Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical instruments, and relates to a biopsy instrument for bone tissue of a vertebral body.
Background
The main indications of percutaneous vertebroplasty are osteoporosis compression fracture and vertebrotumor, wherein vertebroplasty is the earliest used object of percutaneous vertebroplasty, and in order to determine the pathology of tumor, puncture biopsy is needed during operation. At present, the most commonly used biopsy instrument on the market consists of a needle core part and a needle tube part, wherein the needle tube part is mainly inserted into the interior of a vertebral body, and bone tissue in the vertebral body is enabled to enter the needle tube through rotation or a suction device, so that extraction of pathological tissues is realized. However, in clinical feedback, the existing instruments are difficult to retain bone tissue in the needle tube during withdrawal during operation, and there is a high probability that sufficient bone tissue cannot be obtained for pathological examination.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, there is a need for a biopsy instrument that ensures that more bone tissue can be obtained
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a biopsy instrument for bone tissue of vertebral body, so as to solve the problems set forth in the background above, and the present invention is convenient to use, easy to operate, and capable of ensuring that more bone tissue remains in the outer tube of the biopsy instrument, and has high reliability.
The invention solves the technical problems by adopting the technical scheme that the novel centrum bone tissue biopsy instrument comprises a cutting assembly, an adjusting assembly and an outer tube assembly which are sequentially sleeved from inside to outside, wherein the cutting assembly comprises a cutting member and a handle, the proximal end of the cutting member is fixedly connected with the handle, the adjusting assembly comprises an adjusting tube and an adjusting handle, the proximal end of the adjusting tube is fixedly connected with the adjusting tube handle, the adjusting tube axially slides along the cutting member through operating the adjusting tube handle to realize recovery and release of the distal end part of the cutting member, the outer tube assembly comprises an outer tube and an outer tube handle, the proximal end of the outer tube is fixedly connected with the outer tube handle, and the outer tube axially moves relative to the adjusting tube and the cutting member through operating the outer tube handle.
Further, the cutting member may be made of one wire or a plurality of wires or tubes.
Further, the cutting member is made of a shape memory alloy or an elastic metal alloy.
Further, the cutting member distal portion may have an L-shaped configuration, a T-shaped configuration, or a plurality of L-shaped configurations.
Further, the distal end portion of the outer tube is serrated.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and improvements:
The vertebral bone tissue biopsy instrument is simple to operate and convenient to use, after the instrument is inserted into the puncture channel in the use process, the adjusting tube handle is operated to release the cutting piece, then the outer tube handle is operated to enable the outer tube to move to be flush with the cutting piece, and the instrument is rotated to enable bone tissue in the outer tube to be separated from the vertebral body, so that enough bone tissue is obtained for pathological examination.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail below by referring to the accompanying drawings and examples.
The proximal end as used herein refers to the end proximal to the operator and the distal end refers to the end distal to the operator.
Examples
1-2, A novel centrum bone tissue biopsy apparatus, includes cutting assembly 1, adjusting assembly 2 and outer tube subassembly 3 that overlap in proper order from inside to outside, cutting assembly 1 includes cutting member 11 and handle 12, cutting member 11 proximal end with handle 12 fixed connection, adjusting assembly 2 includes adjusting tube 21 and adjusting handle 22, adjusting tube 21 proximal end with adjusting tube handle 22 fixed connection, through the operation adjusting tube handle 22 adjusting tube 21 can be followed cutting member 11 axial slip realizes retrieving and release of cutting member distal end portion 111, outer tube subassembly 3 includes outer tube 31 and outer tube handle 32, outer tube 31 proximal end with outer tube handle 32 fixed connection, through the operation outer tube handle 32 outer tube 31 can relative cutting member 11 axial motion.
As shown in fig. 3, the cutting member 11 may be made of one wire or a plurality of wires or tubes, and the cutting member 11 is made of a shape memory alloy or an elastic metal alloy. The cutter distal portion 111 is of an L-shaped configuration, a T-shaped configuration or a plurality of L-shaped configurations.
As shown in fig. 4, the outer tube distal end portion 311 is serrated.
The specific operation process is that firstly, a puncture channel is established with the assistance of a C-shaped arm, then a novel centrum bone tissue biopsy instrument is placed into a puncture needle tube (shown in figure 5), the adjusting tube handle 22 is operated to retract the adjusting tube 21, the distal end part 111 of a cutting element is completely released (shown in figure 6), then the outer tube handle 32 is operated to enable the end face of the outer tube 31 to slide to be flush with the distal end part 111 of the cutting element (shown in figure 7), then the whole instrument is rotated to enable bone tissue in the outer tube to be separated from the centrum, and then the centrum bone tissue biopsy instrument is withdrawn to complete the biopsy operation.
