The invention aims to: in order to solve the problems that the existing sterilization equipment for solid medical wastes, such as medical glass, usually adopts a high-temperature sterilization mode and then is directly crushed and conveyed to a transport vehicle, the sterilization mode is single, the sterilization effect is poor, medical wastes are often sterilized by an ultraviolet sterilization mode, but ultraviolet rays cannot irradiate the accumulated inner layer due to waste accumulation, so that the ultraviolet sterilization effect is greatly reduced, and residual high temperature is not utilized after the existing high-temperature sterilization, so that heat energy is wasted, the sterilization equipment for the solid medical wastes is provided.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a sterilization device for solid medical waste comprises a pretreatment bin, wherein a soaking vehicle is arranged inside the pretreatment bin, a first motor is arranged at the bottom end inside the soaking vehicle, the output end of the first motor is connected with a lead screw, a loop bar is arranged below the lead screw, sliders are arranged on the outer sides of the lead screw and the loop bar, a blanking plate is connected to the top end of each slider, one side of the soaking vehicle is connected with a connecting door, a water inlet pipe is arranged at the top end of the pretreatment bin, a first air cylinder is arranged on one side of the water inlet pipe, a lower pressing plate is connected to the output end of the first air cylinder, a track is arranged on one side of the pretreatment bin, a first conveyor is connected to one side of the track, a second conveyor is connected to one side of the first conveyor, a drying bin is arranged on one side of the second conveyor, and a second motor is arranged on the outer side of the drying bin, and the output of second motor is connected with the action wheel, the below of action wheel is provided with from the driving wheel, and all is provided with the returning face plate from one side of driving wheel and action wheel, the bottom of returning face plate is provided with the tiling scraper blade, and one side of tiling scraper blade is provided with the bactericidal lamp, the inside top in stoving storehouse is provided with the movable block, and one side of movable block installs the second cylinder, the output of second cylinder is connected with the removal scraper blade, one side in stoving storehouse is provided with the high temperature storehouse, and the inboard in high temperature storehouse is provided with the zone of heating, the outside in zone of heating is provided with the heat transfer chamber, and the inside in heat transfer chamber is provided with the heat exchange tube, the fan is installed to one side in high temperature.
Preferably, one side of the pretreatment bin, which is far away from the track, is provided with a transportation track, the transportation track penetrates through the pretreatment bin and extends into the pretreatment bin, the bottom end of the soaking vehicle is provided with a sliding block, the sliding block is matched with the transportation track and the track, and the soaking vehicle is connected with the pretreatment bin in a sliding manner.

1. according to the invention, through the arrangement of the pretreatment bin, the soaking vehicle, the first motor, the lead screw, the loop bar, the slide block, the blanking plate, the connecting door, the water inlet pipe, the first air cylinder, the lower pressing plate, the track, the first conveyor, the second conveyor, the drying bin and the high-temperature bin, the solid medical waste is sterilized not only through one-time high-temperature sterilization, but also through soaking sterilizing water, is irradiated by an ultraviolet lamp while being dried in the drying bin, and finally enters the high-temperature bin for high-temperature sterilization, and a triple sterilization mode can achieve better sterilization effect and lower transmissibility of the solid medical waste;
2. according to the invention, through the arrangement of the second motor, the driving wheel, the driven wheel, the turnover plates, the flat-laying scraper plates, the sterilizing lamp, the moving block, the second air cylinder and the moving scraper plates, when the irradiation of the ultraviolet lamp is received in the drying bin, the medical waste is flatly laid on the four turnover plates from a stacking state, so that the stacking among the waste is reduced, meanwhile, the irradiation range of the ultraviolet lamp is wider, and the sterilizing effect of the ultraviolet lamp is better;
3. according to the invention, through the arranged heating layer, the heat exchange cavity, the heat exchange pipe, the fan and the drying pipe, after the last step of sterilization is carried out at high temperature in the high-temperature bin, the residual heat in the high-temperature bin is exchanged to the heat exchange pipe in the heat exchange cavity, the fan is started, so that the air output from the fan is heated and then is transmitted to the inside of the high-temperature bin to be used as drying air, and the waste of heat energy is reduced.

Referring to fig. 1-5, a sterilization apparatus for solid medical waste comprises a pretreatment bin 1, a soaking vehicle 2 is disposed inside the pretreatment bin 1, a first motor 3 is mounted at the bottom end inside the soaking vehicle 2, the output end of the first motor 3 is connected with a screw rod 4, a loop bar 5 is disposed below the screw rod 4, slide blocks 6 are disposed on the outer sides of the screw rod 4 and the loop bar 5, a blanking plate 7 is connected to the top end of the slide block 6, a connecting door 8 is connected to one side of the soaking vehicle 2, a water inlet pipe 9 is disposed at the top end of the pretreatment bin 1, a first cylinder 10 is mounted on one side of the water inlet pipe 9, a lower pressing plate 11 is connected to the output end of the first cylinder 10, a rail 12 is disposed on one side of the pretreatment bin 1, a first conveyor 13 is connected to one side of the rail 12, a second conveyor 14 is connected to one side of the first conveyor 13, and a drying bin 15 is disposed on one side of the second, second motor 16 is installed in the outside of stoving storehouse 15, and the output of second motor 16 is connected with action wheel 17, the below of action wheel 17 is provided with from driving wheel 18, and all be provided with returning face plate 19 from one side of driving wheel 18 and action wheel 17, the bottom of returning face plate 19 is provided with tiling scraper blade 20, and one side of tiling scraper blade 20 is provided with bactericidal lamp 21, the inside top in stoving storehouse 15 is provided with movable block 22, and second cylinder 23 is installed to one side of movable block 22, the output of second cylinder 23 is connected with removal scraper blade 24, one side in stoving storehouse 15 is provided with high temperature storehouse 25, and the inboard in high temperature storehouse 25 is provided with zone of heating 26, the outside in zone of heating 26 is provided with heat transfer chamber 27, and the inside in heat transfer chamber 27 is provided with heat exchange tube 28, fan 29 is installed to one side in high temperature storehouse 25, and be provided.
According to the invention, through the arrangement of the pretreatment bin 1, the soaking vehicle 2, the first motor 3, the lead screw 4, the loop bar 5, the slide block 6, the blanking plate 7, the connecting door 8, the water inlet pipe 9, the first cylinder 10, the lower pressing plate 11, the rail 12, the first conveyor 13, the second conveyor 14, the drying bin 15 and the high-temperature bin 25, the solid medical waste is sterilized through one-time high-temperature sterilization, but through soaking sterilizing water, then is irradiated by an ultraviolet lamp while being dried in the drying bin 15, and finally enters the high-temperature bin 25 for high-temperature sterilization, and a triple sterilization mode is adopted, so that the sterilization effect of the solid medical waste can be better, and the spreading performance is reduced.
Please refer to fig. 2, a transportation rail is disposed on one side of the pretreatment bin 1 away from the rail 12, the transportation rail penetrates through the pretreatment bin 1 and extends into the pretreatment bin 1, a sliding block is disposed at the bottom end of the soaking vehicle 2, the sliding block is matched with the transportation rail and the rail 12, and the soaking vehicle 2 is slidably connected with the pretreatment bin 1.
In the invention, the soaking vehicle 2 freely moves on the transportation rail and the rail 12, thereby being convenient for people to push.
Please refer to fig. 2, the two ends of the pretreatment bin 1 are both provided with a rotating door, the rotating door is rotatably connected with the pretreatment bin 1 through a rotating shaft, the bottom end of the rotating door is provided with a pulling handle, the number of the water inlet pipes 9 and the first air cylinders 10 is two, and the two water inlet pipes 9 and the first air cylinders 10 both penetrate through the pretreatment bin 1 and extend into the pretreatment bin.
In the invention, one end of the water inlet pipe 9 is provided with the transport pump, when the transport pump needs to transport, disinfectant is filled into the soaking vehicle 2 through the water inlet pipe 9 to soak the wastes.
Please refer to fig. 4, a water outlet is disposed on one side of the soaking carriage 2, a control valve is disposed on the outer side of the water outlet, a sliding groove is disposed at the bottom end of the soaking carriage 2, the sliding block 6 penetrates through the sliding groove and extends to the upper side of the sliding groove, a threaded hole matched with the screw rod 4 is disposed in the sliding block 6, a through hole matched with the loop bar 5 is disposed below the threaded hole, and the sliding block 6 is slidably connected with the loop bar 5 and the screw rod 4.
In the invention, a sealing gasket is arranged between the connecting door 8 and the soaking vehicle 2, and the first motor 3 is a waterproof motor.
Referring to fig. 1, the second conveyor 14 is obliquely disposed between the first conveyor 13 and the drying compartment 15, and a partition is disposed inside the second conveyor 14, and the second conveyor 14 penetrates through the drying compartment 15 and extends into the interior thereof.
In the invention, the partition plate is convenient for moving the wastes upwards for transportation, and the operation is convenient.
Please refer to fig. 2, the outer sides of the driving wheel 17 and the driven wheel 18 are both provided with belts, and the driving wheel 17 and the driven wheel 18 are both rotatably connected with the drying chamber 15, the number of the second motors 16, the driving wheel 17 and the driven wheel 18 is two, the number of the turning plates 19 is four, and the four turning plates 19 are all rotatably connected with the drying chamber 15.
According to the invention, through the arrangement of the second motor 16, the driving wheel 17, the driven wheel 18, the turnover plate 19, the flat scraper 20, the sterilizing lamp 21, the moving block 22, the second cylinder 23 and the moving scraper 24, when the irradiation of the ultraviolet lamp is received in the drying bin 15, the medical waste is flatly laid on the four turnover plates 19 from a stacked state, so that the stacking of the waste is reduced, meanwhile, the irradiation range of the ultraviolet lamp is wider, and the sterilizing effect of the ultraviolet lamp is better.
Please refer to fig. 2 and fig. 3, a driving motor is installed on one side above the flat scraper 20, an output end of the driving motor is connected with a threaded rod, a sleeve rod is arranged below the threaded rod, sliding blocks are arranged on the outer sides of the threaded rod and the sleeve rod, the flat scraper 20 is arranged below the sliding blocks, and the flat scraper 20 is connected with the turnover plate 19 in a sliding manner.
In the present invention, the flat scraper 20 is located above the inversion plate 19 in order to move the accumulated waste flat and the excess waste onto the next layer of inversion plate 19.
Please refer to fig. 2, a threaded rod and a sleeve rod are arranged inside the moving block 22, a driving motor is installed at one end of the threaded rod, the moving block 22 is connected with the threaded rod and the sleeve rod in a sliding manner, a rotating door is arranged at the bottom end of the drying bin 15, a collecting vehicle is arranged at the bottom end of the rotating door, a transportation slide rail is arranged at the bottom end of the collecting vehicle, and the transportation slide rail penetrates through the high-temperature bin 25 and extends to the inside of the high-temperature bin.
In the invention, the four turning plates 19 are internally provided with the mobile power supply, and the mobile power supply is electrically connected with the driving motor in the turning plates 19 to provide electric energy for the turning plates.
Please refer to fig. 2 and 5, a connection door is disposed at one end of the high temperature chamber 25, a temperature controller is disposed at an outer side of the high temperature chamber 25, the temperature controller is electrically connected to the heating layer 26, two drying pipes 30 are provided, and the two drying pipes 30 both penetrate through the drying chamber 15 and extend to an inner portion thereof.
According to the invention, through the arrangement of the heating layer 26, the heat exchange cavity 27, the heat exchange tube 28, the fan 29 and the drying tube 30, after the high-temperature chamber 25 is sterilized at the last step, the residual heat in the high-temperature chamber is transferred to the heat exchange tube 28 in the heat exchange cavity 27 through heat exchange, the fan 29 is started, so that the air output from the fan 29 is heated and then is transferred to the high-temperature chamber 25 to be used as drying air, and the waste of heat energy is reduced.
The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, an external power supply is required to be connected and supplies electric energy to the device so that the device can normally run, the soaking vehicle 2 in the pretreatment bin 1 is pulled out, then the medical waste to be sterilized is inverted in the soaking vehicle 2, the soaking vehicle 2 is convenient to move through a transportation rail and a sliding block, the soaking vehicle 2 is pushed into the pretreatment bin 1, a water pump connected with a water inlet pipe 9 is started, disinfectant water is filled into the soaking vehicle 2 through the water inlet pipe 9, the waste is soaked on the inner side of the soaking vehicle, a first air cylinder 10 is started, the first air cylinder 10 drives a lower pressing plate 11 to press downwards, the situation that the waste floats above the disinfectant water and cannot be sterilized is avoided, after the waste is soaked for a period of time, the soaking vehicle 2 is pulled out from the interior of the pretreatment bin 1 and is positioned on a rail 12, the disinfectant water in the soaking vehicle 2 is discharged, then a connecting door 8 on one side of the soaking vehicle 2 is opened, waste is poured to the top end of a first conveyor 13 from a connecting door 8, meanwhile, a first motor 3 can be started, the first motor 3 drives a screw rod 4 to rotate, the screw rod 4 is matched with a sleeve rod 5 to enable a slide block 6 to slide, so that a blanking plate 7 is driven to move, the blanking plate 7 pushes waste blanking, the waste is enabled to completely enter the first conveyor 13 to be transported, the waste on the first conveyor 13 is transported to the top end of a second conveyor 14 and then is driven by the second conveyor 14 to be transported into a drying bin 15, a driving motor at one end of a moving block 22 inside the drying bin 15 is started, the moving block 22 is enabled to move, a second air cylinder 23 drives a moving scraper 24 to move downwards, so that the accumulated waste is gradually paved, redundant waste drops onto a lower layer turnover plate 19 through a gap at one end of the turnover plate 19 and then continues to be scraped by a paving scraper 20 at the top end of the lower layer turnover plate 19, the accumulation is reduced, the wastes are flatly paved on the top ends of a plurality of groups of turnover plates 19 and are sterilized by turning on a sterilizing lamp 21, the sterilizing area is enlarged, meanwhile, drying air from the last high-temperature sterilization is arranged in a drying chamber 15, the residual heat is transferred into a heat exchange cavity 27 after the wastes are sterilized by a heating layer 26 in a high-temperature chamber 25 last time, a fan 29 is started, air blown out by the fan 29 enters the drying chamber 15 after being internally heated in the heat exchange cavity 27, the wastes in the drying chamber 15 are dried, after the drying is finished, a connecting door at the bottom end of the drying chamber 15 is opened, a second motor 16 is started, the second motor 16 drives a driving wheel 17 to rotate, the driving wheel 17 drives a driven wheel 18 to rotate through a belt, the driven wheel 18 and the driving wheel 17 can drive the turnover plates 19 to turn over, and the wastes placed at the top ends of the driven wheel 18 and the driving wheel, collected by the collection vehicle, promote inside the collection vehicle gets into high temperature storehouse 25, start heating layer 26 carries out high temperature sterilization to the wastes material, and triple sterilization mode can reach better sterilization effect, and after the sterilization was accomplished, the surplus heat was dried by heat transfer chamber 27 heat transfer, prepares to continue to reduce the heat energy waste to next batch wastes material.
