The invention effectively solves the problems of complicated hair binding process, time waste and the like of the traditional hair binding rubber band. The hair band and the rope of the invention integrate magnetism and flexibility, and can tighten or loosen hair simply, conveniently and quickly by magnetic attraction without winding repeatedly during hair binding, thereby greatly facilitating users and improving hair binding efficiency. The invention can also carry out personalized decoration by coating and printing and DIY modes, so that the magnetic hair band and the magnetic rope are very personalized. At ordinary times, the headband and the rope can be adsorbed to all parts of the schoolbag for standby use and decoration. The magnetic hair band and rope can be wound on wrist or even ankle until the functions of decoration and magnetic therapy are achieved.
