Abstract

Technical Field

Background
With the continuous development of the internet, the online housekeeping service is urged to be brought forward. Counting the order quantity of the target user to other household services, optionally, sequentially counting the order quantity of the other household services of each target user; and taking the sum of the order quantity of other home services of all target users as the order quantity of other home services of the target users. For example, from the order database, the target user who places an order for the home caregiver is queried: user A, user B; and counting the order quantity of other household services of the user A: 15 units of barren cleaning, 3 units of disinfection cleaning, 30 units of daily cleaning, 5 units of deep cleaning and 1 unit of lactation promotion sisters-in-law; and counting the order quantity of other household services of the user B: 5, 10, 15 and 1 for barren clearing, disinfecting and cleaning, daily cleaning and deep cleaning; thus, the volume of orders for each home-based service is: 20 simple barren sanitation, 13 simple disinfection sanitation, 45 simple daily sanitation, 6 simple deep sanitation and 1 simple lactation promoting sister-in-the-month; selecting the home-based services ranked in the first three: daily sanitation, barren sanitation and disinfection sanitation are used as the associated housekeeping service associated with the basic housekeeping service.
In the second mode, the associated housekeeping service of each basic housekeeping service is inquired from the relationship table between the housekeeping service and the associated housekeeping service; and taking all the associated home services associated with the at least one basic home service as at least one associated home service associated with the at least one basic home service. In this embodiment, the server may recommend the associated home services associated with the home services to the user, and the associated home services of the home services need to be configured in advance, for example, the associated home services for daily cleaning: sterilization and cleaning, leather sofa nursing and electric appliance nursing; associated housekeeping services for daytime nanny: home care, etc. If the basic housekeeping service includes daily sanitation and daytime caregiver, the housekeeping services associated with the basic housekeeping service include disinfection sanitation, leather sofa care, appliance care, and home caregiver.
In the above embodiment, at least one basic housekeeping service and at least one associated housekeeping service are filtered in combination with the historical orders of the user, so as to obtain a first filtered housekeeping service. One way to implement the method is to judge whether a target housekeeping service corresponding to a historical order of a user belongs to a housekeeping service in at least one basic housekeeping service and at least one associated housekeeping service; if so, removing the target housekeeping service from the at least one basic housekeeping service and the at least one associated housekeeping service; and taking the rest of the at least one basic housekeeping service and the at least one associated housekeeping service as the first filtered housekeeping service. And if not, taking the at least one basic housekeeping service and the at least one associated housekeeping service as the first housekeeping service. For example, basic housekeeping services, including daily cleanliness and daytime caretakers; basic housekeeping service-associated housekeeping services including disinfection and sanitation, leather sofa care, appliance care and home caregiver. If the home-affairs service corresponding to the historical order of the user in the previous week comprises disinfection and cleaning, the disinfection and cleaning should not be recommended to the user, and the disinfection and cleaning should be removed from the basic home-affairs service and the associated home-affairs service, then the first home-affairs service comprises daily cleaning, daytime nursing, disinfection and cleaning, leather sofa nursing, electric appliance nursing and home nursing. And if the home administration service corresponding to the historical order of the user in the previous week does not contain any one of the basic home administration service and the associated home administration service, taking the basic home administration service and the associated home administration service as the first home administration service.
It should be noted that the second housekeeping service associated with the current season refers to a hot housekeeping service in the current season, and the second housekeeping service may be used as a must-push option. For example, second housekeeping services associated with the summer include air conditioning cleaning, air conditioning fluoridation, and the like; the second housekeeping services associated in winter include floor heating cleaning, range hood cleaning, water heater cleaning and the like.
After obtaining the filtered first housekeeping service, the server 10b generates a target recommended housekeeping service recommended to the user according to the first housekeeping service and a second housekeeping service associated with the current season, wherein the second housekeeping service has a higher priority than the first housekeeping service. Including but not limited to the following several ways of generation:
and a first generation mode, merging the first household service and the second household service together to serve as a target recommended household service, and recommending the target recommended household service to the user. For example, the first housekeeping services include daily sanitation, daytime nursing, disinfection sanitation, leather sofa care, appliance care, and home nursing; the second housekeeping service associated in summer includes air-conditioning cleaning, and then the daily cleaning, daytime caregiver, disinfection cleaning, leather sofa nursing, electric appliance nursing and home caregiver are recommended to the user together with the air-conditioning cleaning as the target to recommend the housekeeping service.
And a second generation mode, merging the second housekeeping service and part of the first housekeeping service together to serve as a target recommended housekeeping service, and recommending the target recommended housekeeping service to the user. For example, the first housekeeping services include daily sanitation, daytime nursing, disinfection sanitation, leather sofa care, appliance care, and home nursing; the second housekeeping service associated in summer comprises air-conditioning cleaning, at the moment, three housekeeping services are required to be recommended to the user, and the priority of the air-conditioning cleaning is higher than that of the first housekeeping service, so that the household services are recommended to the user by taking the air-conditioning cleaning, daily cleaning and daytime nurse as targets.
After determining the target recommended household services, the server sends the target recommended household services to the user terminal, and displays the target recommended household services on the user terminal so that the user can perform the required household services from the target recommended household services. The display form of the target recommended housekeeping service on the user terminal is not limited, and can be adjusted according to actual conditions.
In the method embodiment of the present application, the server selects a basic housekeeping service according to the order quantity of a plurality of housekeeping services within a set history period; selecting an associated housekeeping service according to the housekeeping service which has an association relation with the basic housekeeping service; filtering the basic housekeeping service and the associated housekeeping service by combining the historical orders of the user to obtain a first filtered housekeeping service; generating a target recommended housekeeping service recommended to a user according to the first housekeeping service and a second housekeeping service associated with the current season, wherein the priority of the second housekeeping service is higher than that of the first housekeeping service; and the target recommended household services are sent to the user terminal, so that the recommendation precision of the household services is improved, and the user experience is improved.
It should be noted that the execution subjects of the steps of the methods provided in the above embodiments may be the same device, or different devices may be used as the execution subjects of the methods. For example, the execution subjects of step 201 to step 203 may be device a; for another example, the execution subject of steps 201 and 202 may be device a, and the execution subject of step 203 may be device B; and so on.
In addition, in some of the flows described in the above embodiments and the drawings, a plurality of operations are included in a specific order, but it should be clearly understood that the operations may be executed out of the order presented herein or in parallel, and the sequence numbers of the operations, such as 201, 202, etc., are merely used for distinguishing different operations, and the sequence numbers do not represent any execution order per se. Additionally, the flows may include more or fewer operations, and the operations may be performed sequentially or in parallel. It should be noted that, the descriptions of "first", "second", etc. in this document are used for distinguishing different messages, devices, modules, etc., and do not represent a sequential order, nor limit the types of "first" and "second" to be different.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a server according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the server includes: a memory 301 and a processor 302. In addition, the server includes necessary components such as a power component 303, a communication component 304, and the like.
The memory 301 is used for storing computer programs and may be configured to store other various data to support operations on the server. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the server.
The memory 301, which may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile memory device or combination thereof, may include, for example, Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disks.
A communication component 304 for data transmission with other devices.
Optionally, when the processor 302 selects at least one basic housekeeping service from the plurality of housekeeping services according to the order quantity of the plurality of housekeeping services in the set history period, the processor is specifically configured to: counting the order quantity of a plurality of home services in a set history period; sequencing the plurality of home services according to the order quantity of the plurality of home services; selecting the home affairs service with the order quantity meeting the set screening condition from the home affairs services.
Optionally, when determining at least one associated administrative service associated with at least one basic administrative service according to the association relationship between the administrative services, the processor 302 is specifically configured to: determining at least one associated home service associated with at least one basic home service according to ordering conditions of other home services of a target user corresponding to the basic home service; or determining at least one associated home service associated with at least one basic home service according to a pre-configured relationship table of the home services and the associated home services.
Optionally, the processor 302 is specifically configured to determine at least one associated housekeeping service associated with at least one basic housekeeping service according to a lower order condition of other housekeeping services of a target user corresponding to the basic housekeeping service; determining a target user who has placed an order for the basic housekeeping service; counting the order quantity of the target user to other housekeeping services; and selecting the home affairs service with order quantity meeting the set order quantity condition from other home affairs services as at least one associated home affairs service associated with at least one basic home affairs service.
Optionally, when counting the amount of orders of the target user for other administrative services, the processor 302 is specifically configured to: sequentially counting the order quantity of other housekeeping services of each target user; and taking the sum of the order quantity of other home services of all target users as the order quantity of other home services of the target users.
Optionally, when determining at least one associated housekeeping service associated with at least one basic housekeeping service according to a pre-configured relationship table between the housekeeping service and the associated housekeeping service, the processor 302 is specifically configured to: querying the associated home service of each basic home service from a relation table of the home service and the associated home service; and taking all the associated home services associated with the at least one basic home service as at least one associated home service associated with the at least one basic home service.
Optionally, when the processor 302 filters at least one basic housekeeping service and at least one associated housekeeping service in combination with the historical order of the user to obtain a filtered target recommended housekeeping service, specifically: judging whether a target housekeeping service corresponding to a historical order of a user belongs to a housekeeping service in at least one basic housekeeping service and at least one associated housekeeping service; if so, removing the target housekeeping service from the at least one basic housekeeping service and the at least one associated housekeeping service; and taking the rest of the at least one basic housekeeping service and the at least one associated housekeeping service as the filtered target recommended housekeeping service.
Optionally, after determining whether the target home service corresponding to the historical order of the user belongs to a home service of the at least one basic home service and the at least one associated home service, the processor 302 may further be configured to: and if not, taking at least one basic household service and at least one associated household service as target recommended household services.
Correspondingly, the embodiment of the application also provides a computer readable storage medium storing the computer program. The computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program, and the computer program, when executed by one or more processors, causes the one or more processors to perform the steps in the method embodiment of fig. 2.
The communication component of fig. 3 described above is configured to facilitate communication between the device in which the communication component is located and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The device where the communication component is located can access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as a WiFi, a 2G, 3G, 4G/LTE, 5G and other mobile communication networks, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
The power supply assembly of fig. 3 described above provides power to the various components of the device in which the power supply assembly is located. The power components may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the device in which the power component is located.
Wherein, the server also comprises a display and an audio component.
The display includes a screen, which may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation.
An audio component configurable to output and/or input an audio signal. For example, the audio component includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive an external audio signal when the device in which the audio component is located is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signal may further be stored in a memory or transmitted via a communication component. In some embodiments, the audio assembly further comprises a speaker for outputting audio signals.
In the system embodiment of the present application, the server selects a basic housekeeping service according to the order quantity of a plurality of housekeeping services within a set history period; selecting an associated housekeeping service according to the housekeeping service which has an association relation with the basic housekeeping service; filtering the basic housekeeping service and the associated housekeeping service by combining the historical orders of the user to obtain a first filtered housekeeping service; generating a target recommended housekeeping service recommended to a user according to the first housekeeping service and a second housekeeping service associated with the current season, wherein the priority of the second housekeeping service is higher than that of the first housekeeping service; and the target recommended household services are sent to the user terminal, so that the recommendation precision of the household services is improved, and the user experience is improved.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present invention is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the invention. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may also be stored in a computer-readable memory that can direct a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to function in a particular manner, such that the instructions stored in the computer-readable memory produce an article of manufacture including instruction means which implement the function specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
In a typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium.
Computer-readable media, including both non-transitory and non-transitory, removable and non-removable media, may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. Examples of computer storage media include, but are not limited to, phase change memory (PRAM), Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), other types of Random Access Memory (RAM), Read Only Memory (ROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), flash memory or other memory technology, compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM), Digital Versatile Discs (DVD) or other optical storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other non-transmission medium that can be used to store information that can be accessed by a computing device. As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.

Claims (10)
1. A method for recommending household services, comprising:
selecting at least one basic housekeeping service from a plurality of housekeeping services according to the order quantity of the plurality of housekeeping services in a set historical period;
determining at least one associated housekeeping service associated with the at least one basic housekeeping service according to the association relationship between the housekeeping services;
filtering the at least one basic housekeeping service and the at least one associated housekeeping service by combining historical orders of the user to obtain a first filtered housekeeping service;
generating a target recommended housekeeping service recommended to a user according to the first housekeeping service and a second housekeeping service associated with the current season, wherein the priority of the second housekeeping service is higher than that of the first housekeeping service;
and sending the target recommended household services to a user terminal so that the user can check the target recommended household services.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein selecting at least one basic housekeeping service from a plurality of housekeeping services according to an order size of the plurality of housekeeping services within a set history period comprises:
counting the order quantity of a plurality of home services in a set history period;
sequencing the plurality of housekeeping services according to the order quantity of the plurality of housekeeping services;
and selecting the home services with the order quantity meeting the set screening conditions from the plurality of home services.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein determining at least one associated housekeeping service associated with the at least one basic housekeeping service according to an association relationship between the housekeeping services comprises:
determining at least one associated home service associated with the at least one basic home service according to ordering conditions of other home services of a target user corresponding to the basic home service;
or,
and determining at least one associated housekeeping service associated with the at least one basic housekeeping service according to a pre-configured relationship table of the housekeeping service and the associated housekeeping service.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein determining at least one associated home service associated with the at least one basic home service according to ordering of other home services of a target user corresponding to the basic home service comprises:
determining a target user who has placed an order for the basic housekeeping service;
counting the order quantity of the target user to other household services;
and selecting the home administration service with the order quantity meeting the set order quantity condition from the other home administration services as at least one associated home administration service associated with the at least one basic home administration service.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein counting the amount of orders made by the target user for other home services comprises:
sequentially counting the order quantity of other housekeeping services of each target user;
and taking the sum of the order quantity of other home services of all target users as the order quantity of other home services of the target users.
6. The method according to claim 3, wherein determining at least one associated domestic service associated with the at least one basic domestic service according to a pre-configured table of relationships between the at least one basic domestic service and its associated domestic services comprises:
querying the associated home service of each basic home service from a relation table of the home service and the associated home service;
and taking all the associated home services associated with the at least one basic home service as at least one associated home service associated with the at least one basic home service.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein filtering the at least one basic housekeeping service and the at least one associated housekeeping service in conjunction with historical orders of the user to obtain a filtered first housekeeping service comprises:
judging whether a target housekeeping service corresponding to a historical order of a user belongs to a housekeeping service in at least one basic housekeeping service and at least one associated housekeeping service;
if so, removing the target housekeeping service from the at least one basic housekeeping service and the at least one associated housekeeping service;
and taking the rest of the at least one basic housekeeping service and the at least one associated housekeeping service as the first filtered housekeeping service.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein after determining whether the target home service corresponding to the historical order of the user belongs to a home service of the at least one basic home service and the at least one associated home service, the method further comprises:
and if not, taking the at least one basic housekeeping service and the at least one associated housekeeping service as the first housekeeping service.
9. A server, comprising: a memory and a processor;
the memory to store one or more computer instructions;
the processor to execute the one or more computer instructions to:
selecting at least one basic housekeeping service from a plurality of housekeeping services according to the order quantity of the plurality of housekeeping services in a set historical period;
determining at least one associated housekeeping service associated with the at least one basic housekeeping service according to the association relationship between the housekeeping services;
filtering the at least one basic housekeeping service and the at least one associated housekeeping service by combining historical orders of the user to obtain a first filtered housekeeping service;
generating a target recommended housekeeping service recommended to a user according to the first housekeeping service and a second housekeeping service associated with the current season;
and sending the target recommended household services to a user terminal so that the user can check the target recommended household services.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by one or more processors, causes the one or more processors to perform the steps of the method of any one of claims 1-8.
