Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of high-pressure sealing, in particular to a sealing ring blank pressing tool and a sealing ring pressing method. The sealing ring blank pressing tool comprises an outer ring sleeve and an inner ring sleeve, wherein the outer ring sleeve is sleeved outside the inner ring sleeve, a first annular cutter is arranged at the bottom of the outer ring sleeve, a second annular cutter is arranged at the bottom of the inner ring sleeve, a blank accommodating space is arranged at the bottom of the outer ring sleeve and is positioned at the inner side of the first annular cutter, parts are pressed in a lap-free annular feeding mode, the phenomena that the pressed parts are broken and the surfaces of the pressed parts are air-bubble under the action of high pressure are solved, the sizes of the first annular cutter and the second annular cutter can be determined according to proper blank blanking, the formed part flash thickness is controlled in a proper range, and flash removal is facilitated.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of high-pressure sealing, in particular to a sealing ring blank pressing tool and a sealing ring pressing method.
Background
In the prior art, as shown in fig. 1, when an annular sealing element (such as an O-ring, a gasket and a star-shaped sealing ring) is pressed, a feeding mode is not specified in the conventional pressing process, and an operator shears a strip-shaped raw rubber material rolled into a certain thickness by using shears and laps the strip-shaped raw rubber material into an annular common feeding mode to press parts. When the annular sealing element (such as a star-shaped sealing ring) with the different cross-section shapes is pressed by adopting the pressing process, the pressed part mainly has the performance which can not meet the use requirement.
The parts pressed by the prior art procedure have the following two problems:
1. When the scissors are adopted to cut strip-shaped raw sizing materials and lap-joint the raw sizing materials into annular blanks for part pressing, the outer dimension and the weight of the blanks cannot be effectively controlled due to manual blanking, so that the phenomenon that the pressed parts are not formed and the thickness of burrs is difficult to control in a proper range and the burrs are difficult to remove is caused;
2. the pressed part is filled with high-pressure nitrogen gas of 14Mpa, and after three days and seven days, the phenomena of fracture and surface bubble generation occur, so that the air tightness of the product is unqualified, and the qualification rate only reaches about 20%.

Preferably, the outer side of the first annular cutter is an inclined plane, the inner side of the first annular cutter is a vertical plane, the outer side of the second annular cutter is a vertical plane, the inner side of the second annular cutter is an inclined plane, the outer side and the inner side of the processed blank are vertical planes, the outer side and the inner side of the processed blank are flat vertical planes, and further, when the outer side and the inner side of the blank are subjected to die pressing treatment in the follow-up process, the die pressing temperature and the die pressing pressure are more convenient to calculate and set.
