Abstract
The process relates to a sealing surface processing process, in particular to a sealing surface grinding processing process of a metal hard seal butterfly valve sealing pair. A grinding processing technology for a sealing surface of a metal hard sealing butterfly valve sealing pair comprises the following steps: (1) fixing the workpiece on a clamp, inclining the workpiece by an angle beta, and rotating the workpiece by taking an axis behind the angle beta as a rotation axis; (2) taking one line with the angle of 2 beta as a track line B, and turning or grinding; (3) and (4) taking the butterfly plate sealing ring and the valve seat workpiece processed in the step two, fixing one workpiece, rotating the other part by taking the axis behind the inclination angle beta as a rotation axis, and adding grinding sand on the contact surface of the two workpieces to enable the two workpieces to rotate relatively and be ground in a matched manner. (3) and (4) taking the butterfly plate sealing ring and the valve seat workpiece processed in the step two, fixing one workpiece, rotating the other part by taking the axis behind the inclination angle beta as a rotation axis, and adding grinding sand on the contact surface of the two workpieces to enable the two workpieces to rotate relatively and be ground in a matched manner.
As a further technical scheme of the invention, in the step 3, the two workpieces rotate alternately and oppositely within a certain rotation angle.
As a further technical scheme of the invention, the butterfly plate and the butterfly plate sealing ring are made into a whole and are processed by utilizing the process scheme.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the metal butterfly valve produced by the grinding process adopts the process of mutually matching and grinding the sealing surfaces of two workpieces, so that the two sealed surfaces formed by the grinding process have high finish degree and high mutual matching degree, the zero-leakage sealing effect between the sealing surfaces of the valve is achieved under the condition of smaller sealing ratio, the closing torque is light, no friction exists between the sealing surfaces in the opening and closing process, the service life of the valve is long, and the metal butterfly valve is suitable for high-temperature, low-temperature and ultralow-temperature media and has good fireproof performance.

(3) and (3) taking the butterfly plate sealing ring 1 and the valve seat 2 workpieces processed in the step two, fixing one workpiece, rotating the other part by taking the axis A inclined at the angle beta as a rotating axis, and adding grinding sand on the contact surface of the two workpieces to enable the two workpieces to rotate relatively and be ground in a matched manner.

taking a line forming a 2 beta angle with the outer side wall of the butterfly plate sealing ring (1) or the inner side wall of the valve seat (2) as a trajectory line B, and turning or grinding the outer side wall of the butterfly plate sealing ring (1) or the inner side wall of the valve seat (2) along the trajectory line B by using a turning tool (3) or a grinding wheel (4);
taking the butterfly plate sealing ring (1) and the valve seat (2) workpieces processed in the step two, fixing one workpiece, rotating the other part by taking the axis (A) inclined at the angle beta as a rotating axis, and adding grinding sand on the contact surface of the two workpieces to enable the two workpieces to rotate relatively and be paired for grinding.
2. The process of claim 1, wherein in step (3), the two workpieces rotate in opposite directions within a certain rotation angle.

The grinding machining process for the sealing surface of the metal hard seal butterfly valve sealing pair according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the butterfly plate (11) and the butterfly plate sealing ring (1) are made into a whole and are processed by utilizing the technical scheme.
