And step 64, after the special voice switch receives the call, the calling party and the called party are changed. The employee mobile phone number (for example, C network mobile phone number) in the calling party is converted into a corresponding 8-digit number, the pre-inserted code in the called number is eliminated, and only the following called number is reserved.
Step 65, the private voice exchange initiates a call to the called party. Wherein, the calling and called are all converted numbers.
And step 66, the client answers the call, and the system starts recording and stores the call record.
And step 67, hanging up by any party, ending the recording and ending the conversation process.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of other embodiments of the mobile phone outbound method of the present disclosure. Preferably, the present embodiment can be performed by the mobile phone outgoing call system of the present disclosure. The results presented by the embodiment of fig. 7 are: the client dials the 8-digit DID number corresponding to the mobile phone of the employee, and the employee uses the mobile phone to answer the call to display the calling number of the client.
The mobile phone outbound method of the embodiment of fig. 7 may include the steps of:
And 2, the voice switch converts the received DID number into a corresponding employee mobile phone number (such as a C-network mobile phone number) according to the logic corresponding relation table of the 8-digit DID number and the mobile phone.
And 3, after the 8-bit DID number is converted into an employee mobile phone number (such as a C-network mobile phone number) by the voice switch, the call is sent to the employee mobile phone number (such as the C-network mobile phone number) again through the private exchange to be answered, and a calling number of the client is transferred (the calling number is converted into a called number and the original called number is added).
And 4, realizing recording and real-time monitoring by the voice switch in the calling communication process.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of still other embodiments of the disclosed mobile phone outbound method. Preferably, the present embodiment can be performed by the mobile phone outgoing call system of the present disclosure. The embodiment of fig. 8 describes the process of calling out the client handset. As shown in fig. 8, the mobile phone outgoing call method of the present disclosure may include:
and step 81, calling the 8-digit number corresponding to the mobile phone of the employee by the client mobile phone or the fixed telephone.
The phone requests that the call be routed to the private exchange through the macro gateway soft switch SS and the private exchange, step 82.
And step 83, the exclusive voice switch stores the corresponding relation table of the 8-digit number and the mobile phone in a matching way, and converts the received fixed phone number into a corresponding employee mobile phone number (such as a C-network mobile phone number).
Step 84, after the private voice switch calls and changes the called number, and adds the original called number, the private exchange and the soft switch SS send the call to the employee mobile phone (for example, C network mobile phone) to answer.
And step 85, the staff answers the telephone of the client, and the system starts recording and stores the call record.
And step 86, hanging up by any party, ending the recording and ending the conversation process.
The embodiment of the invention provides a controllable and bidirectional mobile phone outbound method and a controllable and bidirectional mobile phone outbound system, wherein the method takes a specified guide code of a simply configured telecommunication network as a prefix before a number is inserted and controlled, then a signaling route is executed and redirected to a programmable voice control platform, and the voice control platform performs number conversion and recording storage and simultaneously realizes centralized management (controllable mobile outbound) and bidirectional communication (both outbound and inbound) of mobile outbound.
The embodiment of the invention can provide a standardized, reliable and efficient telephone outbound mode on the basis of realizing the controllable bidirectional mobile outbound, thereby reducing the customer harassment, enhancing the customer perception and enhancing the closed-loop control strength.
