One of the most important parts of the electric vehicle is a battery pack, and the battery pack is also an important part for disassembly and recovery; the general battery pack comprises a box body, a box cover and a battery cell group, wherein the battery cell group is placed in the box body, the box cover is fixed with an opening of the box body, and sealing glue is applied to the contact position of the box body and the box cover, so that the battery cell group is completely sealed in the box body.
The sealant is very difficult to remove during disassembly, and because the battery core is arranged in the sealant, the sealant cannot be cut by adopting an electric saw which is easy to generate sparks. The existing disassembly method is to use a crow bar to pry the box body and the box cover open through the crow bar. This approach requires a lot of time and labor and presents a safety hazard.

The assembly line 11 comprises an assembly line support 111 and rollers 112 arranged between the assembly line supports 111, wherein roller drivers are arranged in the assembly line support 111 and connected with the rollers 112, and the roller drivers can drive the rollers 112 to rotate.
The carrier plate 12 is used for carrying a battery pack to be processed.
When in use, the battery pack to be treated is placed on the carrier plate 12, the roller driver drives the roller 112 to rotate, and the carrier plate 12 is driven to move below the heating component 3 and the hoisting component 4.
The heating assembly 3 comprises a power supply box 31, an elastic power supply line 32 and a heating plate 33, wherein the power supply box 31 is fixed on the support 2, one end of the elastic power supply line 32 is electrically connected with the power supply box 31, the other end of the elastic power supply line is electrically connected with the heating plate 33, and the power supply box 31 supplies power to the heating plate 33 to enable the heating plate 33 to generate heat.
As shown in fig. 3, the heating plate 33 includes a flexible carrier 331, a heating resistor 332, and a pair of magnet groups 333 with different polarities, wherein the heating resistor 332 is fixed at the center of the flexible carrier 331, and the magnet groups 333 are fixed at two ends of the flexible carrier 331.
When the battery pack is used, the flexible carrier plate 331 is attached to the edge of the battery pack to be treated, one end of the flexible carrier plate 331 is located on the upper surface of the battery pack, the other end of the flexible carrier plate 331 is located on the lower surface of the battery pack, the parts with different polarities of the magnet groups 333 are located on the upper surface and the lower surface of the battery pack respectively, magnetic attraction force is generated, the heating plate 33 is fixed at the edge of the battery pack, and the edge of the battery pack is heated, so that glue at the edge of the battery pack is softened.
As shown in fig. 2, the hoisting member 4 includes a motor 41, a winding reel 42, a wire 43 and a hook 44, wherein the motor 41 is fixed on the bracket 2, a movable end of the motor 41 is connected with a shaft of the winding reel 42, one end of the wire 43 is fixed with the winding reel 42 and wound on the winding reel 42, and the other end of the wire 43 is fixed with the hook 44.
When the battery pack is used, the hanging hook 44 is hung on the case cover of the battery pack, the motor 41 is driven to work, tension is applied to the case cover of the battery pack, the heating assembly 3 heats the case cover of the battery pack, when glue at the edge of the battery pack is softened, the case cover is pulled up by the hanging component 4, a part of clearance is formed between the case cover and the case body, and the follow-up operation of staff is facilitated.
