the vertical movement of the transverse slide rail 12 along the fixing frame 11, the fixing frame 11 is fixed on the machine table 5 through the third positioning piece 113, and the second positioning piece 111 is inserted into the corresponding third positioning hole 112 on the fixing frame 11 and the fourth positioning holes 123 at the two ends of the transverse slide rail 12, so that the transverse slide rail 12 is positioned at the corresponding position of the fixing frame 11; the clamping fixtures 21 are adjusted again to clamp the corresponding sockets 3, the first positioning members 212 are respectively inserted into the first positioning holes 213 of the clamping fixtures 21 and the corresponding second positioning holes 122 of the transverse slide rail 12, so that the clamping fixtures 21 are respectively locked on the transverse slide rail 12, and the ends of the adjacent clamping fixtures 21 far away from the transverse slide rail 12 are locked and connected by the locking accessories 22 (the locking accessories 22 are rotated to lock the adjacent two clamping fixtures 21), thereby achieving the effect of improving the stability of the engagement between the sockets 3 and the plugs 4.

1. A socket fixing device for fixing a plurality of sockets to be plugged in a plurality of plugs arranged side by side on a rack, comprising:

the clamping assembly comprises a plurality of clamping fixing pieces, one ends of the plurality of clamping fixing pieces can be connected with the transverse sliding rail in a transverse sliding mode, every two adjacent clamping fixing pieces are configured to clamp one socket, after the vertical positions and the transverse positions of the plurality of clamping fixing pieces relative to the plurality of sockets are adjusted to be in place, the plurality of clamping fixing pieces are respectively locked on the transverse sliding rail, and the ends, far away from the transverse sliding rail, of the adjacent clamping fixing pieces are locked and connected through locking attachment pieces;
the upper parts of the sides, close to each other, of the two adjacent clamping fixing pieces are respectively provided with a blocking part in a protruding mode, and when the two adjacent clamping fixing pieces clamp the socket in place, the blocking parts of the two adjacent clamping fixing pieces are respectively pressed downwards on steps formed on the two sides of the socket.

the vertical positions of the clamping fixing pieces relative to the sockets are adjusted by utilizing the vertical movement of the transverse sliding rail along the fixing frame, and the fixing frame is fixed on the machine table;
and adjusting the plurality of clamping fixing pieces to enable the clamping fixing pieces to clamp the corresponding sockets respectively, wherein the plurality of clamping fixing pieces are locked on the transverse sliding rail respectively, and one end of each adjacent clamping fixing piece, which is far away from the transverse sliding rail, is locked and connected through the locking attachment piece.
