Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of display devices, and relates to a method for eliminating broken bright spots of an anti-glare display panel.
Background
According to relevant statistical data, the automobile sales volume of China market accounts for 30.3% of the automobile sales volume of countries in the world in 2018, and the automobile sales volume of China market is the largest single automobile market in the world. China (2808.1 ten thousand) and the united states (1782.5 ten thousand) are the only countries sold at the million level and may be referred to as super-large automobile consumption countries. It is noted that the india (440.0 ten thousand) train city is still in the growing stage, and in the future, india may enter the first row in china and the united states.
With the development of automobile electromotion, intellectualization and networking and the breakthrough of artificial intelligence and automatic driving technology, more intelligent vehicle-mounted electronic systems become necessary for driving and have increasingly perfect functions. At present, the market of the vehicle-mounted electronic system is in a high-speed development stage, and the vehicle-mounted electronic market is increased by nearly 70% in 2016 due to 158 million yuan in the scale of the vehicle-mounted electronic market in China according to the research report of the internet and the vehicle-mounted intelligent equipment industry operation mode in 2017 and 2022 of the research institute of the Chinese commercial industry. With the development of intelligent vehicles, the market scale is expected to exceed 400 billion yuan by 2020.
Under the large background of automobile intellectualization, vehicle-mounted display is used as a main interface of human-vehicle interaction, and has become the third large, medium and small-size panel application market following the mobile phone and tablet markets. The display screen for the vehicle can be mainly divided into four types: instrument display screen, new line display screen (HUD), well accuse display screen, infotainment display screen, wherein to well accuse demonstration and instrument demonstration be the main, the two occupies 80% of whole automobile-used display screen market scale altogether.
In recent years the on-board display Market has grown rapidly, and by the date of Global Market instruments, the Global on-board display Market has doubled from the current $ 150 million to $ 300 million by 2025. According to IHS Markit data, in 2018, the shipment quantity of the vehicle-mounted display screen is increased by 9.4 percent at the same time, and the total quantity is 1.62 hundred million pieces. Wherein, the central control display screen increases 7.9% on a par, and the dashboard display screen increases 5.6% on a par. The total shipment in 2019 is expected to drop to 1.6 billion tablets, which is on par with a 1.3% drop. And predicting that the composite increase rate of the shipment volume of the vehicle-mounted display reaches 7% in 2017-2025 years.
At present, vehicle-mounted display screens have development trends of large screen, high definition, interaction, multi-screen, multi-morphism and the like. The method is characterized in that:
(1) large screen display: the integration requirement of information, the display content is richer, and the screen-enlarging requirement is promoted, and the screen-enlarging requirement is developed from 2 inches for the instrument panel at first to more than 10 inches in the future.
(2) High-cleanness processing: real-time road conditions, network televisions, auxiliary driving, fault detection, vehicle information, mobile office, wireless communication, online entertainment function-based application fields and the like all require higher-definition information display.
(3) Interaction: touch panel gradually gets into on-vehicle display market and becomes the standard configuration, more has the import of interactive modes such as speech recognition, gesture recognition, biological recognition technique, VR.
(4) Multi-screening: besides a dashboard, a central control screen and a HUD, a ceiling screen, a rear seat entertainment screen, a rear seat handrail screen, a knob screen and the like are also arranged.
(5) Multi-morphism: the pursuit of the aesthetic feeling and the technological feeling of the interior decoration of the automobile opens the space of individual design by the design of an integrated, curved, special-shaped and overlong display screen.
According to survey statistics of IHS Markit, the average size of the central control display of the global market car in 2018 was 7.7 inches, which is expected to expand to 8.4 inches by 2024. And newly dispatched automobile manufacturers represented by Tesla mainly push large-screen touch vehicle-mounted display, the display becomes larger and larger, the functions are stronger and the value quantity is higher and higher, and the whole requirement of the vehicle-mounted display panel is promoted.
The surface of the display panel is generally provided with a layer of glass cover plate to protect the display module, however, under the condition of strong light, the glass cover plate can reflect the light to generate a glare phenomenon, so that the display effect of the display module is reduced, the glare can cause visual discomfort, and the strong glare can also damage the vision and even cause blindness. In order to solve the above problems, the prior art generally provides an anti-glare layer on a glass cover plate, i.e., the anti-glare layer is formed on the glass cover plate by etching. However, the etching process of the etching anti-glare display panel causes uneven density and uneven thickness of the etching layer, which may cause uneven light distribution of the anti-glare display panel in the visual perception, and give people a feeling of many flickering ' broken bright spots ' in the picture, which is called as spark phenomenon, and the display device has a spark phenomenon which gives people an uncomfortable feeling, and the spark phenomenon also has different flickering degrees with different viewing angles, which brings great trouble to people's use and seriously affects the display effect and the application range of the anti-glare cover plate.
The patent application with publication number CN107102386A discloses a cover plate with anti-glare function, and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display panel, including a cover plate body and a plurality of spherical recesses arranged on the cover plate body; the spherical concave parts comprise a first spherical concave part, a second spherical concave part, a third spherical concave part and a fourth spherical concave part; first sphere depressed part, second sphere depressed part, third sphere depressed part, and fourth sphere depressed part have the same width, the degree of depth of first sphere depressed part, second sphere depressed part, third sphere depressed part, and fourth sphere depressed part increases gradually, the width indicates the sphere depressed part is in shared length on the apron body upper surface.
